Once Cornelius returned from Britechester University, there was only one thing one his mind. His love, Blaire. They had only been able to communicate through letters during his time away, and he couldn't wait to see her again.

So, the first thing he did was to run to her house. This was all that had kept him going during the hard times at university. He was doing it all for her. Bettering himself and getting an education was an investment towards their future together. The only thing left now, was to ask her to marry him.

Cornelius had bought a ring for her on his journey home. It was his family, who had provided the money. They were more than happy to help him, and they all approved of Blaire.

Blaire, of course, was overjoyed with the proposal. There were no doubts in her mind, and she immediately accepted.

The Sims 3 Save File Families Part 1/3

Let me introduce the present families in the save file I made for Sims 3. It's just a simple one. The eventual prolog to the actual canon of the game. You'll see familiar Sims and new Sims, of course. I just changed a few things around Sunset Valley, the rest remains the same. This is why I didn't take that long on it. (A hour per day maybe....)

Note: The description contains both family and character bio.

The Bachelor family (Bella and Michael Bachelor [Original & Younger version]) Simis and Jocasta Bachelor remain the same.

Bachelor family:

Sunset Valley is according to Simis the perfect place for both his children to grow up. It is clean, spacious and it has everything they need. The Bachelors have a huge respect for their neighbors, the Goth family.

Simis Bachelor: Simis is proud at his two kids. The rules he has set down for his kids has shown great results, mostly on his now oldest son Michael. Simis hopes, that his children grow up well and follow a successful path.

Jocasta Bachelor: As a sensitive, over-emotional woman Jocasta didn’t have it easy to go through. Not that she suffered any problems at work or school. It’s just the way she is. Befriending her current life partner Simis was the best thing happening to her, cause he saw in her more, than she thought about herself.

Michael Bachelor: The Bachelor’s first child, friendly, athletic, smart. Just the way Simis wants him to be. Michael is an ambitious boy and strives to become a good human being.

Bella Bachelor: Isabella was considered one of the most beautiful toddlers around Sunset Valley. It’s no surprise, everywhere she was taken to, people just couldn’t stop and admire her contagious smile.

The Goth family. (Mortimer Goth [Original & Younger version]) Gunther, Lolita and Cornelia Goth remain the same)

Goth family:

50 years ago, Victor and Gretle Goth founded a small village named Sunset Valley. Partnered with the Landgraabs, it grew into a lovely town now with several news faces coming from near and far. Gunther watched all the changes and as the succesor believes the townfolk will live a quiet and peaceful life.

Gunther Goth: Gunther is the son of the founders of Sunset Valley. He inherited from his family the Goth manor as well and just as his parents, he wants for the townies the same as the past Goths have promised.

Cornelia Goth: Upon having Lolita and Mortimer, Cornelia quit her job and focused on raising them, while Gunther and the Landgraabs would look out for their business.

Lolita Goth: In her free-time Lolita likes to read countless books. Her favorite book is Murder in Pleasantview, which funnily cointains strange coincidences she heard from the real world. Her younger brother, Mortimer is Lolita’s everything and she enjoys to play with him as well. In some occasions, she reads the toddler children stories, borrowed from the library.

Mortimer Goth: Lolita’s precious, little boy.

Langraab family:

The name "Landgraab" is known by many people due to its popularity and immense wealth earned over the century. Nancy's parents helped build up the current existing houses and community lots, that are seen around. The family is used to living their life on the fast line, believing to be the townfolk's best shot. Curiously across the Landgraab Manor, there's a building under construction, which most of the townies assumed to be the work of the Landgraabs, but apparently, the original creators are absent from town. Who could they be?

Nancy Landgraab: Nancy is focusing on outlining the future of her son Malcolm to someday take the lead of the Landgraab business.

Geoffrey Landgraab: A down-to-earth surgeon, Geoffrey fell into a pile of Simoleons when he fell in love with Nancy Landgraab and married into her ridiculously wealthy family. (OG bio)

Malcolm Landgraab: The only heir of the Landgraabs is still a young toddler, but his mother is doing all the necessary steps to prepare Malcolm for the future as soon as possible.

The Wainwright family. (Blair Wainwright [Original & Younger version]) Susan and Boyd Wainwright remain the same)

Wainwright family:

Susan and Boyd's daughter is almost done with high school and has already plans for her future. Until she's gets her degree, she still stays under the Wainwright's roof in order to prepare herself slowly for the day she leaves the nest.

Susan Wainwright: Susan insisted, that just like other couples, they should at least have one child. Never had she expected a child only could give two busy parents a lot of work. Good thing, upon her promotion, she was able to earn more money, so she could buy any toy in the world to keep her daughter occupied.

Boyd Wainwright: Boyd had his days, where he experimented chess tactics with himself, while his wife was occupied with other things. This woke up the interest of Blair and Boyd took the chance to teach Blair the most important function of a Sim-being.

