Be careful about how you set boundaries or talk to a dangerous, vindictive, mentally unwell person bc they get paranoid very easily and will take anything you say the wrong way, and if you genuinely word something off on accident an apology won’t suffice bc they will come after you and try to fuck your life up or rape you over it and extreme people like this have no innate morality or heart. Just full of paranoia and anger issues. Best to keep your words MINIMAL meaning just say “leave me be please!” Or “I don’t wanna be bothered, thank you.” MIN-A-MAL.
Even then they’ll find a reason to hurt you;
for an example I set a boundary with a person when I was younger and when I said I didn’t want to talk and was sitting in my history class waiting for my teacher to arrive (to save my ass) the girl gave me a dirty look and accused me of talking shit, when I emphasized I just didn’t wanna talk, she said I obviously hated her bc “everyone did” and I didn’t know how to respond to my intentions being interpreted and my boundaries being set. Toxic response of her, although I sympathized with where she was coming from I didn’t realize the malice intentions this kid actually had.
So when I say mentally unwell, toxic people…if you notice red flags, and they can be subtle, you MUST steer clear of them always, set boundaries as nice as you can, and run! And don’t try to feel bad for them bc that’s a mistake that’ll get you hurt, just LEAVE. Make up any excuse or lie you can if you want, but set HARD boundaries and say you’re simply not interested in talking.
If you feel in immediate danger, esp a man, give a fake phone number if they ask for one (you can have one ready on a fake number app that’s downloadable, and temporary number websites) and act enthusiastic about seeing them “later in the week” bc you’re busy and gotta go somewhere rn and try to stay with a group of friends or family members when going out. Keep mace on you always and even a recording device and dash cam on your car for police evidence.

Busting Dr Cynthia Buliks Injurious Revisionism of Anorexia and Eating Disorders.
By Michael Bench, MEP, WGSGC
1.Can you tell who has eating disorders?
Cynthia says “no”.
Actual Answer: Yes.
Starvation effects are observable and anorexia is cosmetic starvation. Those females with an early eating disorder (EDNOS) or using Anorexic behaviors should be addressed and reported to school staff or counseling for their safety; Crash Dieting is disordered eating even if not a diagnosis and is part of a larger social problem of aversions to patient and honest physical conditioning. Crash diets are the tools of lushes. The very lushes that publish female targeted media promoting cleanses and ‘quick fix tips’.  Medical and health advice, if from a document, should only come from academic journals.
2.Are mothers to blame:
Cynthia says no.
Actual Answer: Often
Mothers who have seasonal weight control efforts and use crash diets to cheat their way to a 'beach body” are modeling disordered eating. Crash diets are disordered eating. Mothers involved with pageants have also been known to use other methods like infecting their daughters with tapeworms to reach a desired thinness.
3.Are families to blame?
Cynthia says no.
Actual Answer:Yes.Situationally.
Involvement with sport, social or classist activities that prioritize gender roles before sport itself is a complicity to eating disorders and body dysmorphia. A parent who willingly lets an industry or coach alter her child’s course of physical maturity is actively neglecting their child no matter what the presumed benefits.  Families also normalize some seasonal classism, poor nutritional behavior, and poor communication that can be seen in children using anorexic trope behavior and insincere-suicidal attention getting. Mothers who believe their daughters should be paying attention to female targeted fashion media and other retail or pop culture are poorly guarding their children.
4.Is society to Blame? (Far too general. Go home Cynthia.)
Actual Answers: Media is to blame partly in that it protects its advertisers exploitation and revisionism of need/want psychology. Media also forwards health talking points for the unhealthy. The term “weight control” for example is an index case of tolerating a slothful deviant-leisure society who cheat their way to “good looks” simply for summer exhibition. Then they return indoors for winter with their indoor sloth and lazy nutritional rituals.
Coaching & Fashion: Females are not males. Training them as males or believing diet is a form of genetic engineering is magical thinking that can injure the athletes. Instead, minimum ages in sport should be raised so children in gymnastics ,for example, are not used as carnival acts. Lacking a period, a females maturity/fill out has not been “stalled”. She is amenorrheic whether with or without a visible menarche; an event itself that’s been postponed. Females cannot sustain low BMI male thinness to appear his heterosexual-binary-other. In fashion , the binary roles are actually the same , only at smaller emaciated sizes and not androgynous as reported. Fashionistas who take their model's health for granted as an act of 'luxury artification” are long guilty of endangering her health/assault , among other violations like complicit child trafficking  (Set aside whether the female volunteers the risk, the runway’s terms are decided by the foolish and nihilist cosmosexuals having very little competence about human physiology. Respecting ‘who we are” ,eh?) Females normalizing anorexic/disordered eating as a justification of their (model) career or fame are themselves a microphone for social blame.
5.Are Anorexia and Eating disorders a White race problem/Female problem.
Actual Answer: Yes.
The democratization of Western and American market views of ideal beauty and ideal sexuality has not changed the core source of toxic constructions of binary gender. The manipulation of the female body to conform to eras if disinformation and beauty trends, ie Gibson girl and the Heroin Chic waif, show that 'disordered eating' and its long term effects are practiced as luxury fads. Actual mental disorders escalated to Anorexia Nervosa or Bulimia Nervosa stem from European and South Asian religio-social pacts of personal virtue(Breatherism/Inedia). Ever since the first London and American reports of Inedia or fad fasting the practicioners lied about how little they ate. Anorexia, breatherism and inedia have always been appropriate religious rituals used by desperate zealots for attention.. The vulnerability to this sort of radicalization around fasting links to psychological vulnerability and distortions of their self  (a specific form narcissistic personality disorder)
6. Consider the remainder of her list debunked.>>(will add the rest later)
>>Anorexia is NOT A CASH COW.
