Jacob and Julia Drawfee fursonas but Beacon Pines
A reupload of my art from last year. Took me a few months to finally finish it. Still very proud of this one.

I absolutely loved Scarlet Hollow, but now I’m bummed because it kind of ruined other visual novels for me. They just feel so much less responsive now.
Thank you so much!
I don't know if you've played these, but there are many games out there with lots of responsive branching and dialogue you might like!
Have you tried...
Disco Elysium
I Was a Teenage Exocolonist
Pentiment (I haven't finished pentiment but i've gotten that Vibe)
Beacon Pines
Have I mentioned Disco Elysium my favorite video game?
Just to name a few!
All of these games are more in the sphere of "adventure games" than strictly visual novels, but I also think that "visual novel" in practice should be a much looser term than the way people tend to apply it!

Started playing Beacon Pines. It’s really cool and I definitely recommend checking it out
It’s Stranger Things with gay furries, what’s not to love?

Looking for media recommendations for small-town supernatural mysteries
Lately I've been wanting more stories set in a little rural town with dark secrets hidden under the surface. I'm down for literally any medium except a movie. TV show, webcomic, audiodrama, actual play, videogame, whatever. Here's some examples which I have watched/read/listened to for reference. Bolded are ones I really liked and are exactly what I'm looking for.
TV Shows: Gravity Falls, Scooby Doo: Mystery Incorporated, Stranger Things
Audiodramas: Harbor, Unwell: A Midwest Gothic Mystery, Bridgewater, Where the Stars Fell, My Town
Videogames: Beacon Pines, Night in the Woods
