alright! knew soemone took out the corkboard for this one. I totally agree though with all the stuff about the rebranding. I would suggest they are trying to rebrand themselves and make themselves better because on WW+ they do talk about how watcher wasn't exactly how they thought it would be and the pandemic really was rough for their company. And I would agree with the streamings service bc it is literally called www.watchertv.com but it is true that they are a suggested smaller company and have a relatively smaller audiance then their buzzfeed days. One thing on their part I wish they would have done differently when watcher first started was promoting watcher more on buzzfeed. They did a few times and at the very end but no one reads the discription and or the last little bits of the crdits. if they did promote it more, then maybe more of the audiance from unsolved would have come over to their company and have given them a bigger start. but with that comes its own problems of not having enough content or better content yada yada yada. One thing I did think of when I say the announcement was maybe it was a slouth of new shows were already ready to watch like a series. I quickly shot that down. Bc when would they have time to shoot 2-3+ shows? Between editing and keeping their current shows alive I doubt they had time (this is all speculation I have no fucking clue). Anyway I do think it might be stuff like maybe a new show announcements like maybe one with Sara and Joyce. As well as the somewhat annocued one with Steven and his crew. aybe a new tour and merch? Merch store has been pretty dry (minus the new patches) and we haven't had a tour since november which isn't long but idk what they do in HQ. Truly excited tho. I have my alarms set and everything. Anyway lol that's for reading my ramble too. Your theories were great, didn't mean to kind of debunk them though.

I believe you and I are on same the page and here are some of my responses to this.

With the whole BuzzFeed promoting: I don't think they had much of a say on what and how much they could promote Watcher over on BuzzFeed. If I remember correctly, BuzzFeed is very stingy on their employees/shows promoting other outside sources that could be seen as competition. Henceforth many BuzzFeed employees on contract could not appear in other YouTubers videos do to conflict of interest. In the end, it was really generous for the amount of promoting allowed of Shane and Ryan to put into the last seasons of BuzzFeed Unsolved.

The possibility of new shows: Yes, filming a lot of shows to add in this new slate would seem like a lot, but not in possible. It would seem more likely than touring as touring takes the boys away from the office and takes up a considerable amount of time and obstacles for filming schedules. Also I said how there are new names showing up in the credits of new editors and production crew, meaning they are hiring on new folks. Bigger team, more flexibility to work on new projects. Also if these new shows are less of Shane and Ryan, and more of other individuals like Steven and friends of the company it would actually mean a more balance flow of shooting. Letting Shane and Ryan have a break from constantly filming and to work on other projects within their own lives or through the company. Actually, Ronnie who was an intern for Watcher back in 2021 or 2022 I believe posted this on their instagram story:

They actually left the company sometime in 2022 possibly after the internship was up. Then when to work for GMM though that internship has come to close. Basically what I am saying is they are continue to grow their employment and with more people on the team means more flexibly in expansion of shows.

Merch???: I feel like merch could be a possible in this announcement if it's a relaunch of sorts. Especially if it's like a rebrand, selling merch to fit the new rebrand? Perfect idea to generate some revenue as for long time fans it would be a refreshing site to their merch line... and who doesn't love fresh new merch?

Don't worry guy I am also so excited! I noticed I actually don't work on Friday so I can be fully present for the announcement day! Imma be on the internet as a menace all day watch me.

Maybe its just me, and maybe im a bit out line here but:

I dont like Kudos. It feels like a "like" here on tumblr. It doesnt really do much?

I wish i had comments. Even bad ones. I want people to engage with me on what they like and dislike about my works.

A kudos does not tell me anything. And seeing like 5 kudos to over 100 hits is just disheartening personally.

Hiw am i ever to improve if i never recieve feedback? Everyone always says "write what YOU want and eventually your audiance will find you". But like, does that really work?

Ive been writing in different fandoms for a little over 10 years now, and i guess im just awful, becuase ive never had a comment on just about anything ive written.

They very small (literally like 5) comments i have gotten have not had anything to do with ny story at all.

Is there really any reasons to keep going? Why scream into the void if nothing even echos back at you?

