i wanna witness the utter renaissance that must've happened after the war ended on chorus. i wanna know what everyone did now that they had the chance to, what music and literature people wrote and what art people made and who went back to school for what and what pop culture developed and what kind of cultural marvels came out of this rinky-dink little planet on the edge of nowhere that almost didn't make it. i wanna see these people thrive after such a long time of just surviving, they have so much potential and i want to see the people of chorus flourish (not even to mention the kind of pop culture frankenstein that must've been created even just after the two armies unified, that clash must've really been something!)

Ohhh brudder jojolion is probably my personal favirote jojo part

I love it so much, its unfortunately got some rough spots especially at the start with the character daiya. But as for the story at whole its really great

Its about a man who wakes up with no memories of you he is, where he came from, or why he was buried in the dirt. It's about the journey of this man as he discorves who he was to those around him before he lost his memories. It's about a man deciding who he wants to be in an ocean of perspectives of his character from others.

It's about family and the unbreakable bond with your mother no matter where you go and what happens. Even if that means doing things that no one else will understand or even hate you for doing.

i actually did have an idea for a short comic about them, but i really forgot about it until around a few months ago when i drew up a few potential redesigns for both of them. they're really still up in the air - i might end up selling them as adopts, but i do actually want to do something with them!

(also, here are the redesign sketches from around may-ish? i might end up finishing these designs when i'm in the mood to draw more halloweeny stuff, though they'll probably look a lot different as my artstyle + chara design work has improved)

gelan is samael's father

gelan bears a physical resemblance to penelope and samael. sharing penelope's eye color and samael's statue.

presumably samael's father married in his mid to late 20's and after 18 years would be middle aged fitting the age range gelan has mentioned.

he's willing to abandon a person in need when he thinks they aren't worth the risk. he prioritizes his safety (and by extension rayne's) over interpersonal bonds or any kind of integrity. this shown during his intervention with rayne and samael.

then again when rayne worries over her friends being kidnapped or injured by adon's group. he's quick to cut ties when someone becomes too much of a burden.

much like samael's father who abandoned his own family.

(this is based on various webtoon comments proposing the idea but it's not something I'm fully committed to myself)

I have a linea donatella lace babydoll that I got a couple years ago and I have just loved it to PIECES. It's my most favorite article of clothing and I've worked so hard to keep the lace from ripping and I've resewn some of it but unfortunately it's a size L which... I've certainly exceeded. Stretching fabric that far and wearing it at every possible occasion causes much wear n tear. I tried to search for the exact design all over the internet but with no luck </3 I'm hoping at some point I find a dupe or something because it is the most lovely beautiful thing and I feel so delicate and delicious in it 💗

You ever think about how Sogo was so afraid to mess up that he constantly held himself back? Do you think about how Tamaki wanted to learn but had to push past his entire life of putting himself first? Do you think about how they supported each other during the other's reconnecting with their families and, when those families abandoned them, promised to stay with the other?

Just....MEZZO slowly becoming this thing between a real friendship and a family. Not best friends, like they said once, but maybe unbreakable friends

I rarely remember dreams. And when I do they are like basically never ever sex dreams. But I remembered a dream last night that like still wasn’t a sex dream, but a sex toy dream. Tho like not even using them. The dream was like my mom and sister going through some room that in the dream was mine and they found a couple toys. Def wasn’t well received lol, and I was like this is part of why you should let me have space and privacy. Then I woke up and got all turned on thinking about what the dream toys would be like.
