The death toll in Israel's genocide against the Palestinians living in the Gaza Strip has reached outrageous new highs, with women and children remaining the main targets in the bombardment.

The death toll in Gaza has now reached 21'320, with an additional 55'603 wounded since October 7th.

In a statement, Gaza Ministry of Health spokesperson Ashraf Al-Qudra said that Occupation forces committed 20 massacres, claiming 210 civilian lives and another 360 wounded over the previous 24-hours.

He also emphasized that the Occupation army is targeting in the vicinity of al-Amal Hospital and the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, and expressed the fear that "the same scenario that happened at al-Shifa Medical Complex will be repeated against the hospital."

Over the last two days, Occupation warplanes heavily bombed and shelled the area surrounding the Nasser Medical Complex and al-Amal Hospital in Central Gaza.

Al-Qudra also called on international institutions to intervene to "restart the operation of the largest al-Shifa Medical Complex in the Gaza Strip."

He also pointed out the arrival of specialized medical teams, in cooperation with international health institutions to work in al-Aqsa Martyrs medical center, Nasser and the European Gaza Hospitals.

“The Israeli violations against the health system led to the death of 312 health personnel, some of whom were of rare specialized capabilities.” Al-Qudra added.

"The Israeli occupation deliberately destroyed 104 ambulances and put them out of service. It also deliberately targeted 142 health institutions and put 23 hospitals and 53 health centers out of service."

Al-Qudra also warned that “the humanitarian and health conditions of the displaced have reached catastrophic levels beyond description," and explained that more than 1.9 million displaced Palestinians lack food, water and medicine.

"50,000 pregnant women suffer from thirst, malnutrition, and poor health care in shelter centers," al-Qudra said.

He pointed out that 50% of the displaced children are being exposed to dehydration, malnutrition, respiratory and skin diseases, extreme cold and a lack of vaccinations for newborns.

Al-Qudra also cautioned, "The mechanism for leaving the wounded is ineffective and does not respond to the large numbers of casualties. We need to provide a new mechanism that allows hundreds of wounded to leave every day."

"The urgent priority currently is for 5,000 wounded people with serious and complex cases to leave for treatment abroad to save their lives."

ISRAELI OCCUPATION COMMITS 13 MASSACRES IN GAZA AS GENOCIDAL BOMBING CAMPAIGN CONTINUES INTO 86TH DAY

The death toll from the genocidal bombing campaign of the Israeli Occupation Forces (IOF) reached outrageous new heights Monday as the IOF committed 13 massacres of Palestinian families in the Gaza Strip in just the past 24-hours.

According to Gaza Ministry of Health spokesperson Ashraf al-Qudra, the death toll in the Gaza Strip has reached 21'978, with an additional 57'697 wounded in the genocide, ongoing since October 7th.

The Ministry spokesperson added that occupation forces had committed 13 massacres in the previous 24-hours, leaving 156 Palestinians dead and 246 more wounded.

Al-Qudra also pointed out that 326 Healthcare workers had been killed and 104 ambulances damaged or destroyed since the Israeli aggression began.

According to al-Qudra, 150 healthcare institutions have been deliberately targeted in Israeli strikes, adding that 30 hospitals in Gaza have been put out of service and 99 healthcare personnel arrested by the occupation authorities.

“We are working to restart hospitals in northern Gaza,” al-Qudra said, adding, “We are discussing with international institutions the restart of health centers in various regions of the Strip.”

The Ministry spokesperson also issued a statement to the international community, calling on international institutions to protect Gaza's healthcare system. He also emphasized the need to protect healthcare staff operating in the strip, and stressed the need for additional medical teams and field hospitals to meet the enormous needs of the community at this time.

Al-Qudra also noted that there were 1.9 million displaced Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, all of whom are vulnerable to famine and epidemics.