If researchers want to do genomics research, have at.   Anorexia itself has provably been found occurring as fads. If the 'formal' uppity journal community don’t have the courage to admit mental illness can be market caused and that the external sphere of society can be toxic..  it is their own failure to confront it and demand regulation. Gibson Girl, Heroin Chic, and proana ‘lifestyle’, are fads whose females are too often seen as ‘victims’ of a male privilege error rather instead their own stubborn choices and long term effects there of : I reject the notion Anorexia should be tolerated as a go-to for researchers that simply need grant money and repudiate those that attempted to distract its identity. The democratization of Anorexia as ‘everyone’s disease’ leads me to be highly suspicious of Buliks motivations as a professional  and what diet/pharm companies are handing her NCEEDUS checks.
“ Aye , I hear you was gonna go on a crash diet. You dont wanna be one of those wanna bes..  A real crash diet , ya cut your own brake cables , go for a drive on elevated roads and see how many cliffs you can climb back up from.”
What is Anorexia Nervosa:
Behaviors of Disordered Eating are not themselves the source of the problem. All persons using crash diet and anorexic symptom behaviors however should be considered ‘eating disordered”.  Anorexic behaviors are actions of solving a problem the subject appears to suffer even if originally having a healthy proportioned body.  Current research suggests that between 3-10 exposures to any message makes an audience more willing to oblige and 'know' its message. This also means a female convinced that eternal youth is where she must rest her physical body to be beautiful is not technically a mental disorder yet. In the struggle to keep her body looking prepubescent the damages of malnutrition and gray matter deterioration lead to distortions of thought. These distortions then create  new symptoms, unoriginal symptoms that are signs of a narcissistic depression and helplessness.
Starting at that point for internal pathology....
If Anorexia is a mental illness aside from market learning then it must be recognized a problem of extreme dissatisfaction with the self that has escalated.  Anorexia Nervosa , or the most extreme form of cosmetic starvation is then to be recognized : A narcissistic depression formed from the conflict or inability to adapt to adolescent body changes. Social messages denouncing the mature female body and independence may solidify these formerly inert cautions. Further, body changes of the teen are used by marketers to embarrass and humiliate the teen for imperfections; a classic 'witch hunt' scenario of threatening the girl with being burnt at the stake for not being a sexual object. The anorexic is faced with that environment daily; an environment where she has no choice to identify as an adolescent among peers and media , whether she’s ready to adapt or not. There is a clear ‘at adolescence trigger” that points to an adaptation difficulty in a soup of marketing that denounces the aged female as roast beef, spent, junk in the trunk and other negativity. The Youngest females.. healthy or by pathology would have a difficult time concluding what is good about being female when the unhealthy deposition of fat at the waist and hips is normal for her maturity.  That is mainly due to problems in the fitness community media leaving no appreciation for fitness itself. Magazine imagery is purely body sculpted or body building.. actual athletic conditioning with the time allotment it requires.
I am also referring to Anorexia as a form of Gender Dysphoia who's conflicted social and internal views of teen maturity can lead to traumatized states.  This should not leave room for stable anorexics or unstable females to characterize the adoption of their injurious methods for 'an in-crowd” elitism.
Anorexia Nervosa and its less severe 'eating disorders..  should actually be called #BodyDysmorphicSIBDieting ( Self Injurious Behavior-Dieting)..It includes caloric restriction, multiple stimulant abuse, dissociative abuse and abuse of prescribed medicines,  poor choices in recovery foods which adds to their narcissistic shaming. Pro Ana websites and groups must be understood part of the symptom of a sociopathic “narcissism supply”. Because Anorexia is so well known, applying its known traits can mimic actual anorexics but these body dissatisfied people are factitious disorder candidates. (they are still disordered and mentally unwell. Thereby groups calling themselves pro Ana that taunt new members as ‘wannabes’ are not doing their job as a support group; Support groups and other health resources pages welcome members  and hope to spread positiivity. Instead pro ana sites often feature a core group functioning as an exclusive cliq who give merit to the identity of ANOREXICS as it surrounds her; the actual board member is of no consequence. The Pro Ana board is an active process of denial/bargaining by making their narcissist affliction sound positive and trendy.
