Crime scene photos featuring the guns AL used to kill both his mother, Nancy Lanza, 28 teachers and kids including himself. (Technically not all 28, I’m pretty sure he killed himself and a few others with the Glock 20SF he had on hand due to his rifle jamming.)
Photos 1-6: Savage Arms 22cal. Rifle
Photos 7-10: Bushmaster XM15-E2S Rifle (Either drywall debris, from when he shot into the bathroom, or evaporated blood can be seen on the barrel of the gun.)
In order to collect on the $1.5 billion in defamation judgments they won against Alex Jones, the families of the victims of the massacre at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Connecticut have voted to liquidate the far-right conspiracy theorist’s assets.
The unanimous decision was filed on the docket at the federal bankruptcy court in Texas where the Infowars host’s empire — which also includes the company Free Speech Systems — is being picked over more than a year after he first filed a petition for personal bankruptcy protection. He filed for bankruptcy for Free Speech Systems while he was on trial in July 2023. Ultimately, he was held liable for his defamatory comments about the 2012 mass shooting in Newton, including repeatedly calling the tragedy a “giant hoax.”
In fact, the massacre left 26 people dead and two injured. Twenty children who attended the primary school and six adults were killed.
As Law & Crime previously reported, Jones is not able to cast off the staggering award ordered by Judge Christopher Lopez because his conduct was formally considered “willful and malicious,” and under bankruptcy laws in the United States, when an individual debtor causes such an injury of intentional emotional distress, there is no relief.
As part of the liquidation process, items like real estate, cars, cash and more are expected to be sold off. According to Bloomberg Law, there will be a hearing next month where a detailed plan for the liquidation will be sorted out.
Alex Jones made a fortune off telling people children were not murdered and their parents were lying. Then people sent him money to support those lies.
That kind of evil and sadism is beyond me. I can't think of the type of person who hears about Alex Jones and refuses to denounce his grift.
Those Sandy Hook parents were hurting and the alt-right saw it as an opportunity for conspiracy. Those conservatives who do not consider themselves alt-right just went along with the abuse, never seeing themselves as enemies of those beautiful innocent children.
Something about Lanzas motivations for Sandy Hook i dont see talked about often:
In one of his Cultural Philistine videos Lanza mentions that despite being pro suicide, he doesn't have the discipline to kill himself, and would need to get himself into a situation with "intolerable consequences" to get over his will to live, which he likens to an addiction.
From pages 16-17 here:
"Th-there’s, I, I can think of two ways that you can choose to overcome an addiction. The first is that you can have the self-discipline to recognize that you need to overcome your addiction, and [...] continue to persist in overcoming it, you’ll, that desire will eventually disappear. And I … I don’t have that discipline.
There’s one other way you can choose to overcome an addiction
and that is to allow your addiction to get you into some cir-circumstances such that continuing the addiction would have more, would have much more intolerable consequences than ending the addiction would have. [...] I think that’s the position that I need to be in to overcome [addiction to life]"
Undoubtably, Sandy Hook created those intolerable consequences.
“The parents' attorney suggested the cellphone records show Jones lied on the stand because he insisted he doesn't use email and couldn't find any messages related to Sandy Hook on his phone.”
Alex Jones’ lawyers accidentally(?) sent the lawyers for the Sandy Hook parents a treasure trove of his text messages! And!!! And the January 6th Committee might subpoena them, perhaps for criminal proceedings?
What does eight year old Adam Lanza wants more than anything else?

What I Want More Then [sic] Anything Else
I want a farm more then anything else. I have a hunger for taking care of animals and planting. I wan [sic] a farm because it will make the animals happy. The plants would be happy and I will be happy. My Mom knows I want a farm. So she let me buy 10 plants and let me have a garden and bought me a cow thing I can stick into the soil. My mom also bought me pots so I could plant them on the porch. Right now I fell [sic] like I own a farm right now.
