Oscar looked through some of his responses of his recent story 

“I think we should tell them” he said looking at you putting his phone away. You were sitting down, wearing one of his jumpers and some sweats

“Are you sure?” you asked giving him your full attention 

“Yeah, they already suspect it and plus our anniversary is coming up its a perfect time to do it” he suggested walking over to where you sat on the couch, plopping down next to you. 

He put his head on your shoulder as you moved slightly to make room for him “That would be cute. I have so many pictures I want to post of you” you told him liking his idea 

“We could also post on our stories and not give any context before actually posting” you thought out loud

“Im fine with that” he agreed, lifting his head off your shoulder and turning to fully face you 

“I love you” he told you leaning in to be met with a kiss, you giggled quickly giving him the kiss he wanted “I love you, even if you do drive me crazy” you whispered 

“Hey! I do not” he pulled away pouting “You do” you chuckled “But I love you for it” you finished.

He couldn’t fight you on that so instead he repositioned himself and curled up to you, you smiled and started brushing your fingers through his hair. Eventually you both fell asleep like that, enjoying the closeness and warmth you offered to each other.

Guy likes interrupting Honey’s streams unprompted. He loves seeing the smile on their face. The gentle one that they wear while doing what they love. It makes him want to smother them in kisses.

Sometimes when he does this, he forgets about the mask and glasses. There have been plenty of times where he’s nearly accidentally exposed his face to the world, and it gives his honey a mini heart attack each time.

Honey made the executive decision to rearrange their setup so that the door was no longer in view. That way, Guy could spontaneously enter as much as he pleased.

Honey was still streaming when Guy returned home from work. They had told him in advance that this stream would be dragging on a bit longer than normal.

Honey looked up as they heard the door click open. Guy entered, waving a paper bag around.

“Honeeeey,” he sang, “I’ve brought you somethiiiiing.”

Honey eyed the bag skeptically as Guy drew closer, “should I be worried?”

“Ooh, really? What’s your motive?”

“Wha-? Motive!? Why do you think I would have a motive?”

Honey raised an eyebrow at their boyfriend and smirked.

Immensely offended, Guy scoffed, “what, am I not allowed to bring the most important person in my life a treat? Purely out of my own volition and the kindness of my heart?”

“I was joking before, but now I’m actually suspicious...”

“Just take the donuts, Honey,” Guy softly spoke with a warm smile, holding out the bag and leaning forward.

When Honey’s hand brushed against his own, Guy leaned closer, his other hand cupping the back of their neck. He held the bag up to hide his face from viewers as he placed a gentle kiss on his partners cheek.

Honey, growing ever more flustered, let out a nervous chuckle as they pushed Guy away and accepted the gifts.

"What are you gonna do with me once we get there?"

"When we get there, you are gonna build that goddamn engine!"

Upon arrival to the raft, Honey discovered something...

"Where the fuck is the bed??"

Guy coughed out a laugh, "oh, uhm- I might've taken it with me when I left."

"Why would you do that!?!?"

"Because you were mad at me!!!"

"I swear to god-" Honey dropped Guy's carcass on the raft and went to collect materials to make another bed.

"Honeeeeey," Guy whined, "this wooden floor is hard."

Honey sighed, "I'm making you a bed, hold on."

"Come lay underneath meeee."

"Hurry up making the bed and I can kill it," Guy offered.

"I thought you were making the bed," Honey retorted.

Guy scoffed, "Honey!!!!"

"I gotta stab the shark, hold on."

They don't deserve Guy I'm gonna kidnap him

That shark is an endangered species!!!

Finally, finally, Honey returned and placed Guy's character on the bed. He sprang up immediately.

Guy's cheerful voice started up, "yayyy, thank you Hone-" and was cut off with a yelp.

The shark had glitched through the bottom of the raft and attack Guy. It scared him half to death, but Honey?

Honey was laughing hysterically.

And it was music to Guy's ears.

Gasping for breath, they kept trying to say something, but continuously fell into a fit of giggles.

Guy was barely able to form his own words without laughing, trying to feign offense at his honey's joy in seeing him hurt. But hearing them laugh so heartily? He couldn't help but melt.

And he didn't want to just hear it, he wanted to see it.

"I'm coming to get you, Honey!" He announced, just before darting towards their room.

"No, no no!" They tried to object, but it was too late as Guy came bursting in.

