i would loove for <3 to be a kind of surprise villain... likee 🌕 appears once for a 'filler'-ish episode and they think they dealt with 🌖 but then at the end of the episode it hints that 🌗 survived or something. and it's never really brought up again until later when they start to notice some things being off and THEN they all realize 🌘's alive and it's a big reveal.

#i was thinking um 🌑 can infect cyber‌tronians and the way you tell if they're infected is their eyes turn into hearts.#and 🌕 cna only infect 1 person at a time so they THINK they quarantined and destroyed 🌖 but 🌗 actually got into sound‌wave.#but nobody can tell bc they can't see her eyes.#so it simmers for a little........areyou seeing my vision.#.txt

ooh okay y'know what, while I'm here and Chosen Interpretations are on the brain...

Ever since the Betrayal:Legacy debrief video, and Shayne revealing that in every other timeline The Chosen truly was Chosen, I like to think about The Chosen with this ability to see through the veil; aware of his different/past selves, and is constantly trying to make up for it by being a hardened and tough individual, even when he doesn't have to be.

For example, sometimes as he's swinging his blade, the motion sends him back to another timeline in which he's in the act of defeating some Great Evil. Or, when he is in the middle of playing a video game, the boss on his screen stirs up memories of a real villain he had to face elsewhere, and those memories sort of coach him through defeating the videogame. But when somebody asks him, "how'd you do that so easily?" and he responds "because I fought them myself", others think he is lying or something. But he knows he's telling the truth.

And for sillies, i also like to throw in Augustus as part of the "timeline-crossing soulmates" trope, but instead of being the usual fluffy stuff, it's chaotic and messy. In every universe they are equally as competitive and goofy with each other. He isn't aware like The Chosen is, and I think keeping him sort of oblivious makes it better.