The Impactful idea and concepts that Horror films implement for Ideal Narratives

Back during 1943 saw the creation of the movie "I Walked With A Zombies", which was made by RKO Pictures. I admit that I had never actually heard of or watched any movies from RKO Studios, but I picked this film because I was curious to see how the tone and decisions would stack up against those made by the other, more well-known studios. This movie differed from other horror movies I've seen in the past, and I believe there are some significant stylistic contrasts between it and the horror movies from the 1930s I watched last week. Regarding the idea of last weeks film for summary i watched "Frankenstien" & 'The Bride of Frankenstien". The idea of Frankenstein serving as a vehicle for early Hollywood franchises makes much more sense after viewing both James Whale films from the 1930s than it did with “just” the 1931 original. The majority of Frankenstein is made up of exaggerated sequences that have been warped from their original, more subdued counterparts in the novel, giving the Monster on screen a world that feels more forceful, antagonistic, and theatrical. I believe that this movie makes an effort to deal with more serious issues, which I feel is unusual for a horror movie because I believe that most horror movies focus more on creating an emotional response than on trying to convey a larger message. Ironically it shows the influence of how society creates ideas and concept being influenced by the real world around us even in todays hollywood movies standards, what makes this very special is knowing the context of what was going on in the world of 1943 at the time with society dealing with racism and utilizing the deeper context of an influential narritive while giving the audience a mindful and crucial understanding at the time with racism. Its very unique and impactful emotionally at times when watching this film there are no doubt future generational films even in todays society of the industry in the world that takes a genre and telling an important serious real world message and problems that still arise today even now. One example i can think of another horror film that utilizes the idea of racism while making a great horror film is "Get Out", which sees a similar concept of racism but instead of being zombies its dealing with the idea of an interacial couple as well of twisting the concept with the director jordan peel showing and giving the audiance a taste in the horror format of seeing what racially motivated anxiety of being a black person feels like. Going back to the "I Walked with a Zombie". I believe the decision was taken to address these issues because of the time period and what was going on when this movie was published. In this movie, larger-than-life concepts like slavery and ideals of racism are depicted. Back during In the 1930s and 1940s, there was a lot of racism, especially in the south, but there were racist acts all across the nation. The decision to address this topic and highlight how it was a problem in the country was a strong one made in the film, and I also feel that it was distinctive given the visual style of the picture. I think that what sets I walked with a zombie apart from other horror movies is that broader themes and tackling topics are not generally associated with horror movies. Whats worse in the end of all this we still see racism alive and breathing today, as well of other film genres and formats tackling the issue without shoving it in the audiances face at time while telling an impactful story and entertaining the audience and industy films of hollywood. I really feel that the film being in black and white gave an extra layer of emmersion when telling this story rather than in color. It shows how films such as "I Walked with a Zombie" as well Jordan Peels "Get Out", takes a scary and real life world issue but instead tackling it in the form of art and story telling visually. I feel its very hard to have a film such as this if it was released in todays time and climate were in it wouldnt be recieved very well what so ever. Lastly i relly feel and liked the name of the Studio RKO's as well just there catalog of films they developed which i feel are unique and gives them a specific identity and face that only people would recognize them for as a studios in the end.

what's hilarious to me among all you people that are bashing ouat and cs... you honestly are hilarious to think colin's new show will be more popular then ouat or colin's new pairing with his tv wife whose a guest star more popular then cs. newsflash, barely anybody is gonna care about this show or pairing. it won't be touching ouat or cs and shit it won't even touch ouat s7 viewership which was abysmal, just look at the channel it's on. Stay mad that CS stays iconic and beloved.

Who is “all us people” and where did “we” bash OUAT and CS? Have you even been on my blog? If you can’t tell from a brief scroll that I worship and make regular sacrifices at the CS alter, you need to improve your reader comprehension skills, nonnie.

You actually think I’ll be mad CS stays iconic and beloved?! I’m over the moon that CS has stayed iconic and beloved, including by me and despite some bitter ass people such as yourself who obviously like to look for drama and negativity rather than things to love and enjoy.

