I haven't drawn anything in a hot minute, so have a drawing based on the Back To The Future videogame wherein Marty meets a younger Doc (:

I'm playing bttf the game and saying "yes" when Edna Strickland offered to sing her "you should care" song was the worst decision I ever made in my life.

You know, I've been thinking about the Back to the Future Game again, because of course I have, and you know what I keep going back to? Inventory.
The animation of characters putting things away is putting the object under their left arm, where it disappears. And Marty has an insane amount of pocket space.
At one point, he has his entire guitar AND a tire iron on his person. And it's not visible at all. (I half jokingly headcanon that everyone in the game has a pocket dimension of storage, but I digress)
What has me cracking up is the idea that after the game ends, Marty empties his pockets and pulls out a ridiculous amount of things. And Doc doesn't remember most of the adventure, having been overwritten several times, is utterly confused with how full his pockets of seemingly random things. "Marty, why do you have an empty bottle of chloroform in your pocket?"
Or even Lorraine hearing loud noises from the washing machine, poping it open, and being like, "Who forgot to empty their pockets and left a TIRE IRON in the wash?!"
Now I really wanna do an inventory run and note all of the things he's got in his pockets by the end. Because in the game, all the things aren't always able to be seen, just what's relevant to the story at that point. (Like the picture of his dad and the newspaper. He has them the whole time, but you don't always see them.) Just jow many things does he have in his pockets?
