1.) Vorbereitung
Ofen vorheizen (Umluft 160°C)
Bananen schälen und grob zerkleinern
Bananen mit Erdnussmus und Kakaopulver in einen Mixer geben
Mixen, bis eine geschmeidige Masse entsteht
2.) Backen
Teig in die Form geben
Bei 160°C Umluft für 20 Minuten backen
3.) Servieren
Brownie aus dem Ofen nehmen
Auskühlen lassen
ggf. mit Kakaopulver bestreuen
