not to be like this but all of the posts (and there are many across multiple platforms) right now going "I mean obviously I'm not mad or whining or anything but it sucks that there's all these three week breaks, how am I going to survive, this is awful, I cannot believe this is happening to me" like, it does in fact come off as entitled no matter how many qualifiers are put onto it

as a tangent, genuinely, I feel like a lot of people have trouble admitting that they don't actually like C3 so they get existentially worried about them losing interest over a slightly longer break because it'll force them to acknowledge that they aren't actually interested, but it's fine not to be interested!

ok today i watered my plants, swept the kitchen and hallway, did laundry, did yoga, ordered new mailers, renewed my domain, set up some stuff for my sale tomorrow (shh it's a secret), made a big sheet tray of potatoes and green beans and sausage, updated my patreon spreadsheet, and packed up all my sticker club mail for march. and paid my rent. success

I just said something similar in the tags of a recent reblog but I wanted to make my own post about it too.

Emigration is not the same as colonization. Zionists act like they were just peacefully moving to Palestine, and the Palestinians didn’t feel like sharing so they started the “cycle of violence” that Palestinians and Israelis are trapped in to this day. That is not reality.

In reality, Zionists came to Palestine, said to the people that were ALREADY THERE, “Oh btw were dividing your territory into two and taking this half for us because we really feel like we belong here. So you can either agree and move out quietly, or disagree and be forced out violently.”

And when the Palestinians rightfully said “wtf no??”, the Zionist settlers began forcing them out of the land and seizing it. This was not a peaceful treaty offer that was like “why don’t we live side by side peacefully in harmony ☀️🌸" and was shot down out of bigotry. It was a proposal of forceful displacement that was decided by outside governments, and the Palestinians were given no choice in the matter of divvying up their own land.

Moving to a different town or a different state does not mean you get to pick a house and tell everyone in it to leave or else they hate you for your heritage.

If the Zionists really wanted to live in Palestine so bad, they could have literally just moved there. They don’t want to live peacefully, they want to live without Palestinians. This whole “conflict” is a land grab and nothing less. It is not religiously motivated, it is not about Jews vs Muslims. It is colonialism, plain and simple.

been playing tot since july of 2021, ever since the global release, and up til like last month, i still could not remember this thing from memory, which made it mildly annoying cuz it only shows before debate and during debate but NOT when ur picking out decks and cuz i didnt wanna keep pressing Back to check the boss attribute (bc if i did, i would forget by the time i clicked the debate and went to deck choosing bit) i kept having to search up the miraheze wiki for tot cards just to remember and every time im like How Did I Not Remember This, It's Three Things

(for context, i also had immense trouble remembering simple science formulas also containing only Three Things like distance-speed-velocity and acceleration-velocity-time back in high school yet i had no trouble memorizing ALL the countries of europe in alphabetical order. i also regularly have trouble remembering which is left and which is right, which is even worse because thats only TWO THINGS, yet have no problem whatsoever remembering the binomial names of several birds)

i finally found a little way to remember them tho! im not good with arbitrary recognition cuz they dont have any particular meaning or rules (because listen, just thinking about "Logic beats Empathy, Empathy beats Intuition, and Intuition beats Logic" isnt naturally intuitive at All for me), so i finally did the smart thing and just....gave them meanings and rules in a way that pleases my brain:

strawberry points up because a strawberry cant stand on its pointy part. the green this is always in the bottom, because thats where the green naturally comes out. but the strawberry is at an angle, because it's got a blueberry friend to prop it up at the lower left corner. order of strengths is clockwise, because the point of the strawberry is Obviously the most powerful since it is highest up in the triangle and i can just work my way up through the rest from there. assign all the attributes back onto this fruit triangle corresponding to their color, and voila!

i dont know why i wrote up this post at 6am, but it seemed like a fun idea at the time. additionally, the fruits have succesfully solved my conundrum and now i can remember attributes like no fuckin problem, and have thusly said goodbye to the miraheze card tab ive had open for months that lived rent free on my laptop.
