Thanks for answering my ask love your blog and Jelly! So yeah I hate how the lies were never revealed obviously because Jenny is one of Conrad's d riders >.> I think Belly knows by now they're lies but why hasn't she confronted him? I do want Jelly endgame if season 3 is the last they should be together at the end Bonrad has no development really the third book was not it that's all I'll say if you haven't read it Jenny basically changes Jeremiah and Belly's characters that's why I always say I'll reread the books but won't read Book 3 again I had to do a double take when I first read it because I thought it was a Bonrad fanfic they also get one page of their endgame so that's funny but pissed how they treated Jelly. Belly's character development went poofed in that book Conrad is way worse in the books than the show only reason Conrad is somewhat likable in the show is because Jenny took some of Jeremiah's qualities and gave them to him and he still looks bad lmao.
Welcome 💙
Yeah Belly not confronting him for the lies was a missed opportunity and I also hated that she kept the infinity necklace, I hope she throws it in a bin asap.
It'll be Laurel x Beck all over again if jelly isn't endgame. Like it was so funny that Belly was sending a flying kiss to Jere on her and Conrad's wedding day 🤣 , like I feel for those poor bonrad stans they got a 1 page endgame and even that was tainted by bellyjere lmao. Bellyjere will just always be superior despite everything.
And like marriage doesn't always equal to endgame or superior ship esp since we see Laurel being divorced and Adam abandoning Susannah and their kids too.
Also Laurel saying love has different seasons in the finale and that book quote "I wanted him for ALL seasons, not just summer" 💖. Tho I loved that in the show Belly decides to go to Finch for volleyball, like ofc Jere being there too is the cherry on the cake but I loved how they changed it from the books. Coz in the books her main reason for choosing Finch was Jere. And that's why I want to hear this I want him for all seasons quote in s3 coz it would be so much more meaningful now.

The look on Rand's face when "Selene" flinches back from him godddd 😭 this is gonna make him fear how his friends would react to him being able to channel even more. This relationship is gonna fuck him up on so many levels
I KNOOOOOW and on this note, i'm wondering how the show is going to handle mat's reaction to the fact that rand can channel. the girls and perrin already know (though of course they haven't thought much about it since they think he's dead, so they might have a fresh reaction to it upon learning he's alive), but mat a) is the only one who hasn't explicitly learned onscreen that rand is the dragon, and b) has a famously bad *initial* reaction to rand's channeling in the books (which he overcomes until they're besties again, despite many readers forgetting this part of the arc!!!!)
however, i've been thinking there's a possibility that show!mat's initial reaction might be different, for a few reasons.
1) given that liandrin's been reading (excerpts of) perrin's letters to him, we know that he's heard the news of rand's "death." so, it's possible he might have reasoned out that he was the dragon. it's also possible he believes one of the other 3 is the dragon and rand just got killed as collateral damage at the eye, but there IS a pretty good chance that mat will not be shocked to learn rand can channel.
2) mat starts off this season feeling like a shitty friend and angsting over abandoning them, so it seems his arc will be about "redeeming" himself and becoming a better friend. him being an ass to rand for being able to channel would throw a wrench in that arc (UNLESS it happens in the next episode or two and there's still enough time left in the season for mat to prove that he will always be there for rand no matter what).
3) on this note, mat's had a stretch of episodes of being "unlikable" and isn't super popular with show-onlys right now from what i've seen (and hey, that totally tracks with reader perception of mat in books 1-2 djkfg), so i feel like we're due for some Proper Mat Time where we get to see more of his inner goodness, and him being an ass to rand would throw a wrench in that as well (unless it happens in the next episode or two and there's still enough time for ~redemption~)
4) like you say, show!rand is already much more deeply traumatized & afraid of loved ones' reactions to him being channel, and after the absolute heartbreak of that 2x04 scene, his own best friend being an ass to him to his face would really be twisting the knife, perhaps too hard! especially since mat is already on Thin Fucking Ice with a number of viewers haha
5) speaking of twisting knives, the viewing of mat stabbing rand! i'm so curious to see what's up with that, but it's very possible that whatever it is could take the place of mat being an ass about rand being a channeler as the source of early-series tension in their relationship. if it turns out that mat stabbed rand while under compulsion or under dagger influence, then that could be the reason for him keeping his distance from rand at the start of s3: less because he's afraid of rand and more because he's afraid of HIMSELF and feels guilty for hurting rand in s2. but of course, there's also the possibility that the stabbing viewing is a metaphor for mat twisting the knife by being an ass to rand about being a channeler!
anyway, that was a huge tangent but it's something i've been pondering a lot since ep4! so curious to see if we might get a mat & rand reunion in cairhien sooner than all the other ef5 reunions at falme!!

