SLで毎年恒例行事のSkin Fairが開催されているので行ってきた。メンズ商品は少な目なのでここは敢えての女子モノ物色の為に行ったと言っても過言ではない。嫁様の店のAD撮影用アバターのメイク用品（アイラッシュや涙袋など）を購入。少しずつ盛っていくのだ。可愛いは作れる。知らんけど。あとはメッシュヘッドの新作DEMOを一通り試してみた。今季注目しているのは勿論Lelutkaだが意外とCatwaが頑張ってるなぁと感じた。ヘッドの質感が高いのかウルウル感・ツヤツヤ感が出てるなぁと。そして目元のアニメーションがとてもアンニュイで色っぽい。個人的におススメである。 You TubeでBling-Bang-Bang-Bornの替え歌を見つけた。分かりみが深すぎて…昔ブラック系企業で働いてた頃を思い出すわ～（しみじみ ■KNIT [Deadwool] Wolf jumper ■JACKET [Deadwool] Sean jacket

2024.03.11 Skin Fair 2024

I am pleased to present to you the skins offered by Dotty's Secret for the skin fair (from March 8th) In my first topic I showed you Ana, in a light tone. Here is the second skin, Brinley, intended for dark skin.

Dotty offers you 9 tones ranging from Sunkiss to Moonlight. The skins are velour compatible.

The pack includes a version with or without eyebrows and add-ons for human lelutka ears (but it works well on elf ears) as well as tattoos for possible problems with the neck but I didn't need it to wear it.

I chose the Ebony tone. I added different add-ons: eyeshadow and eyeliner, as well as pores, included in an add-on pack for Brinley. There are several choices and opacities.

Note that the skin is offered with a 25% reduction.

J'ai le plaisir de vous présenter les skin proposées par Dotty's Secret pour la skin fair (à partir du 8 mars) Dans mon premier sujet je vous ai montré Ana, dans une tonalité claire. Ici voici la seconde skin, Brinley, plutôt prévue pour les peaux foncées.

Dotty vous propose 9 tonalités qui vont de Sunkiss à Moonlight. Les skins sont compatibles velour.

Les pack comprennent une version avec ou sans sourcils et les add-on pour les oreilles lelutka humaines (mais cela fonctionne bien sur les oreilles elf) ainsi que les tatouages pour d'éventuels problèmes au niveau du coup mais je n'ai pas eu besoin d'en porter.

J'ai choisi la tonalité Ebony. J'ai ajouté différents add-on : du fard à paupières et un eyeliner, ainsi que des pores, inclus dans un pack add-on pour Brinley. Il y a plusieurs choix et opacités.

A noter que la skin est proposée avec 25% de réduction.

I'm thrilled to bring this challenge to you all for the second year in a row! Hermit-a-Day May is a challenge inspired by Hermitober, but with a twist: instead of theme prompts, we focus on a specific Hermit every day!

DO YOUR RESEARCH!!!

First time ever going to a skin fair and it's great! I haven't been in SL in some years and to see a lot of businesses grow so much is amazing to me.

I've been searching for stores that sell African American skins and I have seen some beautiful ones that I purchase from faithfully. I have one skin from this particular seller (LOUSEKI).

In the first picture, none of the tones are labeled but in the store THEY ARE (second picture).

But seeing how this was a seller that didn't have many skins and the tones look the same in the store, I went ahead and purchased the tone I THOUGHT I was getting (should've trusted myself instead of the seller), I never have any problems buying skins because the TONE IS ALWAYS LABELED as it shows in their store.

Long story short, I contacted the seller and asked for 1 refund because I ended up purchasing 2 tones and to receive the actual tone I wanted. This is the conversation:

I feel like as a seller, this is bad business but also irresponsible on my part, I shouldn't trust that a store is going to do something right to correct their WRONG.

Just a lesson learned, high end skin stores never do anything such as this, not labeling their tones to prevent a situation like this. Don't get me wrong, the skins are beautiful and I'm sure they're rising as a skin seller but they just gotta do better for customers, because of this interaction, I probably won't purchase anymore from them.
