In relation to the snow witch/cat lesbian duo, here are the said witch's dads. The first one, Marcus is AGES OLD character I've had for a decade that I still love a lot, and I actually didn't change his design from the old one almost at all? I simply drew him better now, thanks to having my drawing skills improve at least somewhat in the past decade.
Lethas is an amalgamation of an entire family of old dragonic deity characters squished together. I'll draw his dragon form sometime later.
...The font I'm using is kinda not matching for the fantasy vibe, but I really didn't feel like doing graphic design so to speak rn lmao
Fun Facts below:
Marcus is a Romanian noble in heritage, though local villagers rarely see him, and think of their count as bit of a weird hermit. Pleasant and polite enough, but odd.
Marcus doesn't have human staff, he uses his powerful ice magic to create icy entities that act as servants.
Marcus' Patron Deity is Jack Frost
Irina was abandoned at his doorstep as a toddler, and he was initially hesitant in taking her in, but saw potential in her already strong magic, and was admittedly kind of lonely living there alone
He and Lethas are in a mostly platonic, non-sexual relationship, but they do come off like an old married couple that bicker constantly, and clearly have a very strong emotional bond between one another.
Marcus is gay (and basically anyone who meets him can tell he's not straight, there's no way lol) and Lethas basically has no sexual/romantic drive whatsoever given the way his kind are born. (So he's Aro-ace if you apply human labels)
They started out as rivals, but overtime kind of become each other's only company (up until Irina showed up)
Lethas was actually frozen as a statue in dragon form in front of the Vasile castle for almost fifty years, and was released accidentally by Irina when she was 8.
She thought he was going to eat her dad, only to see the two start bickering and head inside for tea, as if him being frozen by Marcus for five whole decades wasn't unusual. (It was an accident, Marcus actually thought he'd accidentally killed Lethas and was relieved to find out that wasn't the case, even if he doesn't show it openly)
Lethas is a soul dragon, a being born from the lost souls of dead warriors perished in wars. All his weapons are formed from soul fire.
Lethas was born sometime around the age of the roman empire, though can't remember exactly when. Marcus is couple hundred years old, but he did spend about half of it on ice literally, hence he actually appears younger than he should. (Long story, he met Lethas because the dragon released him from ice accidentally)
Lethas breathes fire like average dragons, though his soul fire is immensely powerful and can't be put out in any other way, except essentially powerful exorcism magic or a soul eater's devouring of it.
Lethas immediately took into his role as the more strict and responsible dad, the first thing he did when waking up was to pick Irina up in his dragonic form and place her gently on the balcony of her room, patting her head, before turning around to bitch at Marcus.
The swirly pattern on Lethas' cloak doesn't just glow in soul form, but they move and swirl around too.
Split hair and coloring with Lethas symbolizes the duality of life in all its forms; life and death, sky and earth, fire and water, war and peace, etc. or that's what Lethas likes to claim anyway. Marcus suspects he just thinks it looks cool.
Marcus' coat turns into hues of blue and white when he fully activates his powers. The snowflake/star design on it is actually the center of the Warlock sect symbol for this world's Arcane Council (body that governs primary magic users, I.E beings whose main thing is magic, rather than the magic being result of being some sort of mythical being)
Technically, you're not supposed to remove parts of the symbol if you wish to utilize it, but Marcus didn't like the hostile looking spiky eyes surrounding the central star pattern, so he didn't include them + made the colors more to his taste.

Montenegro and Hungary have chosen to sit year out. Hungary is still having their A Dal song contest, but they won’t be sending that person to the Netherlands.
Turkey, Andorra, Luxembourg, Monaco, Morocco, and Slovakia have been absent for a long while and have decided not to return this year. Turkey are in dispute with the EBU over the rules about the Big 5, the others have not really made noises or movements towards involvement.
Bosnia-Herzegovina are out due to financial issues again, while three countries that are mentioned each year (Kosovo, Kazakhstan and Liechtenstein) are still not members of the EBU and would need to be invited to the song contest. EBU hasn’t done that this year.