since i receive a rose, i'm to share an excerpt of one of my many WIP's. it's untitled and i haven't had the muse to continue it, so yeah. it's a medstudent!Stephen Strange fic, btw ;)
His eyes. The very first thing you noticed about him, were his eyes. Glacial. Steely. Closed off from the world. The very window to his soul, shut off, hidden from the world. It was translucent, you could almost see the old and cold library lights reflect in his eyes.
The very first time you ever laid eyes on him was on your second year of medicine. You were browsing in the anatomical sciences section of the medical library, looking for a specific book. You pulled the 14th book in the shelf, hoping it would be the book you were looking for, alas, it was not. You read the cover and skimmed some of the first few pages, thinking if you should just stick to reading it and use it as your reference rather than spend the whole night looking for it.
But something in you clicked; you have the whole night to look for the book. No one’s waiting for you at home and the cold bed wasn’t appealing to you at that moment. A quiet sigh escaped your lips as you pushed back the book into the shelf. You grabbed the next book, but before you could check the title, you saw him.
You saw his eyes.
You saw him through the small space created by the books that left the shelf. You saw him standing across you, separated by the mahogany bookshelf full of anatomical references. It was an exceptionally short moment; it was imprinted in your mind. Maybe it was because of the way he looked at you. Glaringly icy yet enchanting. Steely and safe. As if his stare alone was enough for you to send you screaming for the hills. Nonetheless, you stood your ground, feet planted against the concrete. Frozen in shock, stuck feeling an uncertain emotion.
You snapped back into reality when the empty spade of the other side of the shelf was full again; the book was back. You lightly shook your head, the fear of never seeing him again crept on you, it made you feel uneasy. You were never going to see him again.
The very next day he was your laboratory partner.
“I’m Y/N.” your usual cheery self said. He slowly turned and looked at your proffered hand. He shook it, briefly grasping your small hand into his.
“My name is Stephen.” he said, and your ears suddenly pricked up, surprised to hear how deep his voice was.
It was such a nice feeling to put a name on a face, and for the whole day you were reeling. Silently thanking the gods out there, and the almighty fate himself for giving you a chance to meet him.
The next thing you noticed about him, were his hands. They were long, and elegant. And utterly skilled. You could watch him for hours slice up a cadaver’s skin flawlessly. As if his hands were made for it. He moved so meticulously, so beautifully.
“Did you drink coffee today?” he asked one time during a laboratory session.
“Uh yeah.” you replied with a small smile.
“I’ll give you a tip, Y/N. Don’t drink coffee on the day of your major anatomy exam.” you felt him before you heard his words. He stood close beside you and his hand flew up to your side, lightly touching your forearm, before holding your left hand with his.
“Relax.” he breathed into your ear and you had trouble doing what he said so.
“I’m trying.” you sighed.
“Am I making you more nervous?”
“Kinda…”
“Okay.” he chuckled. Instead of moving away from you, his other hand held your right hand.
His hands were warm, a great contrast to cold lights, tiles and almost morgue-esque environment of your laboratory classroom. You could feel him behind you; the steady pattern of his breathing, the even beating of his heart. You started to relax in his presence, within the close distance between of your bodies.
“Now, let’s get the scalpel.” he said, guiding your shaky hands to grab the said instrument. Scalpel in your hand, Stephen carefully helped you slice the skin of the cadaver, cutting a straight line. He slowly let go of your hand that had stopped shaking in his warm grasp.
“You see? Caffeine makes your heartbeat erratic, quicker blood flow, shaky muscle movement.” he said monotonously.
“I clearly forgot that. I’m functioning on four hours of sleep and coffee seemed to do the trick.”
“I don’t think so.” he smirked at you and leant back against the tiled table.
“Thank you, for whatever you did.” you said and looked up at him, and gave him a smile.
“You’re welcome.”
“Say, do you do that to all your lab partners when they get nervous?” you teased him.