In no way should statements of recovery or links on these proana sites be presumed to be safe.  Anorexia Nervosa is technically an umbrella term for three or more groups necessitating 'shortcutting dieting techniques” to achieve a desireable body. One is truly a mental illness of its own, another is a sociopathic illness that has adopted anorexic traits for its factitious parading.. but is also as serious. Also be mindful that persons starting pro anorexic boards might also be sadists and psychopaths who find artificial arousal in providing a place for harm.  All persons utilizing starvation and self abuse for an undisciplined 'thinspired body” are all heading to the same fatal end; including fashion models. Anorexia in name, in diagnosis, or in method IS STILL ANOREXIA. A refusal of recovery and presumption that anorexia is a lifestyle in name , point to a group still in denial that their practices are injurious. Denial of self failure/deception is one narcissist flaw even if the personality disorder symptoms dont apply to the factitious supplicants
Third is a general category of body dissatisfied females who use encourage each other with SIB Diet techniques rather than actually go to a gym and perform both cardio AND resistance-exercise-for-STRENGTH.. which will infact lead to hypertrophy and better metabolism. This third group is often heckled by the others as fakers and wannarexics. In fact it is the other two groups proving the sociopathic tendencies of their guilt being made manifest on others. Since they cannot empathize, they neither should be empathized. Those yelling 'wannarexics” can be considered social trash and treated accordingly. A combined trait among all 'anorexics' is they mistake strength as an inside characteristic to excuse responsible self conditioning. .. or to justify their fears lifiting weights .. as a behavior is too masculinity  defining.  Her ego exploits her physical body and the body at times will take back such time to demand fueling.  It is then rightful the ego feels shame but not for eating .. rather for the fasting that causes binging in excess of regular fueling of activity.  This singular matter has a strong motivation to be fatally thin and is their excuse to avoid most legitimate forms of  balanced physical conditioning. The thinness is of no consequence. Those who intend to crash diet their way to a perfect body will eventually succumb to the cheapness of their diets. There is no diet that achieve what physical benefits come from physical conditioning. Research addressing diet as more important than exercise in weight control addresses a foolish society terrible at both.   MB.

Writing in 2020: Some Reflections on Creativity, Depression, and The Last Four Years
When I first started writing seriously in 2012, I declared on my earliest drafts that I would never write with the intention of publication.
This might seem odd coming from a 19-year-old whose only claim to fame by this point, were a couple a popular fanfic. I was worried then, as I began to shape up my first original novel (a half-written steampunk time-travel book that will never ever see the light of day) that the active chase that was publication would kill my relationship with writing.
The relationship I had with writing at the time was still very young, but I have always used the metaphorical well to describe where my energy to write comes from. There is a well somewhere in my brain, and in that well is all the imagery and beauty and terror that I can draw out into my works. This as a sacred space, from which That well is still the image I picture if I am conjuring some physical embodiment of my writing, or what my process might look like. It’s eight years since I started this journey, and I have watched my well diminish over the past four years in a quiet circling of the drain. It is not that the desire to write is gone, but the thing that connected my brain and my work is less palpable than it was before. It’s a complicated idea to venture on as well, knowing I still occasionally write fiction and still write a great deal academically. But there are many days when ever those parts of writing have become a trial of self-doubt and struggle.
“This is just a part of writing,” I tell myself for the hundredth time- but by this time, I’m not even really writing, and just considering the idea of making time for myself and my art makes me ill.
It is in these times that I realize how much damage- not just the pursual of publication, but the active work I did in publication, did to my process.
I: The Public- And My Complicated Relationship With It.
I really like the public, first off, and I like sharing my work to the public when I have the absolute confidence to do so. Chimehour was one of those times, in 2015, when I first emerged on Inkitt quietly. The site was still small- barely creeping over 15,000 members when I joined, so I had a fair amount of confidence that my work would be safe here.
It was. And it was not, all at once. I was revived by every good review I got, and the encouragement pushed me to finish my novel properly and even push back my release deadline. I tried to actually edit the book and revise it properly before I either released or queried it, which was a good call.
Around the fall of 2015 though, my relationship with the website and the community became something negative. Not bad, just… counter-intuitive to creativity. 2015 was a hard year beforehand: my uncle suddenly passed away on the same day I finished my, as of now, unpublished second novel. My grandparents both passed away not long after. My academic life had been unturned in the fall semester by an extremely toxic professor, who I eventually had to help report to the university. I didn’t really tell my writing community these things were happening, but I leaned into Inkitt as a support for my emotional wellbeing.  I turned to the reviews, and contests, and to the public to help ease the burn from everything else going on in my life.  This was the first time I felt the well begin to empty: not writers’ block, not a creative burnout, but a slow, easing drain on my resources. I suspect now that an author’s relationship with the public is complicated, and that at times, it can be more addictive to be popular than it is to make things.
II. Inkitt
I place some blame on what happened to my writing with my paid job in 2016 with Inkitt. I became their community manager for a period of time. An extremely long story lies behind that statement, but I will add that my writing was a tool that got used in the company’s favor during that period, and this wasn’t something I consented to. I was bullied, harassed, and made to feel very small for the period I spent with the company.
I started to write again in Europe that year: I remember penning chapters on a rainy afternoon in England, perched on the sofa of a hotel bar, and this was after a very long stint of creating nothing, but my work remained on the same novel.
Deep down, I felt like if I polished it enough, it would do better than any of the other pieces I’d thumbed through or reviewed for this godforsaken company. It was a nasty, mean-spirited line of thinking that led me to resent the very authors who had supported me all this time, not because I thought they were bad authors, but because I was so burdened by the company’s demands. I became angry that the other authors couldn’t see all the work I did- “how dare you ask things of me? How dare you write when I can’t? When they won’t let me anymore?”
It was a very blackened spot on my mind, and I have recognized this place for what it was: anger at my oppressive job (which I quit) and some unchecked grief over the previous year. It took me time to fully grieve my uncle, and even longer to fully bury Inkitt. I forgive nothing of them, and I can only hope my author community will forgive me for what I sometimes became in the wake of the company’s damage.
The writing well was never quite the same after Inkitt: it felt poisoned, or even hard to access. It’s important to note that I changed schools during that time, but… I knew something was unwell in the space of my brain.
