I’m alive! :D
I have been so very absent this last few weeks (month?) haven’t I? ...oops.
BUT!!! I am a lot better. I’m not as achy and the cast on my foot is coming off on the 5th if the xrays look good this Friday so woo! I’ll end up in an aircast for a couple of weeks after that on suggestion from my physical therapist while we work on my balance but I’ll finally be able to wash my leg and foot and freakin’ stop the itching that’s been driving me nuts.
Also, jsyk, the crutches? They lasted about a week and a half before I had to ditch them and battle the carpet with the wheel chair because jfc it’s so hard to use them when you can’t walk that well to begin with. (My husband had to talk me out of setting them on fire. tru fax.)
I haven’t gone anywhere outside the house except to the doctor’s and the imaging (radiology) clinic so I’ve been parked in bed or on my couch almost the entire time. Guess who finally managed to play through about a thousand or so games that she never seemed to have time for (read: forgotten she owned/got distracted away from): It’s-a me! And omg...
So I may or may not have played Undertale. :D I’m joining Alphys in that trashcan, folks, because I ship lizard/fish, skelle/goatmom, skelle/goatmom/goatdad (don’t judge me), mystery man/goat dad, and a dozen or three others. Just...OMG UNDERTALE!
Such. a. GOOD. game.
Also...kinda want to marry Papyrus. :| Sorry human husband but Paps is possibly the platonic love of my life where kisses, sleepovers, and snuggling on the couch are things that would be happening on the regular.
*coughs*
I’m not going to be super active for another few days, probably not until Saturday but I am back and thank you, everyone, for all the warm wishes and encouragements that y’all have sent me while I’ve been recovering. I truly appreciate that. <3 <3
Anyhoo!
I’ll be getting back on track and catching up with things I’ve missed or had to put off while recovering, I promise! I owe so many apologies to my Rhodeyfest giftee and heaps of love to my gifter, and I’m so, so far behind on just everything, I’M SORRY!!!! ;A;

I want to play Pokemon GO but it wasn’t disabled friendly to start with but now I’m on crutches and confined to my house so I’m never actually going to be able to play this. A little disappointing but it’s still super neat to see people post their catches and see what team everyone’s going with.

Ahh no! Take care of yourself girl!
I am, I am, I swear! …Or at least my friend is staying over until the hubs gets back (tonight) from Florida to help me take care of myself. xD I’m just a doofus and paying the price for it. But the upside is that I did get that kite down and I’ve had my friend cooking my meals since I got home, so there’s that. ;D

oh damn I hope you're okay!
This happened a few days ago and I’ve had a friend staying over to help out so other than me being sore as heck and have a headache that won’t go away, I’m okay. I’m just on crutches (which is hilarious) until the hubs gets home tonight, and can fetch & carry...and laugh at me for being a doofus. (He already laughed at me when I borrowed my friend’s cell phone in the ER to call him, then apologized for laughing while giggling.) I was just an idiot and decided that I could get the neighbor kid’s kite off my roof without asking said kid’s dad to come over and scale the ladder for me. I was having a ‘good’ day and thought I could do it. I was wrong. On the plus side, I did get the kite off the roof. :D

Guess who broke her foot, her nose, bruised just about everything, and got a concussion! :D
So, long story short: Don’t try to get something off the roof if you’ve got bad legs because they are prone to giving out on you and gravity isn’t your friend.
Back to regularly scheduled shenanigans soonish. (Also gotta finish and find a beta for my Rhodeyfest gift!)