“No. Only you.” he replied, a smile forming on his lips and you saw his dimple. You gaped at him and his smile became full blown, clearly, he was enjoying the banter.
“It was completely experimental, Y/N. Just wondered if it’ll work. Oh, and I wondered what your hands would feel like against mine.”
“You flirt!” you gasped. A laugh bubbled up from your throat and soon, the two of you were laughing.
“You like it anyway.” Stephen replied, and gave you a wink.
You did, and you do.
It was the start of something new, something exciting.

Two guns rested in my intruders’ grasps, lightly brushing their purple coats as they strode toward me.
"We're from PowerGen," said the man. "And we need to speak to you."
"Who are you?" I shouted.
PowerGen? What was that? What was all of this?
The guy just went on. "You haven't heard of it — well, you shouldn't have heard of it — but we need to escort you to their headquarters in Hendrix City. They take in superhumans like you."
They… took in… superhumans?
Oh hell no. I knew what this was. I knew exactly what this was, and I did not want it to happen.
"You weren't informed, I know, so this is a shock," the lady cut in, dark eyes stone cold. "If you were, you could have had time to escape, and that’s why we said nothing. You can't do much when you’re in a situation that happens abruptly."
I grit my teeth. So this was why the government was quiet all this time. They wanted to ambush me. They wanted to ambush all of us.
Goddamnit. How was I going to get out of this mess? I should have run away the second I had the idea to. Why did I even think about waiting at all?
"Twenty minutes," the woman continued. "You have twenty minutes to pack your things, and then you must come with us. After time is up, there will be a bag check, and if everything runs smoothly, you'll be taken to the building."
"Twenty minutes?" I cried. "What — I don't even know what's going on! That's not enough time —"
"It is. You don't need much. You may not bring any electronic devices, such as phones, tablets, laptops, or anything that will help you communicate."
My jaw went slack.
They weren't serious. They absolutely could not be serious.
"While government-issued clothes will be supplied for you, there is currently a shortage, and therefore, bringing your own is recommended until we gain more. Food, you may not bring, since we already serve them there. Hygiene products are allowed," the man added on.
"What is this for?" I blurted out, scrambling away from the two. "What is this about? What is PowerGen?"
The woman sighed. "It's an organization in Hendrix City that simply... relocates superhumans. That's all you need to know. With that being said, your twenty minutes starts now. We'll be here to watch every move you make, and nobody else is allowed to intervene — no, not even other students from the dorms or security guards — so don't think about being sly or calling for help. It simply won't work."
I stood there, frozen, unsure of what to do. But then the snap of the lady's fingers made me spring into action.
As painful and scary as it was… I complied.
Like a goddamn idiot.

Hi! I am super stoked to read your second book soon! Is there any chance you could post a small sneak peak of a fluff scene or part of the next book? Those were always my favorite parts of your first book🥰
Ask and ye shall receive (though it's hard to find fluffy scenes that aren't peppered with spoilers, I think this one ends on a cute note). For context, the two of them have been traveling together for a little more than a month at this point. They've been slowly getting more comfortable with each other and haven't encountered all that much mortal peril yet.
The Stranger
Excerpt from TMatB II: The Crossing (Chapter 26: Upwind) 1408 words, no content warnings
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
After making camp that afternoon, the weather started turning again.
It wasn’t surprising, spring in the mountains was always temperamental, but as Ruyak picked his way through the brush, the smell of coming cold rains put him a bit on edge. The wind was biting, and overhead a blanket of clouds rushed across the sky as though they had somewhere to be.
The change wasn’t all bad. It did bring with it the hope Kaelin would forgo her tent again. Weather like this made Ruyak the better option, and the prospect was oddly enchanting to him. For the moment, though, he needed to get some hunting done.
He was moving across the wind away from their camp, hoping to pick up the scent of something as he went. If he picked up a trail in enough time before the weather turned, he’d count himself supremely lucky.
The spring foliage was truly starting to thicken up here and there, shiny green leaves unfurling all around in impenetrable clumps. Everything smelled fresh and growing, even in the cool air. If he couldn’t find prey here, Ruyak was hopeful about finding other fare.
