The worst thing in this world is to be contently disappointed to the point you feel as though you have nothing to look forward to in life. This leads to anxiety, Generalized anxiety and Panic Disorder Anxiety, something I personally encountered for almost a few years now. I do not believe people know the seriousness of having this mental diaper because we are too busy over looking it with alcohol, drugs, and laughter as if it’s a joke. Being a black individual mental illness definitely is not talked about or pushed under the rug in our culture. Do not run yourself to a early grave with the consistent thought of life fails, it is extremely hard and uncomfortable, I know first hand. It is OKAY to speak up and out. It is OKAY to seek help and take medication when needed.

Make sure y'all check on your loved ones. You never know who is to their breaking point. Please help save those around you that deal with this on a daily, before it is too late ✨