Blair Wainwright: Blair spent most of her childhood alone in her room entertained with her own toys and console. Her parents made sure, she would get everything she wanted. They didn’t really spoil her in the way other parents do, more they did that to have their time for their projects….

(Beau Andrews has a different body shape. Victoria Andrews remain the same)

Andrews family:

Beau and Victoria met at high school and moved to Sunset Valley to start their live together. Both already have plans for their future, mostly Beau, who has been talking non-stop during high school times about becoming a sports Sim.

Beau Andrews: Beau finally got the chance to show his worth as a soccer player at the new stadium in Sunset Valley. He was taken this chance to heart and practices daily in order to raise his chances on being accepted.

Victoria Andrews: Upon finishing school, Victoria got herself a job at the Doo Peas tower. She’s happy, that her husband has plans for his own future and while she supports him on his dreams, she’s pondering about, what lies in their plans of life, when both their careers follow good routes.

Claire Ursine remains the same by looks )

Claire Ursine (A Single living Sim)

Claire Ursine: Claire saved up enough money to be able to buy a house right by the ocean. She enjoys to be out at the nature under the stars and to fish. Being lonely doesn’t bother Claire that much. She does socialize enough at the work and the town at the moment for her doesn’t show anyone, she could consider as a friend.

(Charles Durant [Created by Ecofinisher] Molly French remains the same)

French-Durant Family:

Molly and Charles assumed a relationship weeks after their first meeting. Things have been going very well between the two. Molly someday has a big announcement to make, which none of the two expected. A baby! Molly French: Molly is glad, that despite their mishap he’s going to support her with their future baby. Molly has a very good feeling about the baby’s gender and has already listed down a couple of names, Sandi being one of her favorites.

Charles Durant: Charles is totally not ready for this! He knows he's partially to blame for the unwanted pregnancy, but he can’t tell it to Molly’s face, that he doesn’t really want that baby. Should he just be honest with her? Should he just assume fatherhood and live separately from her? Many, many possibilities, making him crazy, which eventually could even lead him to choose the wrong one….

Sunset Died - Koffi/Wainwright/Mae (2)

After Susan had retired to the lab, Gobias used the time to talk to Boyd. "Honestly, how are you?"/ "fine, how else am I supposed to be?"/ "You know exactly why I'm asking you. ". Boyd closed his eyes for a moment and took a deep breath. "hh… She just won't stop talking about Blair all the time"/ "but she's your daughter…"/ "Was, or do you see her around here somewhere?".

"I know it's not easy to listen to her all the time, …"/ "Last night,…. I'd been lying on my side for a long time and she… started with the wildest theories again. Gobis, everything was on fire here, there were more than 30 of these things, some with a diameter of 70, 80 meters or more…they hardly all had a chance."

"I know, we all hasn't really been much time to think about what to do."/ "Yes… Does she think I'm not suffering? You… You have no idea how much I miss my daughter, Gobias. Her smile… Her blonde hair and… Her little nose when she wrinkled when she was angry…h-hh"/"stop putting up with everything from your wife all the time".

In fact, Boyd had remained strong the whole time, if only because of his wife. But instead of grieving, Susan kept being drawn outside to look for Blair. People everywhere had banded together for a search, but all they found were the almost unrecognizable burnt remains of the others. "I really can't take any more…"/ "Come on."

It had been a purely professional relationship between Gobias and Boyd, but over time and even after this catastrophe happened, they grew closer and closer as friends. "h-h, don't say anything to my wife… I…"/ "definitely not, let it out, it's freeing, at least a little…"…

While the men are among themselves, Zelda enjoys the peace and quiet she now has to herself. She was often at loggerheads with her sister, and for good reason. All too often she saw Zelda making eyes at her husband. And he didn't seem to mind at all. Because the marriage between him and Liane is also complicated from time to time.

While everyone else is more or less busy, Gerhard sneaks around the property. But his presence does not go unnoticed.

"What are you doing here, Landgraab?". Gerhard stopped and didn't miss the opportunity to put on a somewhat spiteful grin. "Why such an aggressive greeting, Koffi? I just wanted to know if everything is all right with you." Gobia's thoughts were on a rollercoaster. ("I can really do without his hypocritical behavior, man")

"So you've managed to tap into one of the power lines here, congratulations". Gobias' eyes narrowed. "Very funny, if we hadn't found some rubber gloves we would have been electrocuted. The insulation is completely worn out. Have you finally managed to make contact with the outside world?"/ …

"Unfortunately, no, not yet. ". Gobia's mood became increasingly negative. "Listen, it can't be that difficult to get a signal with such a simple receiver. One of the radio towers is still working. If at least the internet was still working, we could have gotten more help earlier"…

"I can well understand their displeasure, it's no different for us and we're already trying everything we can to make things better for the inhabitants." Gobias folded his arms for a moment. "Oh, really? We don't notice much of that. What are they doing over there all the time?"/"We're trying to survive just like everyone else…".