III: The Aftermath
I speak of all that’s happened as if my creative force suddenly ground to a halt four years ago, but that’s not quite right. I’ve just written less and less as years have passed or contributed less with a passionate fervor. I do love some of my academic writing, I do make things from fiction that are great, but these pieces emerge from a sort of inner morass that takes a great deal of effort to push back. I have to fight with a work to make it happen.
As for the finished second novel? It remains finished: I have diced it up and attempted to rework its contents, but the original draft is very painful to read and colored by the things that happened around it. Last year, I surmised to scrap the whole draft and start Chimehour’s sequels fresh, with maybe one or two scenes intact. It was a hard call: one of the most agonizing things I have done in my writing, in fact. 188k of words, and only a few people will have ever read them. Some of it is to do with a principle character, whom my uncle inspired and who became- after his death, very difficult to write. Some of it is the flawed nature of draft that maybe, just maybe, was meant for me to grow from, and nothing else.   Outside of that, I suppose I’m sharing this to admit, with confidence, that I’ve been dealing with anxiety spikes and depressive episodes for about three years. This is not new: I’ve had depression and anxiety for a long, long time, but the return of these episodes caught me off guard. I had not felt so low since I was in middle school, I had not had bad panic attacks after I settled into college. But here we are. I have not decided if I need to see a therapist yet (I might), but I do know that I feel lighter for expressing these struggles and acknowledging their realness.   We’ll see what the writing well brings in the future.

Mental Health at Work
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Earlier this year I went through a really difficult time where I was experiencing issues at work that were severely impacting on my mental health. It caused so many problems for me that it resulted in me being signed off work for three weeks. The working environment became so toxic and negative that I soon left the company altogether. However during this awful time I approached my area manager and HR in an attempt to come up with a solution for the issues that I was facing. This led to back and forth meetings with HR in the hope that I could highlight the lack of mental health awareness in the workplace and be able to offer some advice on how they could look to improve as a company. The working environment was not anxiety friendly at all and there were certain company policies that were discriminatory towards those who suffer from mental illness.
As a result of my efforts adjustments were made to the company policies that I had pointed out. In the last meeting that I had with HR, arrangements had been made for every manager in the area to identify which of their employees suffer from a mental illness and more mental health awareness training was to be offered to all members of management across the area. The issues I raised had been brought to the regional meeting to be discussed at a higher level. Alongside this I was named the first mental health ambassador for the area and was asked to be interviewed so that my experiences could be shared across the internal company website!
It goes to show that change never comes from suffering in silence. It comes from bravery and persistence! These changes may not have happened soon enough to help me, but my motivation throughout this whole process was the thought that this could potentially help someone else.
I hope my interview is able to offer some useful advice about mental health in the workplace.
1) What is your mental health condition?
My mental health condition is commonly known as Generalised Anxiety Disorder. This is best described as an ongoing state of mental and/or physical tension and nervousness, without the ability to take a break from the anxiety.
2) Tell us a little known fact about your mental health condition?
Generalised Anxiety Disorder also known as GAD is a serious mental health condition that is a lot more common than most people realise. According to official statistics from Anxiety UK 1 in 20 of us will experience GAD at some point in our lives.
3) What is it like living with GAD?
For me, living with Generalised Anxiety Disorder is like having a bully that I can’t run away from, constantly filling my head with harsh self-criticism, fear, guilt and shame. I'm in a constant battle with my mind and this makes life difficult for me as anything can become a potential trigger.
GAD can be extremely incapacitating and terrifying for me as when it’s really bad I feel a continual sense of dread, as if something awful is going to happen. It feels like walking down a dark alley at night, waiting to go into a job interview and at the same time waiting at the top of a roller coaster. I start worrying about lots of different things and find it almost impossible to relax, sleep or eat because my mind is constantly in ‘fight or flight mode’. This results in major physical symptoms such as sensory overload, migraines, nausea, racing heart, dizziness and fatigue. In addition to this it affects my day to day life as I also suffer with Social Phobia, Intrusive Thoughts and Agoraphobia, so simple things such as having a conversation with someone, deciding what to wear in the morning or just leaving the house can cause me great distress as I tend to excessively overthink all of my actions.
4) What advice would you give to someone suffering from a mental health problem?
Even though it is the most difficult thing to do, it is so important to speak to someone that you can trust about how you’re feeling or contact your local mental health team to speak to a professional. When I first became concerned about my mental health I reached out to a friend of mine who is very open on social media about her mental health condition. It felt so much better to know that I was not alone in how I was feeling and that there was someone else who could relate to what I was going through.
What I found most helpful was doing some research into my symptoms to gain a better understanding about anxiety disorders, as initially it can be scary and confusing. I also found it useful to share my research with those closest to me so that they could understand the best ways to support me.
In addition to this I would highly recommend downloading a mood tracker on your phone to help you keep track of how you’re feeling daily, this can also be really helpful to use in therapy sessions.
5) Have you ever encountered any issues at work?
When I first joined the company I was undiagnosed, homeless and in a really bad place. My first manager was amazing and very understanding. She worked with me providing support and one to one sessions whenever I needed them. She also worked around my therapy sessions and made adjustments to my shifts when I was feeling unwell. Her support throughout my journey made my working environment a really positive place that aided my recovery. This was due to the fact that she also suffered from Anxiety and therefore had a better understanding of the condition. When my first manager left I found it very difficult to build up that same level of understanding with other managers. Sadly mental health is still something that many people don’t fully understand so when my first attempts at a solution were unsuccessful I raised the issue to senior members of management and finally the Area manager. I refused to stop until I was happy with the outcome and as a result, adjustments were made to continue supporting my mental health journey at work.