I’m going to assume this was prompted by me commenting with “i’m petty and excited” on some post about Colin and his new TV wife? Not that you deserve it, seeing as the language of your ask is rather bitchy and hostile, but let me explain that my comment was made with the thought of any Colifer sickos that might still be out there. It had nothing to do with OUAT or CS (and just cuz your reader comprehension skills obviously suck, let me help you with this one Colifer =/= CS).

If it’s not that and you are simply bitter that I’m excited about Colin’s new project and the fact that he is going to have a love intest instead of being regarded (by some people) as the love interest himself, I’m gonna come right out and say that I value CS and its “legacy” a lot but do you know what I value more?

However, I’m a bit confused why you sound so on edge about “all us people” if “barely anybody” is going to watch this show. I hate to sound elitist (I don’t) but you refering to National Geografic as “the channel it’s on”, combined with the abysmal reader comprehension is making me really doubt your intelligence so let me use a metaphor to simplify this for you.

The ice-cream metaphor:

Nonnie, salted caramel is my favourite ice-cream flavour. I also enjoy raspberry sorbet. Does my enjoyment of raspberry sorbet diminish my love for salted caramel? No. Is me buying and enjoying a scoop of raspberry sorbet a betrayal to salted caramel? No. Hell, I can even have them in the same cone, if I so pleased.

Now, it so happens that salted caramel was discontinued awhile back and seeing as I adore salted caramel and it’s still my favourite flavour, I’ve started making some of my own at home. So have a lot of my friends. We exchange scoops and have ice-cream parties all the time actually.

But back to raspberry sorbet. Should I never buy it again just because salted caramel was discontinued? Should I limit myself and deny myself other flavours I enjoy out of some misguided loyalty to my fav flavour?

At the end of the day, I feel like there is something very important you are missing here - I support the ice-cream man, not the flavours he makes.

Hell, I’ll try mint and spinach, if he made it. (Actually mint and spinach ice-cream doesn’t sound that bad tbh.) And, nonnie, life is short, you are allowed to take more than one scoop.

Let me also quickly attempt to burst your ONCE bubble.

ONCE was a cult show and CS is an iconic ship and one for the ages! That being said, just because it was popular doesn’t mean that ONCE was all that respected or valuable for an actor’s resume. Like, do you know how many people I’ve talked to about ONCE who have never heard of it? Or how many think it’s a silly barely-more-than-a-kid’s-show? How many respectable awards did it win?

Look, sincerely here, I love ONCE from the bottom of my heart and I never cared if it was critically-acclaimed or not. It was popular, it gained cult status and still has a wildly active and passionate fanbase (that I’m a proud member of) but it was never top shelf quality, ok? Let’s just admit that.

Now, do you really wanna compare ABC, A&E and Disney to National Geographic, Leonardo DiCaprio and NASA? I don’t. They have very different strengths and target audiances and are all very big names. But to say that one is inferior to the other is simply ridiculous. And so is predicting a project’s success before it is even finished. A&E didn’t think they’ll get a second season to their wild fairytales fanfic either.

So do I want Colin’s new project to be more popular than ONCE? Hell yeah, I do! ONCE is over, Colin’s career is hopefully just beginning, I want every single thing he makes to be more popular than the last. Do I think Colin’s new project will be more popular than ONCE? Not really, though I’m definitely not completely ruling out the possibility of it being popular enough. But that’s not the point at all. Colin doesn’t seem to be blindly chasing popularity - which I have mad respect for - he is choosing roles that he likes, that he finds challenging and worthy of his time, so... yeah, I’m looking forward to it.

I’m looking forward to seeing him play different characters, I’m looking forward to seeing him do more serious stuff and I’m looking forward to seeing him do more romantic scenes with people who aren’t JMo cuz I’m not hung up on some ridiculous puritanist idea of CS-or-nothing and I’d like for some of his crazy inappropriate “fans” to be drowned out by new and hopefully more respectful fans. And the thing I want most is for Colin to produce new content I can enjoy and be happy making it (which he very much seems to be right now).

So to communicate in your preferred language: Stay mad that Colin is talented and loved and “all us people” will enjoy everything he makes (including mint and spinach ice-cream).

Feminism, a term started to highlight the imbalance between both genders and to try maintain equality between both sections of humanity has been moulded in different ways now.