NATIONAL FINALS
I like the national final countries because they are organised and they don’t leave you guessing with random announcements and other paraphernalia. You can pencil them into your diary/ stick them in your iPhone and your life/evenings/weekends are somewhat over
SERBIA: FEB
Serbia are one of the exceptions to the organised thing mentioned above. They have two semi final and a final all happening in February. Dates are unknown
CZECH REPUBLIC: FEB 3
The Czech Republic has announced the people taking part in their selection. The songs are due out shortly and the online vote completes by February 3 when the announcement of a winner is made.
AUSTRALIA: FEB 8
The Australian final is again out of the Gold Coast and again has 10 entrants. But one of the hosts, Myf, is currently in the South African jungle taking part in the I’m a celebrity get me out of here show.
ITALY: FEB 8
February 8th is going to be a busy day. The San Remo Festival of Italian Music concluded on this day after semi final shows from the 4th - 7th.
LATVIA: FEB 8
Latvia has dispensed with semi finals and is having a one show final to be held February 8. The final has 9 competitors (there is no Marcus Riva) which were announced earlier this week.
MALTA: FEB 8
The person who is representing Malta will be the winner of their local X Factor show. The song will come later on.
LITHUANIA: FEB 15
Lithuania continues it’s longer six show format which concluded on the 15th February. The first two semi finals are done and there are other shows on January 25th, February 1st, and 8th.
NORWAY: FEB 15:
Norway has followed with Lithuania’s example and gone with a six show format also. There are five semi finals (January 11th, 18th, 25th, February 1st, and 8th) with the winner of the evening going to the final. There are 5 entrants that are pre-qualified and they are being sung at each of the five semi finals.
SLOVENIA: FEB 22
Slovenia have scheduled their final for February 22 with 12 participants; ten were named earlier while the final two were selected from a newbie round called EMA FRES.
UKRAINE: FEB 22
The Ukraine have kept their Vidbir format that has been so successful. This year each entrant has been pre-asked by Jamala if Crimea is Ukraine to avoid any embarrassing issues. The format at performers were meant to be announced by now.
POLAND: FEB 23
Poland are choosing their performer via a talent show Szansa na sukces! This is the show which has used successfully to choose the entrants for Junior ESC, and they won the contest.
CROATIA: FEB 29
Croatia is having their traditional national final Dora. Sixteen entrants have been announced and three spares in case of issues. The songs will complete in a one show final.
ESTONIA: FEB 29
Eesti Laul 2020 has two semi finals on the 13th and 15 February before their final on Feb 29. The songs and participants are know.
ICELAND: FEB 29
The song contest in Iceland has stayed the same with their two semis on February 8th and 15th with the top two going to the Feb 29 final.
BELARUS: MAR 6
All that is known is the final date; song submissions have still be open.
FINLAND: MAR 7
Finland has abandoned the internal artist - national final format for their old format of UMK national final. It is a one show format again.
DENMARK: MAR 7
Dansk MGP is again a one show final set. Artist are unknown.
PORTUGAL: MAR 7
The Portuguese Festival Da Cancao is again a two semi final plus final selection. The artists songs and composers have been presented.
SWEDEN: MAR 7
Melodifestivalen - the King Daddy of all national finals is the last of the finals as always. Their four semi finals run from Feb 1st to 22nd, the Andra Chasen is on Feb 29th and the usual Stockholm final is Mar 7.
THE REST?
Israel is currently in the midst of the Next Star contest and the winner will be known shortly. The song will come through just beforethe deadline.
Switzerland has advised their entrant will be announced in March. The who and the what is unknown.
Moldova have a jury selecting songs, but there may or may not be a national final.
Romania will be having a national final, but it has not been announced as yet.
Germany is to announce their plans in late January.
Armenia are currently in an audition process for an upcoming national final (thanks @fujiwarap). Dates are unknown.
Greece, San Marino and Russia are expected to go internal but it’s anyone’s guess.
This leaves us with Azerbaijan, Ireland, and the United Kingdom. From these, I’ve heard nothing.

Peste 700 de procurori se delimitează de organizațiile care au participat la negocierile cu Tudorel Toader în legătură cu OUG 7
Într-o scrisoare deschisă, semnată până la această oră de 710 procurori din toată țara, aceștia de delimitează public de Asociația Procurorilor din România și de Asociația Magistraților din România, atrăgând atenția că ”aceste asociații profesionale nu vorbesc în numele nostru și nu ne reprezintă”.

