The Roundtable Hold Tarnished all represent different fail states of Soulsborne players.

Gideon: Obsessed with the lore to a frankly unhealthy degree. Tries to fit every little piece together. Barely plays the game.

Brother Corhyn: Focuses on the tiny details while ignoring the big picture. Slavishly follows the words of others, be it his favorite youtuber or that message saying "try jumping"

Roderika: Thinks the game is too hard. The lore is too impenetrable. Tries playing it but bounces off it at the first sign of trouble. Was really only here because her friends were playing it

Dialos: Confused dabbler. Does whatever the last npc he talked to tells him to do, no matter how nonsensical or obviously bad. Just drifts from place to place with no idea what he's supposed to he doing.

D: Heavy roleplayer. His character has an overly convoluted and nonsensical backstory. Talks very passionately about things he doesn't understand. Is replaced by his identical twin halfway through the game.

Dung Eater: Griefer. Exists only to ruin other people's fun. Will threaten you with unspeakable things if you beat him.

Rogier: Loves the game, but it doesn't love him back. Doesn't get very far, but by God, he tries. Gotta feel bad for the guy, tbh.

Fia: Toxic co-op. You'll always end up soloing the boss, regardless of who summoned.

Ensha: pure fashion souls. Invades people just to show off his drip. Poses in the hub, hoping other people see his phantom looking cool.

Nephali Loux: A decent player who gives it her all and does her best to understand the game, but doesn't quite make it. Burns out halfway through, and honestly, that's valid.

Sorry but huge Frenzied Flame vibe from these two, probably because of the shade of yellow and their sinister vibe

But also because the girl is blind, reminds me of this girl and her side quest

And also that guy and this thing has to be the same because of that brooch

And the brooch seems to be a bunch of eyes together...hmm..

That being said, Brother Corhyn also blinds himself and wears yellow and he's not part of the FF and is loyal to the Erdtree just like the trailer says "the Erdtree faithful" and shows the portrait

The Roundtable Hold with all its members is such a funny concept. You have this very different group of people, most of them who have been there for a longer period of time and barely have anything in common, shenanigans are bound to ensume.

Mr. Sir Gideon Ofnir self-proclaimed All Knowing is the leader and practically landlord of the hold and as such everyone treats him with respect (in theory). If there is an issue between guests or vendors, he will have the final word. If someone needs advice, they may seek him out as long as they do not waste his time.

Which doesn’t happen often. In truth besides making sure no weapons are drawn and ushering new arrivals to pursue the guiding’s of grace, Gideon rarely uses his authority to deal with any matters that don’t further his search for knowledge.

At one point a people voiced concern over Mad Tongue Alberich roaming the Great Hall below the balcony, even if he wasn’t outright hostile to anyone who kept their distance. The thought of having an invader seemingly coming and going as they please was unsettling. Gideon waved them off at first but after they insisted would send a few Tarnished down to deal with the matter. None of them were successful and for a while, it had become somewhat of a habit to hear the sounds of blades and dying in the Roundtable Hold.

Gideon had to impose a ‘no pets allowed’ rule after the Tarnished kept trying to bring Torrent inside the Roundtable Hold.

Brother Corhyn can tell who arrives by the sound of their footsteps. It catches the Tarnished of guard at first but after many, many visits do they welcome his warm greetings whenever he notices your steps.

After the Tarnished (who else really) managed to clear the seals in the lower levels, people were finally able to use the kitchen again. It was by no means a regular occurrence, but every now and then the members of the hold would have dinner together.

Roderika always brings Hewg a plate of warm food even if he insists that he is not hungry. His food remains untouched throughout the evening, but the Tarnished could have sworn the next morning that the pile of plates in the sink had grown by one.

Speaking of dinner time, Roderika always prefers to stay with Hewg instead of joining the others downstairs, but the Tarnished has managed to persuade her to at least join them at the fireplace in the evening.