Never was it said that women are weaker and she could be only uplifted by showing men down. To rise we don't need to put anyone below than us, we can all grow together.Women should rise, but not necessarily without men,with men.Together. Women and Men can very beautifully co exist.

Feminism Today

Over the 21st century feminism has been only active on social media platforms rather than in real lives. We can always witness some or the other heated arguments over twitter, instagram, facebook for any sexist remark. They are everywhere virtually but never in reality.

We can see an army of men and women being the flag bearers of feminism and the absolute Gods and Goddesses of equality.But what happens to them when we face it in real. Does typing something annonyms going to remove all unjust happening in real? Or you do that just because its easier to type than to speak up? Have your annonyms army really made a difference in the way people think? Has it really changed their mindsets? Or are you just satisfied by a useless fighting online?Have you won the real battle? Can you also be proud of all your actions just like you are for your words?

The mindsets of people are still narrowed. Or maybe even more because of what you do. Because a fight of words can only initiate disagreement, hatret, conflict, negativity. It can never change the thinking and do the resolvement, its always the actions what does that.

Crimes are still the same.

I have actually lost the number of crimes on 'woman'(specifically not using females) everyday,every hour ,every minute, every second with each breathe . Being it from domestic violences, rapes, acid attacks, honour killings, dowry cases and what not.

But you know feminists have actually beem successful in making the number less. You know how? Because they keep on highlighting it so much virtually,that the real ones remain disregarded. They are still rooted deeply while measures are made only for show on the surface.These inhuman acts happen in silence.These issues can never reach justice beacause its the victims, the family who choses to bear it and remain quiet just for the sake of their so called respect and name in society. How hypocritical is that.

You will tell others to stand for the right but when it comes to you yourself you choose to close your eyes.

You think you are protecting your family doing that. You are protecting those brutal criminals for such shamefull sins.

Making them superior and choosing to sleep open eyed in a crowd makes you a bigger sinned than them.

Those who are rich have some aura in the society and choose to stay quiet just to maintain that. Those who are poor choose to stay quiet for money for it fills their stomachs which had been empty for so long. And they don't even have the money to go to the courts.

Either way crime wins and victims take losing as their win.

Fake Feminism

The only active feminism we will witness is reel.

In today's world feminism is only seen as a woman having freedom in sexual life. Independent is misused for sleeping with every other man. When cheating is justified and the blame is on the man.

How domestic violence if only done by a woman is appreciated because she has done something only a man used to do earlier. It proves her as strong woman.

Web series today are only promoting their idea of feminism beyond every mind.

Smoking, drugs, sex, violence does make you seem independent and open minded. And don't you dare to question them, or else you will be called an anti feminist. By promoting such stupid acts they think they have been successful in rooting Feminism and they are proud of it too. Maybe some of them only want to come up as a messiah in the eyes of the people. Because their audiance is way too emotional for their reel story and completely impathetic towards the real story. The real story never reaches these platforms.

Going with five boys is a choice.

Yes it is indeed a choice. You chose to cheat. Then how come is the other person responsible for you cheating when its your own damn choice?

Laxmi Agarwal's story was still unheard until her story was on screen. No one knew she had got a price from Michelle Obama for her courage way before the movie was made. Is it necessary for our real heoros to make movies to portray their story? Why do we only feel when its on the screen? Is our emotions also reel beacause its only for the reel?

Its only one Laxmi that has come up, there are several being oppressed. But nobody knows that or everybody chooses not to know that until its on the screens?

Movies, like these nowadays are only made to earn buisness little does it do for making a change because it never reaches those who need to change.

For makers think audiance is emotional and sympathetic but they forget they are not fools.

The whole concept of Feminism is being misused for doing all the toxic stuff which only men used to do earlier. Freedom is taken as to do unjust acts, be inhuman, torchure which only men used to do. But women have actually made a progress in it too. See how equality is being fostered.

Man's sufferings unheard.

'Its the boy who is guilty until proven innocent, and the girl who is innocent until proven guilty '

Some words which are inhuman, unjust to say but are true.