Cea de-a XXVII-a ediţie a Galei Premiilor UNITER va avea loc la Cluj-Napoca, pe 13 mai. În vederea acordării premiilor pentru acest an, juriul de nominalizări, alcătuit din criticii de teatru Monica Andronescu, Oana Borş şi Mircea Morariu, au avut în atenţie spectacole care au avut premiera în perioada 1 ianuarie – 31 decembrie 2018.

Left as the wardeness of the Eastern part of Hungary, due to her father’s untimely death (curse those beasts), the Lady Amelia is in a dire predicament.
Men and women were falling down to this unholy plague that has swept their lands, towns swarmed with wolves that were once human. Soon, she will be a ruler of nothing more but rapid beasts if Amelia does not take action.
It is not a mater of how, but a matter of should she? Marcus Corvinus arrived a fortnight ago at her fortress with a dozen men bearing the Corvinus crest. Amelia has heard of the rumors about the Corvinus family, about how they appear to never age, never die. A most godforsaken family. Amelia too has heard about the curse that struck down upon the Corvinus twins. One bitten by bat, one by wolf. The peasants claim that God himself cursed the Corvinus family, believing that they made a deal with the Devil.
Amelia knew better. Despite her hesitation to welcome the son of Corvinus, Amelia relented. The Corvinus family held an alliance with the Vasile family for many years now, Amelia must act accordingly.
The proposition that Marcus offered Amelia left the young woman taken aback. Marcus’ demonstrations of his new found abilities left her down right dumbstruck - and at a crossroads. Amelia was not one for superstitions, nor was she a religious woman per se, but yet the young woman found herself in a moral dilemma.
That is why she had a pigeon with a request for a meeting sent to Lord Viktor, an old ally of the Vasile family. Amelia hopes to gain some guidance from the older Lord - for she too is aware that Marcus has offered the same proposition to the old Lord.

Dipping back to my old fandom kinda made me want to bring back/redesign another, very old (I'm talking 10 years) character that was loosely inspired by Grimmjow back then. Also bcuz I need more lesbian ships, and she (Reina) used to have a fun one with her GF.
Unfortunately the said GF belonged to my friend, and that character has no up-to-date design. She also has no time to really make one, so I just decided to utilize another (recently) scrapped character of mine to design her a new one, while keeping some aspects of that old dynamic I loved. Like Reina being a silly, annoying goof towards her GF lol
There's going to be at least one more decade old character involved with this group, that I want to bring back because of how much I still love his design lol
Generally speaking, I should probably just think of my characters as small groups with their own dynamics, rather than constantly think of the big picture, as that gets too overwhelming too quickly....
Fun facts about the two below:
The bow in Irina's cardigan serves as the top button as well, and sometimes she wears it with only that button closed.
She can transform her umbrella into a blade or a whip, and use it as a shield or float with it. or just to smack when her kitty is being mischievous
she has a yellow sleeveless top and black leggings under her cardigan and boots.
Reina is from a special werecat family that are also known as Stormbringers, as each member has an elemental power somehow connecting to storms. Reina's is wind element
Irina was adopted by a Winter Warlock (whose patron is Jack Frost) called Marcus Vasile, when she was a toddler. She was abandoned there by her family who didn't know what to do with her magic powers
Marcus is a Romanian noble, or has noble heritage to be exact, though he's mostly seen as an eccentric rich hermit, or was before he got himself a daughter.
Reina is close with her older brother whose element is lightning; they bicker and fight a lot, but make for a badass fighter team once they work together.
Same can be said about Reina and Irina, although they don't actually physically fight, just bicker a lot.

