We've been talking a lot about Nate and how good he's been looking recently and I really love him in a suit but.. soft!nate in a hoodie and jeans (u know what I'm talking about) is the best.

Like maybe you come home after having a rough day and he's in the kitchen making dinner or something and you go join him and maybe he pours you a glass of wine to help relax but all you really want is him and you basically koala bear yourself to him while he finishes up dinner and the night is full of soft kisses and slow make out sessions and he just reminds you how much he loves you

I love soft!nate

listen up, soft!nate is absolutely everything to me. the hoodie and jeans combo has been doing things to me lately (how can it not??) but it gives off major boyfriend vibes which fits perfectly for nate!!

you walk through the door exhausted and annoyed because your day at work didn't go as planned and you'd rather forget about it than anything else. the moment you see nate, who is cooking dinner which smells delicious, you almost melt. he sends a beaming smile your way, the one reserved only for you, and doesn't hesitate to wrap you up in his arms as quickly as possible. you relax against his chest, letting out a sigh, and hold him as close as you can.

"hey baby," nate murmurs, kissing the top of your head and rubbing his large hands up and down your back. you mumble a hello back, but are too caught up in the comfort he's giving you right now. "dinner's almost done and i already poured a glass of your favorite wine before you got home because that text you sent didn't seem very positive." he chuckles, which you feel vibrate in his chest, and you couldn't be more thankful for him than you are right now.

"thank you, bubs. you didn't have to do that," you say, finally lifting your head to meet his gaze. those blue eyes you love so much lock with yours and just like that, all your previous emotions and frustrations fall away. it's just nate right now.

"of course i did. now, go get changed so you're comfy and i'll finish this up." nate replies, kissing you tenderly before sending you off to the bedroom. when you return downstairs, in a pair of athletic shorts and one of nate's avalanche t-shirts, you join him in the kitchen again but act on how you want to be impossibly close to him. you hop up on the counter, enjoying his presence as nate continues cooking and talking to you about whatever. you eat dinner right there, nate between your legs and you're both laughing over a story he said and the food couldn't be any better.

and before you can even ask, nate beats you to what you're really looking for. he leans in for a slow and soft kiss, stealing your breath away while making your heart rate jump to an alarming speed. he scoops you up, earning a sweet giggle from you, only to plop you both on the couch for cuddles. you immediately snuggle in, relishing in his warmth and safety, but nate can't seem to stop kissing you. not that you're complaining.

you're in love with him and despite how you were feeling moments ago, all of that has disappeared only to be replaced by pure adoration.

"i love you," nate whispers against your lips before continuing the lazy make out session which will surely lead to more. but you don't care. nate continues on with his words and actions to show you just how much you're loved and that's all you need in this world.
