Telestrations: Writing start!

What’s this?  It’s time for ninbingo’s first game!  And if you’ve ever played the game Telestrations or perhaps Gartic Phone, you should know how to play this one!

Writers and artists will go back and forth creating drabbles or sketches based on the work above them, as much or as little effort as you’d like.  Each person will put their contribution under a read more.  Without looking at any of the ‘read more’s’ except the last, reblog with your contribution also under a read more!  Mark whether it’s art or writing for the next person’s sake. Afterwards, you can go back and look at the rest of the works if you want :D  You definitely don’t have to be a part of the bingo to participate, but if you’d like to check us out, information is here!

After 7 or so people, or whenever it seems to die off, I’ll make a new post with the full chain.  You can reblog this post and add your contribution afterward, but it’s also fine to wait and reblog until your work is done.

Create an art piece based off this drabble:

"Is that- is that a LEGO version of your dragon?"

"Nope," said Lloyd, popping the 'p'. His eyes were locked onto the tiny plastic bricks in front of him; his hands moved like a machine as they magically dug out tiny piece after tiny piece among hundreds and clicked it into place on the build in front of him. "It's a LEGO version of Morro's version of my dragon."

"That's what I meant," Cole said faintly. He took another step into Lloyd's bedroom, forgetting his original question as he crouched down beside him. "Wait, is is an official set? I didn't know they were making those."

"That's because you never bother to Google yourself like the rest of us do." He glanced up and laughed at whatever expression Cole was wearing. "Don't worry, me and Jay met with them beforehand and gave our permission and all that. Part of the proceeds are going to repairing Stixx, too."

Cole exhaled. "Oh. That's good. I mean, I guessed that if you were building it, you couldn't have been all that upset, but-"

"Is it weird to say I find it therapeutic?"

"Lloyd, you've been calling everything therapeutic to get out of going to actual therapy."

Lloyd pouted. "Mean. But it is." He gestured, and Cole followed his finger to the side table where tiny minifigure Kai stood with his LEGO aeroblade between minifigure Morro's separated body and head. "Hey, since you're here, you wanna help me put it together? It's a bigger set than I expected it to be, and, uh, it might be good practice for..."

Cole grinned a little, even as he focused on sitting on the floor. "Yeah, I get you.  On one condition though: you've gotta replace Kai with me."

Lloyd grinned back. "Deal."

Playing Telestrations with my family and I got the prompt "Favorite Actor" so I attempted to draw Kylo Ren in honor of Adam Driver. The rest of the family thought he was a knight in shining armor so instead he became Jacques Le Gris. I'm so sorry I didn't do Adam Driver justice.