6) What do you do to self care?
As part of my self-care it is important that I stick to a routine as this helps me to feel more calm and relaxed. Some of the things that I do to self-care are as follows:
Exercise
Trips to the spa
Yoga and Meditation
Writing poetry
Colouring books/painting
Write something positive at the end of every day
Spend time in nature
Play my favourite relaxing playlist
Limit my time on Social Media
Another self-care tip would also be to give yourself time to feel your emotions. If you’re having a bad day, don’t feel guilty about it just give yourself the time that you need to feel better.
8) What can we do to reduce stigma around mental health?
We can start by raising awareness in the workplace and providing more information to management and staff about the most common forms of mental health illnesses. This can be done through training sessions or team building activities. It would make mental health seem like less of a taboo subject and hopefully get more people talking about it throughout the year. Our work colleagues, family members, friends and customers can all potentially suffer from some type of mental health illness, so it is in our best interest to make sure that we are as well informed as we can be so that we can offer the support wherever it is needed.
7) Where do you seek help?
I often talk through my thoughts with my close family members as they can give useful advice or offer a different perspective. I also have weekly therapy sessions where I talk to a mental health professional about how I am coping with my mental health conditions.
8) How do you achieve a work/life balance?
I lead a very busy lifestyle, outside of fashion retail I am also a motivational speaker and a freelance fashion designer working towards my own fashion business so finding that work/life balance is a challenge for me. However to help me achieve this balance I have to stick to a routine, this way I can make sure that every week I am finding time to do the things that I enjoy. I also set alarms throughout the day to remind myself to do some self-care, take breaks and relax.

Embryo freezing: is it safe or not
Generally, embryo freezing has been seen as a routine part of in vitro fertilization hormone treatment and ICSI (Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection) treatment. It provides a lot of benefits. It is the fact that embryos left over from a fresh cycle and can be stored or freeze for future use. This has much significance for the health of the patient and wellbeing. It helps to avoid unnecessary gonadotrophin stimulation and collection of eggs, which is less costly in the long run purpose. The investigation is done by the infertility specialist in Hyderabad working in our fertility Center in Hyderabad and find out safety measures of embryo freezing. Now, Motherhood fertility centre is becoming the best infertility Hospital in Hyderabad providing the best infertility treatment in Hyderabad.
When there is a risk of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome or the mother is unwell, Embryo transfer (ET) can be delayed. Then the infertility specialist in Hyderabad prefers embryo storage, which can be a reliable option for a woman with want to have children after doing cancer therapy.
Often the patients ask about the risks to the infertility specialist in Hyderabad with embryo freezing and the frequency of the questions enhances after media reports which advice that freezing can be unsafe. Such reports are: is freezing dangerous or they are just hype?  The question is like “is the embryo freezing safe?” begs several other is “what are the risks for the embryos?”, “ Will they be able to improve normally?”, “what are the risks associated with the women?” But probably the question can be occurring to patients like ‘are there any risks for children conceived from frozen embryos?’ The answers of the questions can be investigated by our infertility specialist in Hyderabad.
What are the risks associated with the embryo freezing?
These risks can be measured in terms of embryo survival, consequences after transfer and whether freezing modifies the gene expression or phenotype of embryo. Any kind of cells including embryos endure different types of insults during the freezing of embryos. Before cooling to -196° C, the embryos are placed in solutions of potentially toxic cryoprotectants. The best fertility Center in Hyderabad further advice that even under the strictly controlled conditions needed for survival, the cells must withstand in the potentially lethal ice formation, transmembrane water movement and extreme level of changes in external electrolyte concentrations, temperature as well as pH level. Thawing reverses of these processes. After enduring these types of unphysiological conditions, perhaps it is not surprising that some of the embryos fail to survive while freezing. Survival of the embryos varies from clinic to clinic: freezing is very dangerous for some embryos (20-40 percent don't survive) and some of the 'survivors' have one or more blastomeres damaged, but more than 60 % of embryos may be completely intact after thawing.
Are these 'surviving' embryos viable?
There is also another question regarding embryo transfer like “Can they implant and develop normally?” The investigations are done by the infertility specialist in Hyderabad and show that frozen Embryo Transfer are significantly less likely to result in live births than fresh transfers. But such data need further scrutiny since frozen Embryo Transfers are rarely strictly comparable with fresh transfers. This is the reason that the 'best' embryos are selected for fresh cycles and because embryos those have sustained some damage during the duration of freezing or thawing are often transferred.

Zadroga claim delivers excellent health and fitness care amenities that the sufferer may well not be equipped to find the money for, as a result of remaining critically unwell. Not only this, the Zadroga claim also delivers economic help to the victims, which would assist them to cut down the medical burden hence induced.
The sufferer can use an knowledgeable and talented Zadroga attorney, who would assist the target in registering the Zadroga claim with the court docket of law. The Zadroga attorney would look into about the needed details these as the distinct company the claimant was doing work and also the medical doctor who is related with him mainly because of the make a difference involved. With the existence of Zadroga claim, the sufferers have been equipped to ring the bells of the court docket for crucial claim. Nonetheless, the court docket follows sure principles and laws for giving claim to perfectly deserved victims.
