Verfasst wurde es 1964 . Die Ausgabe,die auf Amazon erhältlich ist, ist überarbeitet von Dixie Andelin Forsyth , der Tochter der Autorin. Viele Passagen wurden verändert und teilweise entfernt , um das Buch an das aktuelle Frauenbild anzupassen. Trotzdem ist es sehr traditionell und die Philosophie ist zeitlos. Nach wie vor sehr empfehlenswert .

Dieser Blog ist Helen Andelin und Dixie Andelin Forsyth gewidmet. Ich möchte die Philosophie ihrer Bücher " Fascinating Womanhood" im deutschsprachigen Raum bekannt machen. Ich habe sie gerne gelesen und viel für mich mitgenommen.

Für traditionelle Frauen empfehle ich die " Vintage Edition " von Fascinating Womanhood " . Sie wurde von Helen Andelin in den 60ern verfasst und von ihrer Tochter Dixie Andelin Forsyth in überarbeiteter Fassung neu herausgegeben .

Dixie war es auch , die 2017 " Fascinating Womanhood for the Timeless Woman " schrieb , eine Sequel des Buches ihrer Mutter, für moderne Frauen einer neuem Generation.

Ich hoffe so sehr dass die Bücher irgendwann ins deutsche übersetzt werden ,bis dahin versuche ich die Essens zu erfassen und zu übersetzen.