One thing feminism has been successful in doing, is only increasing sufferings for men. Their concept is a little different.They want to establish equality by increasing sufferings for the men while we want to do it by eradicating the sufferings of women. Either ways equality is there. Maybe this is what they believe. They are justifying feminism right though.

Women are unsafe today, but men are also not so safe too.

I read a case of a young boy in Chandigarh accused of rape charges. He was brutally trolled on social media, his career fully destroyed, people mocked him socially, no interviewer entertained him, in short he was finished once and for all. This boy was in custody for six years and the girl who accused him wasn't present in any of the hearings. Six years later ,he was found innocent and the girl was free residing in Canada and now she has absocoded.

Another case when a boy was falsely accused of rape, committed sucide because he couldn't face the fake allegations.These false allegations demean their name and finishes them in one blink.

Recently, the boys locker room case became a hype and a topic for all the feminists to jump on. For a chat was released of a boy making a plan to gang rape a girl. It was a feud everywhere and no one seems to be unaware of it. Later on it was found the boy plan was a girl with the boy's name planning her own rape.The feud was suddenly subdueded and suddenly no feminists appeared for men. The girl was left unpunished and was proved innocent claiming it a childish act.

What would have happened if it had been a boy? He might have landed in jail right now.

Feminism has only given the ruthless disgraceful females and not woman to misuse this power for money, blackmailing and showing a man down.

Even if there is physical contact with the consent, females can still file a case against the man because there is no evidence in medical science to prove it mutual or forced. A man will be charged immediately even for being a suspect and even if they do not have any evidence. Some females are ready to sell their respect for the money and if that doesn't happen they blackmail with threats of filing FIRs. Laws are made strict but its only made for the innocent. They are behind the bars for the court procedures are too long and the laws too rigid. It has no power over the brutal.

For a woman's one lie will weigh heavier over a man's hundred truths.

What does it really stand for?

Femimism shouldn't be misunderstood and misused.

There should always be a balance in society.

The culprits should not require our candle marches for being hanged and the innocent should not be hanged because of our candle marches.

People should understand that raising voice against the wrong does prove them right and not suffering the wrong in silence.

Victims have not committed any crime for staying silent and suffering inside. Society needs to accept and seek for justice once and for all.

Feminism doesn't only stand for male female being equal. It gives the freedom to everyone for battling against the wrong and not proving the wrong as right for their own selfishness.Not all men are dogs and not all women are Goddesses

It symbolizes the equality of evey human being. Humanity should be equal in all aspects.

Have you seen / heard of the band «Muse»? They have one song called MK Ultra and a newer song called «The Handler» which is interesting! Also the official lyrics video for the handler has SO many mk ultra symbols, They’re a fairly known band so I find this interesting, what do you think??

I have heard the band Muse. The song MKUltra is about mind control and creating dissociative states through fear and pain. Much about their albums and public appearances points to a very working knowledge of mind control.

The video for “The Handler” is indeed filled with symbols related to government mind control programming. The first thing you notice is the hooded, evil presence, who seems to be coming out of a brain-like structure and overseeing the images that are spinning around a carousel.

The first noticeable symbol on this carousel is the moon, closed in a birdcage, holding a lantern. All of these on their own can be symbolic of different aspects of programming. Being placed in cages is part of trauma based programming. A lantern is a symbol of free-masonry. The moon can be used in all kinds of spiritual programming. The moon holding the lantern may also be a reference to the man in the moon, who is referenced in the poem “The Man in the Moon,” as well as in the Shakespeare play “A Midsummer Night’s Dream, ” which can be used in various kinds of programming, like duality and dissociating away negative feelings.

The next symbol is Alice from Alice in Wonderland. The script for the movie and books is often used in government mind control programming. Later, the Ace of Spades playing card shows up. The cards were guards. They would also be part of the Alice in Wonderland script.

The next symbol is a group of butterflies, which is a well-known symbol for monarch programming. The butterflies are hovering over a treasure chest of gold. Treasure chests are found in several of the key programming scripts, including Alice in Wonderland, Wizard of Oz (The Lion of Oz), and Peter Pan.

Another symbol is the earth. It could indicate an entire world being placed inside the mind of a survivor, or it could represent some of the other spiritual meanings for the earth, including its energy. There is also a kind of programming that is tied to the earth that becomes active, should someone try to breach their mind control.

