Hey, I can make disaster children too.

Meet skekRod the Matchmaker and urIte the Lovebringer. They're shippers, basically.

A long time ago, skekRod witnessed two Gelfling in love and got obsessed with it. He's been the Matchmaker ever since, impulsively matching couples left and right and causing arranged marriages and the drama that comes with it. Because of this, urIte has to come in and clean up his messes. Fate has crossed their paths so much that they're basically partners at this point.

I had the most trouble with skekRod's look. I'm still not happy with it. I'm gonna change his colours and look if the inspiration hits me in the future. I'm fine with how urIte is, but there's still room for improvement, for sure.

SkekFi the Weak Empress & urPho the Meek Loyal

Skeksona and urRusona! And technically kid au. 

Skekfi and urPho were hatched prematurely, causing them many health problems growing up and making them smaller than most Skeksis and urRu. urPho has always been an emotional urRu, crying silently a lot and very quiet. SkekFi has always been a very angry Skeksis, one from being treated as weaker then everyone else due to her health problems and because she feels like the world has wronged her by making her older brother the next in line for the throne. She feels like it’s her right to be on the throne, and is especially bitter about the social change that has gone on in Thra. 

She, along with many others unhappy with the changes happening on Thra, experimented with the idea of fashioning weapons out of the the darkening energy left over from her fathers rule... despite her worries, urPho can’t bring herself to go against her “soul sister.” They promised to stick by one another till the very end... even if it’s a bloody end.

The Dark Crystal series is so good! I made my own Skeksisona!

The Zoologist, skekTark. They have a keen interest in cataloging the beasts of Thra, to find their next accessory or prized pet. (The little bird creature tied to their head would be its own puppet)

I’m just so enthralled with all the creature designs that I want an entire bestiary! So I could easily see my love for the animals being corrupted into the Zoologist’s goals xD