Men and women file court docket scenarios for many reasons some file it to get rightful compensation while other individuals file it to get the correct about the property and quite a few other issues. The Zadroga claim are specially submitted in the court docket of law towards the businesses who do not warn their personnel about the destructive toxic ingredient termed Asbestosis. Men and women who are dependent on the Zadroga claim and are inquiring for the compensation are mostly cleanup personnel, emergency personnel, police personnel, firefighters and all other ground zero personnel who ended up supporting in the course of the 9/eleven assault. Moreover them, the people of the Planet Trade Centre are, people today doing work in and close to the assault website, college students studying in the locality are also qualified for the Zadroga claim.
All these victims are struggling from several existence-having health and fitness problems these as Higher or Reduced Airway disorder, Acid Reflux disorder, Obstructive Airway disorders these as long-term bronchitis, emphysema or long-term obstructive pulmonary disorder (COPD) or Obstructive Lung Defects these as Reactive Airways Dysfunction Syndrome (RADS), occupational asthma (WTC Cough), Sarcoidosis, Asbestosis and Mesothelioma Most cancers.
The victims need to appoint a Zadroga attorney, who functions on the principle of "no gain, no charge" which implies that the attorney would charge the target only if he wins the scenario and the attorney would not talk to for the payment if he loses the Zadroga claim.
Thus, with the help of Zadroga claim the personnel can file for ceaseless disability gains. The Zadroga claim would assist the victims struggle with their health and fitness complications that they are struggling from because of to the terrorizing assault on the Planet Trade Centre.
The commendable element about the Zadroga claim is that if any indignant get together is obtaining settlement from any insurance company nonetheless the victims is qualified to file for a Zadroga claim in the court docket of law.
The Zadroga claim helps in giving inclusive resolution and a lot of time to acquire care of the victim's medical problem.

Ritalin overdose: How much amount of Ritalin to OD?
Ritalin (methylphenidate) is used as part of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder or ADHD treatment in adults and children, and narcolepsy. Ritalin is abused when you take it without a medical prescription, in larger doses or frequency than suggested, can lead to acute toxicity.
Can you overdose on Ritalin? How much Ritalin can cause an OD? What are the consequences of a Ritalin overdose? We give the answers in this article. At the end, we welcome you to post your questions and we’ll try to answer personally as soon as possible.
How does unintentional Ritalin overdose happen?
Unintentional OD can happen when a drug is taken in risky doses by an individual without the intent to self-harm. This includes accidental overdose on prescription or recreational drugs.
Unintentional Ritalin overdose can be the unwanted result from:
recreational Ritalin misuse
chronic Ritalin abuse
taking too much Ritalin for medical reasons
mixing Ritalin with other psychoactive substances
Continued efforts to prevent unintentional drug overdoses through education and enforcement are still needed. We need to work with all public health entities and other relevant stakeholders, but prescription drug education, abuse and diversion prevention starts at home.
Ritalin overdose – How much is too much?
How much Ritalin is too much depends on the individual, the condition, physical health, age, body mass, tolerance to methylphenidate, and other factors. The safe and recommended dosage range for children who are on Ritalin varies from child to child. The average daily dose of methylphenidate for adults is 20 to 30 mg/day. Most recommendations suggest that the daily Ritalin dose should not exceed 60 mg, although some individuals may require higher doses.
The instructions for safe use are clear:
Do not take larger doses.
Do not take it more often than suggested.
Do not take it in a different way than prescribed.
Do not take it longer than the duration of your treatment.
Do not take it if you do not have a prescription from a doctor.
Using too much Ritalin can also be habit-forming. Tell your doctor if you drink or have ever drunk alcohol excessively, if you use or have ever used street drugs, or have had problems with prescription medication abuse.
Ritalin overdose complications
Can you die from taking Ritalin? Yes…
Acute toxicity due to Ritalin overdose results in symptoms similar to those of acute amphetamine intoxication. Some common symptoms that can signal you have taken too much Ritalin, include:
racing heart or abnormal heart rhythm
excessive sweating
high anxiety or panic
increased body temperature
muscle cramps or twitching
tingling or numb sensation in hands and feet
rapid, shallow breathing
dizziness or lightheadedness
nausea or vomiting
restlessness or agitation
rapid thoughts and speech
confusion
chest pain
extremely dry mouth
Such symptoms should not be unexpected as Ritalin’s effects are “basically the same as those of amphetamines”. Cases of psychosis with Ritalin abuse have been reported when the drug is used in “runs”, similar to amphetamine abuse.
IMPORTANT: If you or someone close to you take too much Ritalin, you should seek emergency medical attention, or call your local Poison Control Center at 1-800-222-1222. If the victim has collapsed or is not breathing, call 911.
Ritalin overdose prognosis
Ritalin overdose can occur at significantly higher doses than the usual ones. But, if you don’t have a tolerance to Ritalin and you are a recreational or first time user, you can OD by taking more than your body can handle to process.
Ritalin SR (sustained release tablets) have a duration of action of approximately 8 hours. If you have taken Ritalin SR it is possible that the symptoms may get worse and more problematic as the drug continues to release into the body. Symptoms may also be exacerbated if you take other stimulant drugs (or even caffeine) along with Ritalin.
If you feel unwell after using Ritalin or experience a few of the overdose symptoms, you should ask someone who is sober to drive you to the ER or seek medical help ASAP.
Ritalin overdose death rate
Drug overdose death rates in the United States have more than tripled since 1990 and have never been higher. In 2008, more than 36,000 people died from drug overdoses, and most of these deaths were caused by prescription drugs.