175) Macedończycy w Albanii, Macedonians in Albania (macedoński: Македонци во Албанија, latynizacja: Makedonci vo Albanija; albański: Maqedonasit në Shqipëri) są oficjalnie uznaną mniejszością etniczną. Według spisu z 2011 roku w Albanii mieszka 5870 Macedończyków. Jednak przed spisem macedońskie organizacje z Albanii poprosiły Macedończyków o bojkot spisu, ponieważ tylko w gminie Pustec osoby mogły zadeklarować się jako etniczni Macedończycy. W spisie z 1989 r. 4697 osób zadeklarowało się jako Macedończycy. W pewnych okolicznościach tożsamość etniczna może być płynna wśród ludności słowiańskiej Albanii, która może identyfikować się jako Albańska lub Bułgarska, w zależności od okoliczności. Według Edmonda Temelko, burmistrza gminy Pustec, „[...] Bułgaria wykorzystuje ciężką sytuację ekonomiczną Macedończyków w Albanii, aby zaoferować im bułgarskie obywatelstwo, paszporty i możliwości zatrudnienia”. Stan ludności macedońskiej mieszkającej w regionie Prespa jest opisywany pozytywnie i jest szczególnie chwalony, ponieważ we wszystkich wioskach tego obszaru zezwala się na naukę w swoim języku ojczystym. Organizacje macedońskie twierdzą, że rząd zaniża ich liczbę i są niedostatecznie reprezentowani politycznie, argumentując, że w albańskim parlamencie nie ma Macedończyków, dopóki Vasil Sterjovski nie został wybrany w 2019 roku jako reprezentant partii macedońskiej. W poprzednich raportach z Helsinek stwierdzono: „Albania uznaje [...] mniejszość macedońską, ale tylko w regionach południowych. Ci, którzy identyfikują się jako Macedończycy [...] poza tymi regionami mniejszościowymi, nie otrzymują praw mniejszości przyznanych na południu, w tym mniejszości zajęcia w szkołach państwowych”. W połowie XIX wieku przynależność narodowa prawosławnych Słowian Macedonii stała się miejscem rywalizacji Greków i Bułgarów, którzy wraz z Serbią zintensyfikowali swoją narodową działalność edukacyjną w regionie. Zgodnie z wydaniem Encyclopædia Britannica z 1911 r., Na początku XX w. Słowianie stanowili większość populacji Macedonii. Sama Per Britannica większość Słowian była uważana przez prawie wszystkie niezależne władze za „Bułgarów”. Podział ziem osmańskich regionu Macedonii między bałkańskie państwa narodowe po zakończeniu wojen bałkańskich (1912–1913) i I wojny światowej (1914–1918) spowodował, że obszar ten został podzielony. Do Albanii włączono małe macedońskie obszary Golo Brdo i Mala Prespa. W latach dwudziestych Albańczycy nazywali ortodoksyjnych Słowian w Albanii, Bułgarami. Nowe państwo albańskie nie próbowało asymilować tej mniejszości. 9 stycznia 1932 r. delegacje bułgarska i albańska podpisały w Sofii protokół dotyczący uznania mniejszości bułgarskiej w Albanii. Belgrad był podejrzliwy wobec uznania mniejszości bułgarskiej w Macedonii i był zirytowany, że utrudniłoby to jego politykę przymusowej „serbizacji” w serbskiej Macedonii. Zablokował już ratyfikację takiego protokołu z Grecją. Z powodu nacisków ze strony Jugosławii protokół ten również nigdy nie został ratyfikowany. Jednak w 1942 r. spis albańsko-włoski przeprowadzony w dzisiejszych zachodnich częściach Macedonii Północnej, wówczas części Królestwa Albanii, a obecnie w najbardziej wschodnich częściach Albanii, przeprowadzony został pod kątem składu etnicznego ludności słowiańskiej, z których 31% zarejestrowanych stanowili Bułgarzy i 8% zostało zarejestrowanych jako Serbowie. Z drugiej strony, w 1934 roku Komintern poparł ideę, że Słowianie macedońscy stanowili odrębną narodowość. Przed II wojną światową ten pogląd na kwestię macedońską nie miał praktycznego znaczenia. W czasie wojny idee te poparli projugosłowiańska macedońska partyzantka komunistyczna. Po wkroczeniu