Helck Volume 8: Let's Save The Humans
Having now read volume 8 of Helck, it's hard to say that Nanao doesn't deserve respect for their truly impressive writing within the shounen framework. Their ability to effortlessly mix the humor, comedy, and absurdity ever present in the earlier volumes with the more sincere and tension filled interactions of volumes such as this one is outstanding.
Even though it's setup for the final arc of the story, Nanao's writing really helps the smaller moments of this volume shine, giving me plenty to talk about- which I take advantage of in my full review at Animehouse.

C’est par le biais de ses réseaux sociaux que la maison d’édition Doki-Doki a annoncé ce lundi la parution prochaine en France du manga Helck de Nanaki Nanao, avec d’ores et déjà une date de sortie pour son premier tome. Prépublié au Japon entre mai 2014 et décembre 2017 au sein du magazine Ura Sunday de l’éditeur Shogakukan, le titre est complet en 12 volumes et signera son lancement en France en début d’année 2024.Shonen bourré d’action et de comédie, Helck connait notamment une récente adaptation en anime par le studio d’animation Satelight, listée avec un total de 24 épisodes. Sa diffusion a débuté le 11 juillet 2023 au Japon et c’est la plateforme de streaming ADN qui propose la série dans l’hexagone avec un nouvel épisode chaque mardi en simulcast. Quelle est la date de sortie en France du manga Helck aux éditions Doki-Doki ? Comme annoncé par l’éditeur, le manga Helck entamera sa publication en France à partir du 10 janvier 2024 avec son premier tome. Sa parution se poursuivra ensuite à raison d’un nouveau tome tous les 3 mois environ.