Ritalin overdose can be fatal especially in individuals with certain health issues.
Ritalin and other stimulants are not recommended for children or adolescents with known serious structural cardiac abnormalities. Adults are do not face any lesser risks with Ritalin as they are more likely to have serious structural cardiac abnormalities, such as:
cardiomyopathy
serious heart rhythm abnormalities
coronary artery disease
other serious heart problems

Toxic Attitudes That Ruin Employee Morale
Each and every organization no matter what is ready to go to make benefits; associations are continually attempting to support their primary concerns by embracing different measures, boosting worker assurance is one of them. It is normal learning when specialists are upbeat they by and large have a tendency to be more profitable. Presently flip this over, you will see that miserable representatives are slack, less gainful, show more non-appearance and consequently seem to be a weakness to thriving business interests. Soak Price On the off chance that things go to a point where they should exit the entryway, a precarious value should be paid as far as turnover expenses, more than a while and years both in budgetary and additionally expertise terms. It may not appear to be considerable but rather turnover costs for passage level representatives are in the scope of 33% of the yearly compensation and up to four circumstances the yearly pay for larger amount workers. To check the issue from the beginning and keep it from snowballing and spiraling crazy we have to regard certain rules and regulations. Basically there are sure things we should do and certain others that we have to shun keeping in mind the end goal to guarantee A-Dip-in-Profitssmooth working at the job search engine work environment. Enhancing resolve require not cost you a fortune, or a cosmic climb in compensation or any climb besides. It involves going for specific attributes and practices while keeping away from certain others at any cost as they slaughter worker assurance and prompt to loss of eagerness, inspiration efficiency and most imperative of all benefits. Prizes and Recognition's Perceiving and compensating representative conduct goes far in holding them when they are taking care of business. You have to simply ahead and demonstrate representatives the their rewards for so much hard work the consequences of their diligent work by method for opportune gratefulness, compensates and recognition's. The final product of a representative's diligent work is an extraordinarily compensating knowledge to witness, it makes the worker more energetic about the work they are doing wholeheartedly from the beginning. Appoint Responsibilities Appoint duties to workers, yet first simply ahead and discover the hindrances and impediments in the method for achievement. Never at any point regard a worker as a minor asset, rather simply ahead and regard them as individuals. Attempt and take in their names, send them blooms when they happen to be unwell, this goes far in spurring them and boosting their confidence. It helps if the top administration is around and accessible to tune in and draw in with the representatives. Be Genuine Senior administrators must receive an inspirational state of mind at all given circumstances, and keep the staff insider savvy, while being straightforward. Lipid Membrane Repair In Chronic Floxing - My Quin Story
New Post has been published on http://www.myquinstory.info/lipid-membrane-repair-chronic-floxing/
Lipid Membrane Repair In Chronic Floxing
Unraveling long term chronic floxing is challenging, to say the least. Once the FQ molecule metabolizes it becomes a crapshoot, a rabbit hole, a personalized Rubik’s cube so to speak. Despite this, there are still some overarching commonalities; one of these commonalities, and arguably at the top of the list, is cell integrity.  Please read my disclaimer regarding information provided on this website.
This is one of those things that I wish I was privy to when I was first floxed as it is a foundational issue that other things are built upon and can explain why for some people certain supplements fail to work or stay working.
For me, the core of chronic floxing has always been acquired cellular damage, and more poignantly mitochondrial damage. We have dozens of FB groups all focusing on various subset symptoms, which is fine, but if you look at each pathology or subset of symptoms they ALL can be generally traced back to compromised cellular integrity which results in innumerable downstream issues.
Unfortunately, until we can replace the dysfunctional/diseased structures such as the mitochondria (which is on the horizon), all we are left with is band aids. The good news is that some band aids can be quite effective.
In chronic floxing, I believe the cell and substructures such as mitochondrial membrane become damaged and leaky. This acquired cellular damage, although a normal part of aging to a certain extent, is accelerated in chronic floxing (1). We are all poster children for peroxidation of cellular and mitochondrial lipids then subsequent damage to proteins and DNA. Damage to mitochondrial membrane lipids causes the greatest loss of mitochondrial function, then a subsequent pathological process.
So, as an overarching factor we have the membrane. I believe that lipid replacement therapy should be looked at as probable first step in any therapy to ‘shore up’, maintain, and in some cases repair cellular integrity. Without a functioning mitochondrial membrane many attempts at various types of therapies eventually fail, are hampered, or produce mediocre results.
Cell wall repair, or the idea of it, is nothing new but, in my opinion, many alternative healers focus on the wrong type of lipid nutritional supplementation or they attempt to get it from natural food sources. Although meritorious, there are problems with that line of thought. I believe that once a tipping point is reached one cannot get adequate non-oxidized lipids incorporated from traditional sources including food.
The good news there is now higher quality LRT compounds available that hold promise for cell membrane maintenance. Differing from traditional lipid nutritional supplementation, LRT replacement lipids are protected from oxidation and damage during storage, ingestion and digestion. Although it is important to note that LRT cannot ‘cure’ a pathological genomic process or halt ROS, nor is it the next greatest discovery of the floxy world, it has the possibility of circumventing the ROS membrane damage and restoring mitochondrial and other cellular membrane functions via delivery of replacement lipids in their unoxidized, undamaged states.