"Don't tell me such nonsense. There's light in your whole house and the water runs without any problems, I assume. The damaged pipes here are barely usable"/ "we're making an effort, o.k.? At least you have electricity now and can play around with your appliances…"/ "I'm about to freak out, get out of here, NOW".

"What's going on out there?". Zelda was just coming down the stairs when she heard the loud voices of the men. "No, I've heard enough, just go!…". Gobias came back into the house angrily, holding his hands to his head. "Are you all right?"/ "No… These egotists just seem to ignore everything. Everyone here takes care of each other, even those they've never sat at a table with before. We should think of something…"/ "Well, maybe… I have an idea"/ "and what is it?"

"We will complain. A crowd of people outside the villa. They finally have to listen to us, Gobias. So far, we've only ever had strange individual conversations, everyone has gone and voiced their problems. But if we all do it together…"/ "Sure. Maybe with torches and pitchforks…?".

"so that would be a much better idea, of course, nhnhn, let's burn your house down"/ "then we'd be no better than them. But the thing with the crowds… Maybe we should talk about that, yeah"/ "with everyone, without them noticing anything over there". He had to smile, he had never seen his new girlfriend so enthusiastic.

Adrian, he’s got Malcolm’s nose and eyes and Jason’s lips, despite the more Landgraab face, he’s the nice twin.

Blair looks a lot more like Jason but has Malcolm's non existent top lip, hes got 1 nice point, his grandmother would be pleased.

With the move to Windenburg Blair and Brayden have to figure out schooling for the kids and where they want to send them to have the best chance at success in the future

Brayden: We got to figure out schooling for Veronica and Samantha, they can't keep going to Landgraab.

Blair: Crestwood Preparatory College is a good choice for them, I already contacted the headmaster and they are coming over for dinner tomorrow.

Brayden: *whistles* that's a pretty expensive school, I hope the girls would be able to fit in with their classmates

Blair: don't worry about it too much I trust our girls they will fit right in

"A wife and a son... I can't believe how grown up you've gotten. Last time I saw you you were just a boy..." Lucy sighed.

"Yes... And Josie has a family of her own too. A boy and a girl. Her oldest is probably about the same age as..." Cornelius paused and looked towards Lucy's youngest daughter.

Life’s Insanity - Christy 1.2

Christy took a logic class and Sarah Jessica Parker and her crew were there

When she was leaving, Malcolm Landgraab nearly died

"Are you alright?"

"I suddenly felt nauseous.."

"Let me take a look"

Lisa Bunch was really concerned

Christy then punched him in the stomach

"Feeling better?"

"Yeah...thanks"

Christy went to the library to work on her writing skill.

She was very broke and thought taking a side gig as a writer might be a good idea

Meanwhile, Simis Bachelor was dying

During all of this, Bella became terrifying

She got better

"Are you perhaps a werewolf?"

( It was a full moon)

Christy punched a few of his pressure points, like she does this every day

It was a success

"Thankyou!"

Christy wanted to skinny dip so why not

The couple met up for dinner at the bistro

"I didn't know you had a car..."

"I don't actually. I borrowed it from Stiles and promised not to write a bad article about his band"

They headed to the karaoke bar to play dominos

Things were going so well between them and Christy wanted their relationship to move to the next level

"I was wondering, Cy. Would you like to move in together?"

"Of course! With Blair married with kids, my place is getting a little crowded."

Cyclone stayed the night and would go get his things after work the next day

Let the fun begin!

Christy found herself dealing with a feud at work and decided a party would fix the issue

It was Spooky Day after all

Before her guest arrived, the trick or treaters did

"Trick or Treat!"

Morgana, who is still married to Thornton, tried to flirt with Cyclone

Christy couldn't believe she tried it while she was in the room

After that awkward moment, Christy got to the mission at hand: Make sure Reina had a good time

Meanwhile....

Cyclone just wants to be left alone...

Cyclone's obligatory makeover

Christy was on vaccination duty

"See? That didn't hurt at all Stiles"

"I suppose you're right"

Cyclone got a promotion!

The costume party did more than stop a feud at work.

Christy and Reina were now best friends

At least he puts away the laundry

So much for dinner..

So I have a mod that triggers household events that you can get when you start a new game

Well...I did want chaos

The game gifted them a maid for a while

Well that maid sucked.

Couples that clean together, stay together

It didn’t take Blair long to find out about young Johnny Zest. She had heard on the grapevine that he was in fact a Landgraab and had that he been disowned by his family. Johnny was more than happy to accept her friendship.