Armii Czerwonej na Bałkany do władzy w regionie doszły nowe reżimy komunistyczne. W ten sposób ich polityka w kwestii macedońskiej polegała na wspieraniu rozwoju odrębnej etnicznej tożsamości macedońskiej. W rezultacie mniejszość słowiańska w Albanii została w 1945 roku uznana za Macedończyków. Jednak po upadku komunizmu w 1998 r. ówczesny minister spraw zagranicznych Albanii Paskal Milo stwierdził w sprawie mniejszości słowiańskiej: „Po drugiej wojnie światowej znamy tę mniejszość jako Macedończyków. Wolałbym nie wyjaśniać, dlaczego wybraliśmy w ten sposób, ale reżim komunistyczny podjął tę decyzję i trudno nam teraz to zmienić”. Były premier Aleksander Meksi otwarcie przyznał się do obecności etnicznych Bułgarów w pobliżu jeziora Prespa. Na wniosek bułgarskich posłów do Parlamentu Europejskiego, Komisja Spraw Zagranicznych Parlamentu Europejskiego poruszyła kwestię osób pochodzenia bułgarskiego zamieszkałych w regionach Prespa, Golo Brdo i Gora. W następstwie nacisków bułgarskich posłów do Parlamentu Europejskiego i petycji lokalnej społeczności bułgarskiej, w 2017 roku albański parlament uznał mniejszość bułgarską w Albanii. Jego obecność jest wspierana przez badaczy terenowych z Bułgarii, ale jest kwestionowana przez tamtejszych działaczy etnicznych Macedończyków. Zewnętrzne szacunki dotyczące populacji Macedończyków w Albanii obejmują 10 000, podczas gdy źródła macedońskie podają, że w Albanii mieszka od 120 000 do 350 000 Macedończyków. Pomimo wysokiego poziomu emigracji, oficjalna liczba osób rejestrujących się jako Macedończycy w Albanii podwoiła się w ciągu ostatnich 60 lat, według danych spisu ludności. W 2000 roku Albania przeprowadziła spis ludności, w którym nie odnotowano przynależności etnicznej i jako taki w tym czasie uzyskano różne szacunki dotyczące słowiańskiej populacji Albanii, których nie można było sprawdzić i skorygować. Ówczesny macedoński minister imigracji Martin Trenevski oszacował w 2000 r., że mniejszość macedońska w Albanii liczy 300 000 osób. Po przeprowadzeniu osobistych wizyt na obszarach macedońskiego osadnictwa w Albanii, dyplomata Geert Ahrens uznał te liczby za „rażąco przesadzone”, podobnie jak inni macedońscy rozmówcy. W marcu 2009 r. Komisja ds. Mniejszości przy Ministerstwie Spraw Zagranicznych Albanii ogłosiła wyniki badania dotyczącego mniejszości narodowych w kraju. Według badań w kraju mieszka 4148 Macedończyków (0,14% całej populacji). Burmistrz Pustec Edmond Temelko skrytykował raport i powiedział, że „ta liczba po raz kolejny dowodzi, że rząd albański zaprzecza istnieniu mniejszości macedońskiej”. Jest to próba zastraszenia mniejszości w celu zadeklarowania albańskiego pochodzenia etnicznego. Ponadto niektórzy uważali, że albański rząd oświadczył, że będzie więził każdego, kto nie wziął udziału w spisie ludności lub odmówił zadeklarowania swojego pochodzenia etnicznego. Trudność w liczeniu mniejszości macedońskiej w Albanii wynika z tego, że większość użytkowników macedońskich pochodzi z muzułmańskiego pochodzenia i nie identyfikuje się jako Macedończycy, ponieważ nawet w Macedonii, muzułmańscy użytkownicy macedońskiego nie są liczeni jako Macedończycy, ale Torbeši lub Gorani. W dwóch największych wsiach gminy, Pustec i Gorice e Madhe, działają ośmioklasowe szkoły, w których 20% tekstów przygotowywanych jest w języku ojczystym. W centrum gminy znajduje się również liceum. Historia narodu macedońskiego jest w szkole specjalnym przedmiotem. Wszystkie szkoły mniejszości mają bliźniacze partnerstwa z ich odpowiednikami w Macedonii. Cała kadra nauczycielska jest lokalna i posiada odpowiednie wykształcenie. Macedończycy w Albanii to głównie Macedończycy i