Ok I’m reading the funniest (situational) new romance I’ve come across in a while. I don’t particularly like talking via emojis but I feel they’re necessary to convey the silliness and tone of the following.
So the girl is told she has 3 months too live because she’s overloaded with magic. So she says, “fuck you!” To her family, breaks off her relationship with a lech, and is like “I need some 🍆Dick🍆, stat. And money🤑.”
So she runs into a hot war hero Duke who is kind of shunned because he was cursed to smell like a corpse. Turns out it’s not THAT apparent, and she’s like, “good thing I have magic powers that can help cancel that out! Hire me🤩🥵🤑!”
So he does. And he’s like 🥺 “don’t I stibk? I’m a disgusting little man? Why are willingly to be within six feet of me😔”
And she’s a sucker for a military hero anyways, but this just makes her angry protective of him. “Babe you’re gorg. Frankly you deserve the world 🌏. Please let me ride 🐎 you six ways til Sunday. Also, money 💸 please!”
🥺🥺🥺 “will you marry me, you nut?”
And the thing is, in the first chapter (because the chapters we are in right now are flashbacks) we already KNOW that the diagnosis was a mistake!!!!! This girl has gone insane and went after that Duke because she thought she had nothing left to lose besides her virginity!!! What are you going to do next???
From birth, Kappa was given the burden of being The Beacon, a magical nomad with the ability to fulfill the prophecies of the various people of the oceans. Throughout the story, he struggles with a martyr complex and with standing up for himself. He also works to establish his own identity, helped by his boyfriend Siren, who is also a male main character but is light-haired.
