SO! apparently in post op, I:

-told everyobe who would or would not listen about my partner

-told then about mh cat

-told them about my sfepdad

-asked ny mom to be my flower girl when I marry my partner (I do remenber this part)

-thabked absolutely everyobr SO MUXH but kept forgetting their names abd being like "what's your bame" (reading the bame tag) "THANK YOU ALICIA I APPRECIATE YOU"

-made sure to memorize all their names so U can write a thabk you letter later (I did actually mabage to remenber then)

-got SO EXCITED about hospital jello, I couldn't have any until I was home because nausea from the anesthetic vut I was so so excited that they let me take not one vut TWO cupw home

Canada Postage Rate Increase 2023

The canada postage rate increase 2023 is a slight rise in the cost of sending a letter to canada. The change is small enough to not have a large impact on average household postal expenses. The extra postage a household will spend annually is less than a dollar.

Postal service in Canada is provided by the government-owned corporation, Canada Post. It operates the largest network of postal offices in the world, serving more than 16 million addresses. It also delivers packages to the United States and to more than 190 countries.

Parcels make up half of Canada Post's revenue and the corporation is investing to improve service and tracking, enable its network and boost capacity. But competitive pricing from low-cost new entrants and online rate-shopping platforms has eroded parcel revenue, while softer e-commerce sales have hurt volumes.

Despite its financial challenges, Canada Post remains one of the most trusted names in Canadian life. Its network of 6,200 post offices and 25,000 rural route carriers serve all regions. And its delivery standards are among the best in the world.

The corporation has a long history of labour relations with its unions, including the Canadian Union of Postal Workers and the Letter Carriers' Union of Canada (which merged with CUPW in 1989). Strikes have halted service on a number of occasions.

Canada Post's stamps are available in booklets of 10 or individually, and cost $1.07 or $0.97 each. Permanent stamps are also available in coils and booklets; they're valued at their current price forever, and won't raise in the future.