They were in his arms and on the floor in an instant, tears streaming down their face as they tried to breathe.

Their face hurt from smiling, and they tried to calm down, but as soon as their breathing slowed Guy started to tickle them.

WELL that’s been my life!

First off my computer decided to be quirky and special and not like the other girls and stopped accepting the existence of internet. That’s right my very expensive laptop that I use for my job decided I needed to touch grass and went “the internet is fake and you cant convince me otherwise.” So obviously that was a problem and I tried a bunch of stuff to fix it and taking it into a shop and nothing worked and I could not afford another one and again I need it for my job so eventually we figured out a way for it to accept the internet but it needs to be plugged into the router directly.

Then right as that was getting handled. My apartment landlord decided. “Yeahhh I want more money and to get more money I need to renovate so leave. Like asap.” So I have been frantically looking for a place to live. Me and my partner found a place but need to deal with the bank to finalize stuff and the bank is being stubborn and causing problems.

Then on top of that the government of the country im in. (Im an immigrant) went hey wait WE messed up your immigration paperwork and need you to resend a bunch of documents but also the mail messed up so you dont have as much time as we normally give not our problem though. So Ive been diving through our packed belongings looking for old paperwork from over a year ago.

Oh and every few days my very chaotic family sends me very stressful messages or needs my help with stuff.

So… yeah. Im physically healthy at least. But I have not had 1 moment of stress free rest in awhile.

The good news is ive taken care of a lot of the problems above. I mean my housing situation is still very up in the air thanks to money problems and bank laziness but aside from that the rest is mostly ironed out. So for those who have been asking: yes I’m alive, yes I’m okay, no i haven’t abandoned this blog, no i haven’t abandoned my fics, yes i feel bad that everything has been delayed so much.

I hope I can settle everything in my life soon and go back to posting more consistently. Until then please keep your fingers and toes crossed that the housing situation works because its a very nice apartment and I need somewhere to live.

6. Do you have your work beta'd? How important is this to your process?

i think i've only had my writing beta'd once or twice. generally, im so excited to post something that i post almost as soon as i finish writing 😅 i usually do some quick editing once i paste everything into ao3 bc their spell check and shit is sooo much better than google docs, and i obsessively reread everything at least three times before i even get to that point and consider it done. in theory i would like to have my shit beta'd more often because the few times ive done it i did find it genuinely super helpful! but i feel bad asking people to do it for me and again im too impatient for my own good so i really only ask people to beta if i am STRUGGLING with what im writing to an extreme degree and i know i NEED a second pair of eyes looking at it or else it'll never get done. i think i get by pretty well without a beta reader but it is something ive thought about trying to do more just bc i feel like it has the potential to really take my writing up a notch, yknow?

hii im just gonna throw my opinion in bcs !! i honestly dont think the way you write it is bad and i like the slowburn and i definitely can see it there. like how theyre getting closer and everything, a lot of things obviously wouldnt happen in the start before they got to know each other and yeah !

so im loving it, its one of my fav works on here as of now and i think youre doing the slowburn just right ! i think the main “problem” here is that the updates ARE a little slow considering most of the fics are one shots you can read in one go so i understand why waiting 2+ days for an update with 8 screenshots might be annoying for some people but i dont really mind ! just maybe could be a little longer so its worth the wait 😅 and its a little annoying sometimes when it FINALLY seems like theyre getting somewhere and then they just act like nothing happened like damn😓 couldve made a move already

I’ve posted a few things on my blog but only drabbles really. I’ve been wanting to start doing analysis’s for a long time but I never got around to it. Just like character analysis’s and relationship analysis’s and story arcs and all that jazz. I love all of it. And in my opinion the best stories are the ones where the characters are what drive the plot of the story. TR did an amazing job of doing this and it’s one of the reasons I fell in love with the story in the first place almost immediately.

Yeah ppl don't generally read my posts, so that was just me venting lol. It's 100% seasonal moodiness; I'm feeling better now.

ASOBAM is progressing pretty steadily! For the first time in a while, I feel pulled to write instead of having to force it. Still, there's a lot I need to fix before it's even close to ready. I'm excited any way though.