He paused to more closely sniff a spot that caught his attention. Boar, less than a day gone. Young male. No… several males, mixed ages. Ruyak walked along the trail, sniffing carefully. The herd of boar had headed east. If they were still somewhere over there, his own scent was likely wafting on the breeze towards them. That was inconvenient, but he took off in that direction anyway. If he had any hope of catching them before they were alerted to his presence, he’d need to hurry.
He tracked the scent with his nose close to the ground, following the trail. It wasn’t too difficult, as boar usually made tracking easy with how much they stirred up the leaf litter as they foraged, but he needed to stay close to it. Wherever the forest opened up, the scent was stale and mixed up by the wind.
Finally, Ruyak heard a soft rustling in the brush up ahead, and he broke from the trail to move downwind of his quarry. When he found the right place, he crouched down in a patch of thick foliage to watch.
The forest before him was clear and open, smelling strongly of cool, decaying pineneedles and mushrooms and podzol. Mediocre terrain for a chase. It’d be slippery, and a boar would be able to turn quickly around the huge trees.
The thing about boar was that, like Ruyak, they were faster than they looked.
Ruyak watched motionlessly from the edge of the thicket as the boar meandered through the towering pines. It was just one boar, a male, a few years past his prime, but very large and well fed. He had a slight limp in his left hind leg that was only apparent when he raised his head to move to his next rooting place. He smelled clean, no recent injuries or illnesses, but a little stressed. The limp was worrying him, or something else was.
Ruyak started to creep forward, but then another scent caught his attention.
He almost disregarded it at first, thinking he’d somehow crossed his own trail, but it only took a second of consideration to realize how foolish that was. Ruyak ground to a halt and snorted, heart turning over, and at the sudden sound the boar sped off with a wailing screech. Ruyak didn’t care. Boar forgotten, he scrambled back to where he’d noticed the new scent.
A Kanai, just a few minutes gone. Ruyak wasted another moment trying to determine whether the scent was familiar or not, before realizing in what direction the trail was going.
Whoever it was, they were at that moment somewhere between him and camp. Camp, where Kaelin was. Alone.
They could be doing anything. They’d had plenty of time while Ruyak was wandering after boar trails. And Kaelin was alone.
And then Ruyak was sprinting, tearing through the woods as fast as his legs could carry him. Panic spurred him straight through every obstacle he met, and in no time at all he was crashing through the trees back into their campsite.
He skidded to a halt in a cloud of dust and looked around. The abject stillness of the camp felt alarming enough to kill him.
“Kaelin?” he wheezed.
After a few heart-stopping seconds, a little red headscarf poked cautiously out of a pocket in his pack, and the relief at the sight was so debilitating Ruyak could have collapsed right there. He managed to steady himself and stagger closer, but Kaelin didn’t come out to greet him, instead cringing fearfully back into the pocket.
Too breathless from running to speak and lacking the patience to wait for her to speak on her own, Ruyak crouched down to sniff the pocket Kaelin was hiding in. She smelled afraid, of course, but unhurt. That would have to do, for now.
Ruyak turned away and stood fully upright to look around at the forest and sniff the air. The stranger would likely be downwind, probably biding their time. Watching. Listening. In any case, Ruyak couldn’t catch the scent of them anymore, so they hadn’t come into the camp after all.
Kaelin’s annoyed voice came from below, “What are you doing?”
She’d emerged from her hiding place and was glaring up at Ruyak with her arms crossed. Of course, Kaelin would have no awareness of the stranger’s presence. From her perspective, Ruyak had just come barreling back into the small clearing at full speed like a living landslide for no apparent reason.
“Sorry,” Ruyak gasped, still breathless. He fell back onto all fours with a heavy thump, and Kaelin staggered back. “Are you alright?” he asked.
“Of course I’m alright. What’s going on?”
“There’s someone around.”
“Who?”
“A stranger,” Ruyak explained. “A Kanai stranger.”
Kaelin’s eyes widened, all annoyance evaporating. “Oh…”
Ruyak watched her face as her eyes raked the trees. He blinked hard, trying to push from his mind all the grotesque imaginings that had started accumulating the moment he’d realized in what direction the stranger’s trail was heading. His fur prickled. “I was… I wasn’t sure I’d make it back in time,” he said miserably.
“Well, apparently you did,” Kaelin chuckled. She looked up at him, rubbing her arms. “What should we do, now?”
“Leave. Definitely leave.”
“Okay.”