muzułmanie. Rozmieszczenie religii wśród Macedończyków odzwierciedla trend wyznawania wyznania u ich sąsiadów spoza Macedonii - Macedończycy z bardziej południowych regionów wyznają prawosławie z dużą koncentracją albańskich prawosławnych z tych regionów, a także miejscowych Aromunów i Greków, którzy są w większości Prawosławni, podczas gdy idzie się dalej na północ, odsetek muzułmańskich Macedończyków rośnie wraz z odsetkiem muzułmańskich Albańczyków (którzy stanowią większość niektórych lokalnych albańskich obszarów w północnych częściach). Na południu kraju, w okolicach Mala Prespa, Pogradec, Korçë i Bilisht, Macedończycy są w większości prawosławni. Obecnie gmina jest w trakcie budowy pierwszej z wielu macedońskich cerkwi prawosławnych. Kościół św. Michała Archanioła został zapoczątkowany na początku XXI wieku. Nowy kościół to kościół Najświętszej Marii Panny, na który Macedoński Kościół Prawosławny przeznaczył znaczne fundusze. We wrześniu 1991 r. powstało Stowarzyszenie Polityczne Macedończyków w Albanii „Bratska” (BPAMA). Inne organizacje macedońskie to Macedonian Alliance for European Integration, Macedonian Society Ilinden Tirana, Prespa, Mir (Peace), Bratstvo (Brotherhood) i MED (Macedonian Aegean Society). W marcu 2012 roku Macedończycy w Golo Brdo utworzyli „Most”. Prezes organizacji Besnik Hasani powiedział, że celem ugrupowania jest „walka o uznanie Macedończyków na Golo Brdo przez państwo albańskie i wprowadzenie języka macedońskiego do szkół… Naszym zadaniem będzie także zapobieganie bułgarskiej propagandzie i wysiłki Bułgarii na rzecz bułgaryzacji Macedończyków na Golo Brdo”. Macedończyków w języku albańskim reprezentuje Macedoński Sojusz na rzecz Integracji Europejskiej (macedoński: Македонска Алијанса за Европска Интеграција / Makedonska Alijansa za Evropska Integracija). W 2007 roku Edmond Temelko został wybrany na burmistrza Pustca, a na to stanowisko został ponownie wybrany w 2011 roku, w którym partia otrzymała około 2500 głosów. Edmond Osmani ledwo przegapił wybór na burmistrza Trebište, jednak 5 macedońskich doradców zostało wybranych w Pustcu, 3 w Trebisht, 2 w Bilisht i jeszcze jednym w Pirg. Obecnie w albańskim parlamencie nie ma Macedończyka. Jednak wielu przedstawicieli władz lokalnych jest Macedończykami. Burmistrzem Pustec jest Edmond Vangjel Themelko zgodnie z wyborami samorządowymi w 2007 roku. Jest Macedończykiem. W okręgach Zvezda i Górna Gorica reprezentowani są Macedończycy. Lokalne radio w Korçë nadaje przez pół godziny codziennie przez pół godziny program Fote Nikola (macedoński: Фоте Никола), który zawiera biuletyny informacyjne i piosenki w języku macedońskim dla mniejszości macedońskiej w Albanii. 7 listopada 2002 r. powstała pierwsza prywatna rozgłośnia radiowa w języku macedońskim. Nazywa się „Radio Prespa”. Lokalna stacja telewizyjna nadawała również programy z Republiki Macedonii. W listopadzie 2010 r. oficjalnie uruchomiono pierwszą macedońską stację telewizyjną Television Kristal (macedoński: Телевизија Кристал / Televisija Kristal). Liczne formy drukowanych mediów w języku macedońskim służą potrzebom Macedończyków mieszkających w Albanii. We wczesnych latach 90-tych pojawiło się pierwsze czasopismo w języku macedońskim, znane jako Mir (Pokój). Później jeszcze gazeta Prespa (macedoński: Преспа / Prespa) zaczęła być wydawana przez Macedończyków mieszkających w regionie Mala Prespa. Macedońska gazeta „Ilinden” została wydana w kwietniu 2011 r. przez Macedończyków mieszkających w Tiranie.

Inggris melanjutkan tren positif mereka usai sukses menghajar Bulgaria dengan skor 6-0 dalam laga Kualifikasi EURO 2020 Grup A yang digelar di Vasil Levski, Selasa (15/10/2019) dini hari WIB.
