As someone who works in a secondary school as a SEN TA (and who starts teacher training in September so I have to leave my current school!) I like to think I understand this well! I hope you like it!

Gibbs supporting you as you transfer to a new school as a teacher would include:

•but he also knows that as you’re transferring to a new school, because you were offered more perks or better hours or maybe better money, that it’s going to be emotional for you. •once you sat in the car and put the flowers on the floor, buckled your seatbelt and said a husky hello to Jethro you burst into tears again. Jethro felt his heart break, he knew it would be hard for you, he didn’t realise how hard it would be for him to see you like this.

•Jethro manoeuvred in the car, pulling you into a hug- he undid your belt so you could reach him better. You buried your face in his neck, sobbing gently, and he hushed you, trying to soothe you.

•you sniffled and accepted a tissue from Gibbs (he’d come prepared with tissues- knowing you were likely to be emotional) and settled back eventually. And he stole small glances at you, smiling when you caught his eye.

And of course, there was a whole lot of kisses and touches too…Gibbs always knows just what to do to make you feel better!

•he couldn’t resist stealing a tender kiss every now and again. There may be a few tears to come between now and you starting your new job in a few days/weeks, but Jethro would be there every day to kiss away your woe, to hug you back to hope.