Kaelin stepped away, giving Ruyak room to get to his pack. Hardly anything had been unpacked, so it only took a moment to get everything put away and strap it on. The only sign of their presence would be the unlit pile of firewood in the middle of the clearing.
“Ready?” Ruyak crouched down, watching Kaelin expectantly with one arm angled for her to climb up, but she hesitated.
“Could I actually, um…” she pointed at Ruyak’s chest.
“What? You want in the pocket instead?”
“Would you mind?”
Ruyak laughed at Kaelin’s sheepish expression. “I’d greatly prefer it, actually.” He leaned further down and flipped the top of the pocket open with one claw. Now Ruyak was glad he had kept the pocket empty ever since their visit to Urike’s, in case Kaelin wanted to ride in it again.
Kaelin squared her shoulders and marched over, spent a moment awkwardly scrambling up into the pocket, and finally tumbled into the bottom with a disgruntled huff. Ruyak waited a moment longer while she arranged herself, and finally she popped her head out.
“Ready,” she said.
Ruyak blinked at her. It was strange, how the sight of her looking up at him from that pocket made everything feel so much less daunting for a moment, made the world feel so much smaller, so much friendlier. It was even better than pretending to be a tent.
Kaelin cocked an eyebrow at him, tilting her head. “Well?”
Ruyak inhaled. The wind shifted, carrying the stranger’s scent straight to his nose, and suddenly the world was a hostile place again. He shook his head and got moving, heading northwest. “It’s nothing.”
“Why do you prefer I ride in here, anyway?” Kaelin asked.
“Oh, uh… it’s just safer, probably,” Ruyak fumbled over his words as he tried to avoid blurting what he was thinking, which wasn’t very coherent in his head anyway and probably would have come out wrong. His attention was too split between worry and euphoria for any eloquence. “And it’s getting cold. It might rain.”
Ughhh reading the All The Articles abt losing democracy timed w the passing of bob dole and ed shanen - i DESPERATELY want off this ride lol. My question is like. What exactly do current politicians/justices think is going to happen to them if they continue to empower trump ideology? Like why would i as a supreme court justice or senator want to weaken my own position by capitulating to these bogus state's rights/wannabe theocrats??
Well, I present to you this article about Mitch McConnell and Kevin McCarthy before, during, and after the January 6 insurrection.
The fact is, this stuff is purely business to the elected officials and the journalists who cover them like in the case of McConnell and McCarthy, they want the GOP to regain their Congressional majorities and if they alienate the entire Trump base, that's much harder to do since they don't win enough college-educated white voters anymore due to suburban realignment. Just look at this excerpt from the above article:
"In the following days, Mr. McCarthy heard from some Republican lawmakers who advised against confronting Mr. Trump. In one group conversation, Representative Bill Johnson of Ohio cautioned that conservative voters back home “go ballistic” in response to criticism of Mr. Trump, demanding that Republicans instead train their denunciations on Democrats, such as Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden."
It's just so craven and opportunistic like they all know Trump's full of shit but they placate him because they know his supporters make their path to 270 electoral votes and Congressional dominance much easier since he draws out low-propensity white voters who have a disproportionate influence on our electoral system. Like, that's why GOP elected officials are encouraging Republican leadership to target private citizens Hillary Clinton and Hunter Biden, as if both of them haven't suffered enough abjectly cruel scrutiny over the years.
In the case of journalists, they just want to sell their sordid books (hence why they withhold this information for over a year even at the expense of our democracy) and become the subjects of news as well as the writers of it. At the end of the day, they're all egotists who weren't cool at their private schools; they're fundamentally lame people who fell into a modicum of power with regards to their ability to control the narrative and instead of doing some good with it, choose to make the world a much worse place, which is just extremely pathetic tbh.
Oh and I think that the Supreme Court stopped being nonpartisan a while ago. This is why so many of us are mourning Roe v. Wade even before Dobbs v. Jackson hits the docket like it takes 4 votes to accept a case so that means there are already at least 4 votes to overturn Roe, and we're guessing Roberts will side with the liberal justices based on his pleading with the other justices to preserve the court's legitimacy, so the swing vote for this case due to the 6-3 court is *checks notes* Brett Kavanaugh. Aces.
