This pot came out the kiln today! The glaze is one of my favourites and finally behaved more like I wished it would. I only think it was almost too hot because of the spots. But maybe 10 degrees lower? I fired it at 1250°C, Crystalline green on glazy.org on a blue stoneware clay from Sibelco. I think I gotta play with temperatures here 🤔 any advice on hoe to grow these crystals or any other advice? I tried something different. Made a french buttercup out of blue stoneware. The bottom part you fill for a bit with water and the top part holds the butter. When you store it, it can be just on the kitchen counter of in a cabinet. It doesn’t need to be refrigerated. This way, the butter stays good and spreadable without putting it into the fridge and wait for hours to be soft enough to use it. Oh, and I made a vase. This one is made out is porcelain casting slib. So….