Putting it under the cut, because long xD

WillPeroPt2 is the second part of that The Great Wall series I started :D It is set a little while after the first but still a while before the movie. Basically it's just an excuse for me to write even more character study and exploration of their relationship dynamic xD

Here's a little snippet from it :)

“I still think this is a stupid shitting idea.” Pero mutters, watching the flickering light of the campfire reflect off of the blade of the dagger he’s balancing between his hands, turning it this way and that to keep himself busy. Before lifting his gaze and meeting William’s eyes where his friends sits next to him, legs crossed and going through his arrows one by one, checking the fletching and trimming it into shape where it’s needed. Night is slowly falling around them and the first scouts are prepared to head out as soon as darkness has settled completely. Pero, William and the rest of them will leave shortly after.

“It’s a decent plan.” William says, not moving his attention away from his work as he speaks. He has an aura of focused calm wrapped around himself like a fine mantle, but Pero knows him well enough by now to see the sharp edged blade of an eager, battle-ready mind underneath. The intent in his gaze could cut a man in half if he wielded it too carelessly. Still, Pero bristles at William’s words.

Pero’s shoulder is healed as well as it is going to and they’ve been on the road together for more than half a year, picking up short stints of work here and there along the way. Not yet ready to commit to something more involved than that. William hadn’t been lying when he’d said that he is in no hurry to get to the Byzantine empire and for once Pero is content enough to amble. Some stiffness remains, as Pero had expected, due to the method of treatment, and he now has another scar that aches unpleasantly whenever the weather shifts too quickly or it gets too cold and wet. But it is not going to stop him from fighting. Not for now, at least. And the scar on his face serves well to make him look more dangerous, more like he’s worth the gold he’s asking for his services. So he will not complain about that one.

Still perfectly happy to dabble with this one :) Though I am, as always a very slow writer.

Waiting to exhale is one of those fic I started a long time ago but somehow still like enough to hold onto the hope that I might one day return to it, if the stars align just right. I actually posted most of the chapters that exist for it on my AO3 but I have one more partially wirtten one in my drafts. It's a Gotham Alfred/Jim fic with a pretty weird, abstract air to it? I started writing it in a really high stress phase because I needed a place to put all that strange energy haha Basically Jim and Harvey are investigating cases of areas in Gotham being exposed to a drug that causes weird hallucinations and Jim gets a dose by accident. And stabbed. Because, of course. It's pretty strange and kind of gory, so be warned, but here's a bit from the first chapter that I like. Also, vomit. (Yeah, I was that weird kid in class who thought German Expressionism was the coolest literary period ever)

Jim lifts up his head and spits out his lungs.

They make a dull, wet sound when they hit the grimy tiles. A pale, flesh-colored butterfly, wings outstretched and laced with a delicate latticework of bluish veins.

The surreal tilt of the world topples and cants until he realizes that he’s the one falling and not the other way round. The floor is cold and sticky-wet with the bitter stench of old piss and fresh vomit and the iron tang of congealed blood.

Above his head the door of a bathroom stall hangs ajar on its rusty hinges, crude drawings coming alive on their makeshift canvas, a writhing mess of thick, black lines that slither across plains of pealing, puke-green paint.

This is such a mess, he thinks and slides his eyes back over to the mass of convulsing flesh that should be in his chest but isn’t. Just barely, loosely attached to his body by the windpipe that pulls at the corner of his mouth and winds down thickly into his throat.

Such a mess.

A door bangs open and an overwhelming pool of noise – voices, voices, voices like the buzz of bees amplified beyond reason – spills into his head, and he’s drowning in it, even though his lungs are safely doing their breathing elsewhere.

Someone drops onto their knees beside him and the blurry familiarity of a blunt-edged, age-worn face shifts into his line of sight like an elastic band that was stretched across time and then sharply snaps back into place.

Caught off guard Jim jerks his head to the side and retches until the muscles in his stomach ache and bile soaks warm and biting into the shoulder of his dress-shirt.

A disembodied voice with an oddly out of place English accent curses in a way that would make Jim blush if he weren’t lying in his own vomit on the filthy floor of a restroom in the back of the cheapest joint in the worst part of this godforsaken city.

I read the eleazar cyno fic as soon as it came out and you did a great job! The storyline, the characters, the narating, i love it!

Hope that doing the next part won't be too exausting to you. But i do admit that i cant wait for the sweet sweet angst.

Yeah Tighnari's section will take however long it takes. I mean Cyno's took me two months so like don't hold out hope for before Feburary lol.

I have the general idea for what happens, but I need to specifically plot it out so I have something to go off of before I start writing. I'll be posting snippets as I write though!