This is also why Supreme Court confirmations are so partisan nowadays like Ketanji Brown Jackson getting only 3 Republican votes to replace a liberal justice without even altering the makeup of the court, is night and day compared to Ruth Bader Ginsburg being confirmed 96-3 in 1993 and Stephen Breyer being confirmed 87-9 in 1994. Recall, when Kagan was confirmed, Dems held a filibuster-proof majority and the 60-vote filibuster was still in place for lower-court and Supreme Court confirmations. But, even back then when the parties were both significantly more moderate than they are today, Kagan only got 5 Republican votes! Of course, in 2013, Harry Reid invoked the nuclear option and removed the filibuster for lower-court judicial nominations and McConnell removed it for the Supreme Court in 2017 but that's how we got to this place.
I was re-reading COC these days and I just noticed something....In the story you have mentioned that jungkook is the pack leader's son so wouldn't have his parents come to the offering ceremony? and if they did why didn't jungkook's father scolded/punished jungkook for breaking the rules sice he met y/n before the offering ceremony?🤔 or was y/n's grandmother able to persuade them? I feel like you have kept jungkook's past and his relations mystery for a reason 😐
yk I feel like such a dummy for noticing this now but anyways-
:) You caught that, huh? Good job, little one. Jungkook's lineage, despite him being a purebred alpha, has been kept under wraps for a reason. You will see why later on. :)
You ask why you haven't seen his father (or other family) during the Offering or even before and my answer to you is this: The rules of the wolves are absolute, but there are a few caveats. This means that while they hold to many of those rulings, there are some instances (though very rare) where they can be broken.
Take, for example, Reader and Alpha Jungkook. They seem to be-according to the story up this point- soulmates bound by fate. Certain things have been granted to them to declare this binding.
Read this excerpt in particular: The word has always been held close your heart in the romantic radiance of it, for it had been said that a bond unlike any other in the lupine world burgeoned inside two destined mates of the moon’s selection among the abilities that allow such a pair to share thoughts and feelings with one another telepathically across insurmountable distances in addition to each wolf becoming stronger where the alpha would gain physical strength while the omega would be granted bolstered mental fortitude.
Beyond that, the wolf’s kiss could cure their mate of any ailment or injury in the profound love that the very essences of each kindred spirit were vested with as they longed ardently to remain together forever and always.
You will notice that, in the last chapter, Jungkook's eye color changed to that of Y'N's where Y/N, for a moment, had enough strength to overpower an alpha as her eyes, too, changed to the color of her mate.
That is the gift of sight and you would do well to remember that that is one of the gifts granted to soulmates.
I bring all this up because there has not been a pair of soulmates for thousands of years and so, for the first time in a very long while, these wolves are experiencing something they have only ever heard about in history books.
Recall that this is what Y/N's grandmother says about Reader and Jungkook:
Blood rushes to your cheeks as you blurt, “Grandmother, I-I can explain.”
She holds up a hand and shakes her head as she titters, “There is no need, dearest. Neither of you could possibly stand to be kept apart with how strong the pull between you is. In old times, an alpha would shed the blood of any that stood in the way of his attempts to get to his soulmate without hesitation,” she stands back, your alpha’s watchful, searching irises set on you and warmth floods you at the sight of him and when she glances between the two of you to add, “to his fated she-wolf.”
There’s a low gnarl in the distance when the elder who had been sauntering along the line of omegas steps around the side of your grandmother to hide you from your alpha’s vision. Your grandmother, as lead elder, only has to put a hand on the other woman’s shoulder and an expression of silent acknowledgement crosses both women’s faces as the low sound grows louder and it only stops when the woman who had been chanting to the others among your line of omegas moves away.
Hm...interesting. In any case, Jungkook has not yet gotten in trouble because of two things:
1) Y/N's grandmother is lead elder and so she has final say in all matters regarding the codes and rules that guide the wolves. She recognizes that Jungkook is Y/N's soulmate and so she has decided to support them given her ties to the Jeon family and to her granddaughter.
2) Despite everything that Jungkook has done to his omega (in terms of their frenzied sexual activities with one another) he has not broken the most important rule of all: that all unmated/newly presented omegas are to be unbitten and unknotted and in a virginal state before they are claimed and chosen by an alpha. Because he has not actually bitten (and by doing so, marking and claiming) her, he cannot be tried for breaking any rule. Nor has he penetrated her (with his member, that is, but who's keeping tabs?)