I have received enough positive reports from chronic floxies using higher dose oral phospholipids/ glycolipids compounds from a compound call NT Factor.   It has been suspected for quite some time that the lipid membrane needed repairing but most of the treatments that alternative practitioners were recommending were not helping many chronic floxies. Some naturopaths were recommending things such as high dose phosphatidylcholine alone and despite the fact that phosphatidylcholine comprises a large percentage of the lipid membrane there still seemed to be something missing.
Evidently, a missing factor is a balanced blend of the all the lipids that make up the mitochondrial membrane.  The reason for this is because each lipid serves a different purpose in the functioning of the membrane influencing a specific function(s) of the mitochondrion.   Additionally, the source is critical as well, finding that by using just food for the source or most off the shelf supplements the lipids were oxidized before getting to the target, therefore defeating the purpose or diminishing the result it some individuals.
The phospholipids and glycolipids used for membrane repair are:
Phosphatidic acid (PA)
Phosphatidyl-choline (PC)
Phosphatidyl-ethanolamine (PE)
Phosphatidyl-glycerol(PG)
Phosphatidyl-inositol (PI)
Phosphatidyl-serine (PS)
Digalactosyldiacylglyceride (DGDG)
Monoglactosyldiacylglyceride (MGDG)
A few very important notes regarding therapy with NT Factor:
First, it is important to look for NT Factor with NO additional additives.  While there is only one company that holds the patent on the product, they sell the base formula to other companies that add proprietary combinations of other supplements to the NT Factor.  It is however available in pure form, which is the only form that I am receiving positive reports on.
Second, NT Factor is derived from soy and because of that it is important that I mention a few things to clear up some misconceptions and Internet hearsay.  While it is true that soy is generally not good for various reasons, we must look at this logically to understand why they are using soy.   Other substances like sunflower do have phospholipids and ingesting them will provide your body access to them, however NT factor is the only compound with the correct combination of membrane compatible lipids in the right percentage. That is a critical point. Evidently it needs to be administered in the right percentages that mimic mitochondrial membrane percentages for the membrane repair to work.  This correct ratio is the most easily achieved when extracted from soy.
Third, so far, I have had no reported adverse reactions to the NT Factor from those who have shared their experiences with me.  I believe the reason for this is that the lipids are extracted from soy and then rebound together to match membrane composition. There are no soy proteins left in the product and so the potential for interactions is very low, if at all.  I believe that reactions to soy products reported by floxies have to do with soy proteins.
The membrane percentages in the NT Factor were developed on Professor Garth Nicholson’s thirty years of research into lipid physiology and then adjusted based on preclinical and clinical studies over the last several years.
Dr. Michael Ash, who uses NT Factor extensively, says this about adverse reactions regarding NT Factor,
“I would say, 99.9% of the time no. On a rare occasion in a patient who is diagnosed with inflammatory bowel disorders, such as, Crohn’s or ulcerative colitis has to be managed with lower starting doses. When I start to repair them I always begin with healing their gastrointestinal tract (GIT) because it is through the GIT that I predominately administer my treatments. If I supplement with a high dose of glycophospholipids they may actually experience a detox reaction through the sudden input of proper cellular function symptoms of which may include fatigue, nausea or diarrhea.
So, with wisdom, although I must reiterate this is extremely rare, when commencing treatment with the most unwell of my gastrointestinal patients, I have learned to proceed with glycophospholipid supplementation a little slower.
But, I would like to largely leave you with the idea that I have no toxic responses. No symptom induction from glycophospholipid is harmful and in my experience just a few patients have needed more care on dosing regimen. I will, based on my experience in research and clinical settings insist that the glycophospholipids be maintained, just reduce the dose.(2)”
Here are some reports that I have received from chronic floxies:
Mary, (Chronic FQAD sufferer for 8 years from Cipro),“I have been using NT Factor for several months now and it has improved my fatigue about 30%.”
Jayleen, (Chronic FQAD sufferer for 10 plus years from Avelox), “I did not have any improvement in fatigue but something else happened.  Supplements that originally did not work for me, started working, and some other supplements I was able to reduce the dosage.”
Wayne, (Chronic FQAD sufferer for 6 years from Levaquin), “NT Factor helps me with my fatigue.  It took a couple of months before I noticed the difference. Even the smallest amount of soy causes me aches and pains, if NT Factor is made from soy, I can’t tell it.”
Nancy, (Chronic FQAD sufferer for 5 years from Levaquin), “NT Factor works for me but it is expensive.  It needs to be used within a couple of months of opening or it oxidizes and looses its effectiveness.  I shop around and find the best prices I can, sometimes buying a short sale with an upcoming expiration date.  Since I use it right away it is not an issue and it saves me money, sometimes as much as 25-30 percent. Regular prices have dropped quite a bit since it first came out.”
I think it is important to note, that this is not THE solution for floxing. I am always on the lookout for things that can help those that are suffering chronically from FQAD improve their functioning.  Like I mentioned above, I believe that for some, NT Factor could be a critical first step, that other steps are then built upon.  Since NT Factor is somewhat of a Band-Aid it is something that will probably continually be needed (like digestive maintenance) unless one can get oxidative stress under control.
This is something that I wish I would have addressed years ago, realizing now that other things I tried probably failed to ‘stick’ because I did not keep the cell membranes constantly nourished with the lipids they need. The ROS keeps coming back and undermining the cells, so it is akin to building a house on a foundation of sand.
If you are a chronic floxy then NT Factor might be something that could help you.  Please research it and discuss it with your trusted medical professional to see if it would be a good choice for you.