The white rabbit from Alice in Wonderland appears next on the carousel, symbolizing the handler. The handler in an outside person controlling the mind control slave; however, a white rabbit alter is often placed inside the minds of survivors, who will maintains some of the programming.

Minnie Mouse in princess dress next, representing Disney programming, which is often used with and pornography and sexual programming. Cinderella’s pumpkin carriage, which comes, later is also part of Disney programming.

The next symbol to appear is Napoleon the pig, from the cover of the book Animal Farm. Animal Farm was a book written to describe the beginnings of communism in the Soviet Union. It may have been used as propaganda to indoctrinate Americans during the cold war. It is suspected the CIA was involved in the the movie Animal Farm. The moral of the story symbolizing the corruption of those whom power corrupts absolutely. There is a lot of irony here, given the “absolute power” and “absolute corruption” of the groups in the shadows, who pull all the strings.

Pinochio- marionette programming (speak of the Devil!)

Next is a lion, which could be from Wizard of Oz programming or could be symbolic for Saturn or the Sun. Also in the play The Mid Summer’s Dream, the lion is known for doing what he wished he would not, a form of duality. programming.

Next is the pumpkin carriage, that was already mentioned.

A trojan horse appears follows. An trojan horse is another name for an alter who presents as an ally, but will spread false information.

The Ace card, that was discussed earlier in regards to Alice in Wonderland programming appears. It is also important to note that the Ace of spades is considered the most spiritual of all the cards. The symbol is a symbol of ancient mysteries. It represents transformation. The card is also known as “the death card”. It’s appearance in the video could be a warning for survivors against resistance. It would also reinforce the programming designed to protect against breaking the control.

Then the gingerbread man. Many Grimm’s Fairy Tales are used in trauma based mind control. This story is used to reinforce how difficult to escaped the control it is. In the story, the gingerbread man escaped the baker, only to be eaten by the fox. Often, survivors and therapists will uncover one level of programming, only to later discover they are still being controlled by outside and inside influences that keep them tied to control. Freedom is hard to achieve, and may take a very long time, but it is not impossible.

The teddy bear appears next. Teddy bears have a couple different meanings. The symbol can reinforce each. Teddy bears and other comfort items can be given to children, who will bond with them. Later the child will be traumatized using the same object. Teddy bears can also symbolize Papa Bear, who is often a sexual handler in charge of programming, handling and exploiting the survivor.

Lastly there is an eagle, the symbol of America. The programming that has been done has been done in America. Our government has been engaged in this for a long time. The nationalistic view of the eagle meaning freedom is different for those who are aware of trauma based mind control.

At the end, it looks like the protagonist may have gotten free from their abuse, but the audiance given the bigger picture of the larger reach of the hideous and pervasive control.

During the song, the words “you” are repeated in triple- sometimes multiple programmers are used. Survivors are also handled my multiple people. Also, the “I” is repeated. Multiples “I’s” because of D.I.D. Further (and I realize that the lyric just works, when repeated three times), but tons of things are triplicated in programing. Also, the “I’s” look like pillars in the video, an illuminati symbol, I’m not sure that is intended.

There is an obvious reference to Cathy O’brien’s book Trance Formation of America, which is one of the first books regarding mind control. When the lyric is transformation, the text on the video says Trance Formation.

My thoughts regarding this band is that whether or not the album themes seem pro or against mind control, the band itself is part of the industry. They are promoting the agenda of the elite. The symbols that are used will continue to trigger terror and programming in those who have survived and continue to be enslaved by those in the shadows.

Muse like other artists will be used to desensitize the masses, who will continue to grow accustomed to seeing these symbols, so that even when hearing about the atrocities to which they point, it will be compartmentalized as “conspiracy theory rhetoric,” and they will not stand up against it.

And there will be some, who will act by sharing information, seeking help, and helping others escape from the horror that has been hidden in plain sight right in front of us.

