I just need to vent this but I don’t feel okay and I haven’t felt okay for awhile. I’m so sad all the time. I’m always crying myself to sleep and I’m constantly just feeling sick because of this. I haven’t been working so bills are piling on. I feel like I’ve gained weight and that my boyfriend has noticed. I’m just so tired of feeling this way. Anyways. Thanks for letting me rant.

Because the truth is, I didn't "let" you do anything. You dumped this in my inbox.

I know I frequently say my inbox is always open, and I want to strive to keep this true. I don't want to turn off anon, because I know some people are shy, and that's okay. But that also means that my only recourse, when I get a message like this, is to either delete it, or post it for everyone to see. I don't WANT to put this in front of everyone, I promise you that. But I can't just delete it, because I want to explain something very carefully. I hope I'm doing the right thing. Because if I had been someone for whom weight gain was a trigger, or, hell, had some other trigger, then this could have been a very dangerous thing to find in my inbox with no warning. - Hysteria has been Hysteria for as long as shriek remembers, shi isn't compelled to change it. If there ever was another name, only Torpor would know

- Setä has been named by the group (along with the Knuckle-dragger nickname). As far as he or Hysteria knows, he wasn't given a name as a child, and thus doesn't have any other one. Not that he'd want one, since he's happy with this. When he was younger though, he was called Veli ("brother")

- Unjust named herself after a certain point of corruption. She doesn't care to think about her birth name but when asked, she'll say "Eh, it was something lame. Probably." she sometimes jokes that her previous name was "Just". She'd only be compelled to change her name if she'd devolve further, or gain different abilities (or go through major character development)

- Aalto came up with her name together with Setä. She may have had a "legal" birth name but it's irrelevant considering her current life. Nobody would know of it anyways

- Torpor has been known as that since conception. Whenever she's in her active form, she's called Fervor. It's not in her priorities or interest to have any other names or titles, although in some more commonfolk circles it's known as The Slumbering titan.

- Mamonde's birth name was Mania, but she chose her current name due to feelings of detachment. She's been separated from her birth name in almost a literal sense, unlike Hysteria who's only grown to live up to her name even more. If Mamonde has opinions about her birth name, she doesn't express them. She's not intending to change her name a second time, but claims that if it did change in the future, it would 'Not be out of her own will'. The name Mamonde was inspired by her favorite brand of lipstick. Her stage name is Glitter crown Riot, or King Riot for short

i’ve made a few posts in the last couple of days about my current situation , but i thought i would consolidate it all into one post ;;

hi there ! my name is shroom and i have type two diabetes . i have to take insulin every day to survive – i take my levemir when i wake up and before i go to sleep , and i take my humalog before every meal . 

my younger brother is a nightmare to live with . he abuses me mentally and physically , and nothing is ever done about it . he shoved me down the stairs just a few months ago , leaving me with a permanent knee injury . the other day , he was upset about something completely unrelated to me , and decided to take the rest of my insulin pens out of the fridge and smash them with a hammer .

when i told my father about what happened , he told me that i shouldn’t have kept them in the fridge . for those of you who don’t know , you have to keep your unopened insulin pens refrigerated . once you start using the pen , you can keep it at room temperature . my fathers knows this – i’ve told him several times and his father also had diabetes , it’s just an excuse for him to not have to do anything about my brother’s behavior .

i’m now left with only my two current pens , and my supply is rapidly dropping . at this rate , i have less than a week’s worth , so i’m going to have to start cutting meals and stretching my insulin . to prevent anything like this from ever happening again , i’ve decided to invest in a mini fridge and a new doorknob with a lock for my bedroom .

for a month’s supply of insulin , i have to pay $70 – $35 for three pens of both humalog and levemir . the mini fridge is $28 with $9 in taxes and shipping fees . the cheapest doorknob i could find online that’ll work with my door is $13 . all together , that’s about ~$120 . 

i’ve already had a few very charitable people help me out and i've reopened commissions to help fund this !! if anyone could spare a few dollars , it would mean the world to me !! even reblogging this and spreading the word is highly appreciated

watched oppenheimer today so i was going through the tag on tumblr, as one does, and i came across this one person who was talking about something else entirely (idk why it was tagged as oppenheimer but they belong to a category of people known for mistagging if that helps) and they were sort of making predictions for this year and one of those was "jared will say a slur" and i am just. so fucking tired. i blocked them, but it fucking irked me that so many people that don't even watch spn have this idea and like. idk how many people will read this or care but i feel the need to clarify so:

jared padalecki is not homophobic. he campaigns for outyouth in austin regularly and donates to them. he has been nothing but supportive towards lgbtqia fans, and supports their headcanons about sam being any flavor of queer.

the reason people say this shit so often it fucking broke containment and became a mainstream opinion is this:

he said supernatural is about sam and dean and that destiel is not what the writers are going for

this upset some fans

he's very close friends with jensen ackles and has been since 2005

like that's literally it. and yet people make noises about how awful he is, how he's the worst, how his friendship with jensen is just PR, how sam is the reason destiel didn't happen, and so on and so forth. meanwhile he has been nothing but kind to every single fan he's ever met, and even numerous people who talk shit about him on twt all day have admitted this after meeting him. he is consistently said to be the nicest person at cons, more than his costars, and incredibly supportive of all of fans' headcanons and ideas. it's exhausting as fuck just minding my business on some other corner of tumblr and seeing this shit about him. and of course it's never tagged properly either lmao. like it's been three fucking years, i'm sorry y'alls ship was done dirty (and i sympathize, i really do!) but insulting an actor that had nothing to do with it is childish and juvenile. he's literally had to increase his security at cons over his from what i've heard, and even THAT hasn't stopped him from being so utterly kind and lovely. get the fuck over yourselves.
