“I saw my life branching out before me like the green fig tree in the story. From the tip of every branch, like a fat purple fig, a wonderful future beckoned and winked. Une collaboration transatlantique.

Hunter Brown est compositeur, improvisateur et musicien électronique basé à Chicago. Sa pratique est axée sur la création d’interactions imprévisibles, idiosyncrasiques et indisciplinées avec la technologie numérique. Il s’intéresse notamment à l’exploration des propriétés matérielles instables des systèmes numériques par le biais d’une écoute médiatisée par la technologie et en poussant les mécanismes physiques de la technologie numérique jusqu’au seuil de l’échec.

Michael Speers, actuellement basé entre Belfast et Paris, travaille avec du matériel sonore naturel et synthétique - en utilisant une batterie, un ordinateur, des microphones et du feedback - dans le cadre de performances, d'installations et de composition électroacoustique.