Eric marinovich= when looking at his website you can see that there is a lot of different typography focusing on different audiences. A lot of his work reminds me of art that you would find on soda cans and beer bottles. Some of them I am not particularly into due to them being too busy and not being able to read the font as you were bombarded with so many other colours images and patterns. The ones that I really like all the bright colours ones as I feel like I could use them for inspiration to my topic of the jungle book has children are really into colour and attracted to it and that is my target audience for my film poster.

David Carson= David Carson is a graphic designer that I am very familiar with as I find his work interesting but I feel like the aesthetic that he uses will not link well with my title of the jungle book because he uses a more rustic gritty overlapping layout which can be confusing and for me who is focusing on the audience of children I feel like I need to have crisp and clear typography in my poster . there are a couple posters and typography pieces of David Carson that I am interested in due to the colour scheme that he uses and some of his layout techniques which I feel would work well with parts of my poster.

Caroline brickFord Smith = this is one of the Artist I looked at when looking at alternative book cover designs for the original jungle book and when looking at her work you seem very simple patterns which are effective but for me I feel like they are boring due to the jungle book being a children’s book I feel like children would be more attracted to artwork that is busy colourful and setting the storyline just by looking at the front cover. Some of her work that is on her website is very intricate and beautiful and has more of a formal affect to it which I feel like wouldn’t work well with the title anaesthetic that I am going for and the audience I am aiming to please.

Tarantino graphic design = Tarantino film posters are very unique as you know that it is a Tarantino film due to the typography colour and layout. The typography is very bold structured Which stands out well and shows that it is about something serious due to its formal layout, the colour scheme that they use is very simple but effective most of them use white black red and yellow and normally the colours link to the film I want to do something like this with my poster so the audience gets an insight into what the film is about Due to the colour which in my case will be greens and the title I want to stand out as well. The thing with Tarantino films posters is they don’t need much imagery because through the colour and small images you can get a feel for the plot of the film.

I’m today’s rehearsal we decided to develop our skills for each character. We did this by writing questions which surrounded our characters so we can further develop our skills and performance. This allowed us to understand what we need to do to improve and develop our skills and techniques.

How can you use your alone time on stage to show the audience more about your character ?

I can use my alone time to show the audience more about my character by being overly obsessed about the way I look. I can do this by constantly checking my hair and makeup in the mirror or trying on different clothes until I am ready to leave the house. Karen would do this as she Is fixated on John and wants him to think greatly of her. I also wanted to show a different side to Karen in my alone time which could encourage sympathy from the audience as she’s chasing a man that potentially doesn’t want her. This would also give the audience a new side to Karen so they can explore her character further.

i can further use my alone time on stage to give the audience more information on my character by showing Karen's laziness when she thinks shes on her own. its visible that Karen has no job and lives from governments benefits and claims. she even uses Tracy as a loophole for more money so she doesn't have to work. i can show this in my performance by always having a slouched posture and always sat down watching the TV showing her laziness. when applying these to my performance it gave the audience a look into our characters lives and allowed the audience to see another side to our characters that the others don’t always see.

How do you heighten moments of comedy?

In my performance I found it was important to include aspects of comedy in order to keep my character interesting and potentially prevent the audience from automatically hating Karen. I heightened moments of comedy in the performance by by using long pauses to create an uncomfortable atmosphere and show how both of the charicters are feeling uncomfortable around each other. I also wanted to use small talk in karen and johns scene as it shows that they both have nothing to talk about and highlights the awkward and uncomfortable position they’re in. This also linked into other scenes in the performance. For an example, John tells karen about the pigeons disturbing his house Giving karen an excuse to see him again by relating her issues to pigeons. When using this in my performance I found that it was extremely uncomfortable and awkward as it’s easy to loes the audiences attention. However we over came this by being overly confident and loud making sure the audiance can hear everything that’s being said encouraging them to tune in and understand the comedy.

How can you show your infatuation with John ?

