The seventh and penultimate ensemble of "Unnatural Habits" (Season 2, Episode 12) is a variation of Phryne's cat burglar outfit, featuring a short black velvet jacket, black button up blouse, pants and circular beret.
As appropriate for a clandestine venture aboard a ship, Phryne dons an all black outfit, featuring her v-neck button up black silk blouse seen earlier in this episode, as well as in 2x03, and paired with her classic wide leg silk faille black pants. To maximize movement and practicality, Miss Fisher wears a short velvet jacket on top, which appeared in both 1x05 and 2x01 also during breaking and entering enterprises. While very similar to her authentic 1920's long coat worn in 1x07, 1x10, 2x02, and 2x03, this jacket has high gathered sleeves and a puffed collar as well.
A familiar accessory to her less than legal activities, Phryne's circular French beret has shown up no less than sixteen times total, including this episode; twice in 1x05, in 1x06, 1x09, twice in 1x10, 2x01, 2x03, 2x04, twice in 2x05, 2x06, 2x07, 2x11, and earlier in 2x12.
Complemented by her teardrop onyx earrings with silver caps, black leather gloves, and black suede heels, Miss Fisher also adds a black scarf with a small panel of white floral embroidery along the hem while accompanying Jack to the police station. Interestingly, this exact scarf was worn by the author of the Phryne Fisher books, Kerry Greenwood, when she and her partner David appeared as cameos in "Blood at the Wheel" (2x07).

why is it that when the cats are talking about Thunderclan's nepotism in relation to the Firestar line no one brings up the fact that their current leader LIED TO COVER UP THAT HIS DAUGHTER LITERALLY KILLED A MAN IN THEIR CLAN? DOES NO ONE LIKE. REMEMBER THAT?