I can show my infatuation with John by showing a vulnerable side of Karen to the audience. By doing this I’m showing that Karen doesn’t get much male attention. i can do this in my performance by always looking at the ground when talking to john and always picking at my nails to show that Karen's nervous. when applying this to my performance i found that the audience were more aware of what was going on in my scenes and what the relationship is between john and Karen. another way i can show my characters infatuation with John would be that on stage shes always finding an excuse to see john. For an when Karen gives John the box of chocolates because she “doesn’t like them” even though she was eating them earlier. i can improve this in my performance by constantly looking at the time on my watch to show that iv’e got somewhere to be, like Karen's always aware of where john is and what his schedule is. a third way i can show my infatuation with John In my performance would be from the opposite ways in which Karen treats Tracy and Clair. Karen treats Tracy very poorly and with very little respect almost like shes an object rather than a person. In contrast Karen is seen to make an effort with Clair as it’s Johns daughter and she wants him to like her. i can improve this so the audience

How do you convey your dislike towards Tracy?

I conveyed my dislikes towards Tracy in my performance by showing to the audience the different ways that Karen treats Tracy when she is around the public and on her own. I showed my character to be more aggressive and affectionate towards Tracy when they’re at home by practically ignoring her and taking her for granted and the perks She receives for fostering her. I also wanted my character to always make clear to Tracy that her staying here wasn’t permanent showing a brutal side to Karen and her true intentions for fostering Tracy. I also wanted the audience to see the polar opposite way that Karen treats Tracy when in front of John. Karen treats Tracy like she would her own daughter which creates a perfect mother image. This also shows that Karen knows how she should treat Tracy bus chooses not too which further feeds into Karen’s brutality when they’re in their own.

How can you show your real reasons for fostering Tracy?

Karen can show my real reasons for fostering Tracy by lingering the idea that She can send Tracy away whenever She sees fit. This shows Karen’s true intentions as she never saw the fostering as a permanent thing and only wanted Tracy for the Benefits. This almost shows that Karen sees Tracy as an animal as she treats her like she has no feelings and can be taken back whenever she feels. I also used this in the scene by using lines such as “I don’t get paid enough for this”. This gives the impression that it’s all about money and what Karen’s receiving on the other end by giving Tracy a place to stay.

Feminism, a term started to highlight the imbalance between both genders and to try maintain equality between both sections of humanity has been moulded in different ways now.

Feminism Today

Crimes are still the same.

You will tell others to stand for the right but when it comes to you yourself you choose to close your eyes.

You think you are protecting your family doing that. You are protecting those brutal criminals for such shamefull sins.

Making them superior and choosing to sleep open eyed in a crowd makes you a bigger sinned than them.

Either way crime wins and victims take losing as their win.

Fake Feminism

The only active feminism we will witness is reel.

In today's world feminism is only seen as a woman having freedom in sexual life. Independent is misused for sleeping with every other man. When cheating is justified and the blame is on the man.

How domestic violence if only done by a woman is appreciated because she has done something only a man used to do earlier. It proves her as strong woman.

Web series today are only promoting their idea of feminism beyond every mind.

Going with five boys is a choice.

Yes it is indeed a choice. You chose to cheat. Then how come is the other person responsible for you cheating when its your own damn choice?

Its only one Laxmi that has come up, there are several being oppressed. But nobody knows that or everybody chooses not to know that until its on the screens?

Movies, like these nowadays are only made to earn buisness little does it do for making a change because it never reaches those who need to change.

For makers think audiance is emotional and sympathetic but they forget they are not fools.

Man's sufferings unheard.

'Its the boy who is guilty until proven innocent, and the girl who is innocent until proven guilty '

Some words which are inhuman, unjust to say but are true.

Women are unsafe today, but men are also not so safe too.

Another case when a boy was falsely accused of rape, committed sucide because he couldn't face the fake allegations.These false allegations demean their name and finishes them in one blink.

What would have happened if it had been a boy? He might have landed in jail right now.

Feminism has only given the ruthless disgraceful females and not woman to misuse this power for money, blackmailing and showing a man down.

For a woman's one lie will weigh heavier over a man's hundred truths.

What does it really stand for?

Femimism shouldn't be misunderstood and misused.

There should always be a balance in society.

The culprits should not require our candle marches for being hanged and the innocent should not be hanged because of our candle marches.

People should understand that raising voice against the wrong does prove them right and not suffering the wrong in silence.

Victims have not committed any crime for staying silent and suffering inside. Society needs to accept and seek for justice once and for all.

It symbolizes the equality of evey human being. Humanity should be equal in all aspects.
