Mahabang kwento part 1.

Umpisahan natin sa mga bagay na nagustuhan ko sa kanya: stable ang work, may ipon, mabait, considerate, respectful, nakikinig, masayang kausap, generous, payapa pakiramdam pag kasama sya, into fitness, into skincare, financially literate, mukhang parehas kami ng values, nagkakasundo naman ng humor... at marami pang iba.

Fast forward to two weeks after nyang makipagbreak: Nagpost ang mahal kong ex sa social media. Nagtatanong kung justifiable daw bang i-block ako sa lahat ng social media platform. Nakipagbreak daw sya sa akin dahil toxic at unhealthy na ang relationship (sabi sa post). Sinabi rin daw nyang there's no chance of getting back. Alam din ng parents nya ang nangyari dahil ikinuwento nya, at ang payo nila ay iblock ako for good at mag-move on.

Hindi ko maintindihan bakit ito 'yung part na inooverthink nya. Hindi rin ako aware na sinabi nya palang there's no chance of getting back, kasi ang naalala ko, while hindi na raw kami magiging friends, sabi ko, pag okay na, pwede pa ba maging kami ulit? At sabi nya, ayaw nyang panghawakan ko ang mga salita nya, kaya mag-focus na lang daw muna ako sa sarili ko.

Anyway, kanina, nalaman kong dinelete nya 'yung usapan namin. Wala na lahat. Gets ko 'yung idelete nya ang kopya nya, pero bakit pati 'yung kopya ko, dinelete nya? Paano ko na babalikan 'yung mga sinabi nyang malayo sa katotohanan? Paano pag gusto kong ianalyze 'yung mga usapan namin?

Bukod dyan, nagpakadetective ako at nakita ko ang mga bakas nya sa internet. Naghahanap pala sya ng FUBU/ONS noong 2022. Sabihin na nating parte 'yan ng past nya. Pero meron syang mga deleted na post na never kong tinignan o inungkat dati. Apparently, matagal na syang naghahanap ng makaka-date. I was under the impression na first time nya triny 'to dahil daw maraming success stories 'yung friends nya na nagkakilala online. And 'yung mga naabutan ko lang na post nya e naghahanap sya ng accountability/fitness buddy; in between 'yung deleted posts.

Hindi naman masama kung naghahanap sya ng makaka-date. Pero kung babalikan mo 'yung mga inilista kong bagay sa taas bakit ko sya nagustuhan, ang problema e ni-misrepresent nya 'yung sarili nya. Akala ko on the same page kami, maayos communication namin, upfront and honest kami. Pero ako lang pala 'yung ganu'n.

Lagi kong sinasabi na "for your informed decision-making". Gusto ko lang ng tamang expectation setting. Kung babasahin mo talaga 'yung mga sinabi nya sa akin, parang mahal na mahal talaga ako. Tugma rin naman sa kilos niya in real life pag may date. Princess treatment pa nga. Pero nagkaproblema lang, hiwalayan agad. For the first time, I'm hearing about mga reklamo niya tungkol sa akin na never naman na-bring up before. I'd say, kaya naman kami napunta sa setup na mayroon kami, ay dahil sa encouragement niya na sabihan ko siya ng lahat, kwentuhan, okay lang, hindi siya affected. Kung kailangan ko raw siya, sabihan ko lang siya. Kung hindi raw sya pwede, or walang bandwidth, sasabihan nya ako.

So ano 'yun? Someone who kept saying na "I'm here for you" nu'ng gabi, literally gone the next day, stopped talking to me, stopped replying, ni seen wala. Akala ko okay na kami. Yeah right, blinock na ako ng family members nya.

the past few weeks have been really intense at work and in life in general. I haven't been at home in the weekends and I have always been out the past week. sobrang hirap nga magtipid minsan kasi puro kain sa labas. pero kelangan ko na talga magbudget at mag-set ng limit kasi ang hirap kapusin by the end of the month at magkautang-utang kay bb.

the intense workload ang pressure has been really shaking my thoughts rn. minsan nakakatamad na din magovertime na hindi naman bayad, minsan nakakapagod kumayod na walang kapalit. tulad ka ng sabi ko, puro passion pero hanggang kailan?

hindi na ako bumabata at hindi na rin romantic para sakin maging starving artist, eme. gusto ko na rin sana maramdaman yung comfort at yung freedom of purchase. pero eto parin tayo.

siguro ganito talaga kapag tumatanda na at sinasampal kana ng reality na uy, ano na, wala ka na ngang time para sa sarili mo tapos mahirap kapa. feeling nasa 3rd world? char.

pero yun nga, may dahilan naman talaga kung bakit nandito pa ako sa trabaho ko. naniniwala ako sa values nila at sa work ethic nila, wait do i still believe in that? eme.

siguro kelangan ko lang ianalyze talaga mga beliefs and values ko bago ako magpatuloy from next year onwards...ayun lang, i believe na kaya pa naman at kakayanin pa. kelangan ko lang maging healthy lagi para harapin lahat.

Virgo: I Help (Starry Sunday)

Hello, everyone! For this week’s Starry Sunday post, we will be discussing the sign of Virgo. This is the sixth sign in the zodiac, which the Sun enters on August 23rd and leaves on September 22nd.

In bringing an end to the summer season, Virgo prepares the earth, and us humans, for the bountiful fall harvest. It is traditionally associated with food, medicine, and agriculture. The second earth sign after Taurus and the second mutable sign after Gemini, Virgo embodies both the groundedness of a typical earth sign and the chaotic expansiveness of a typical mutable sign. What results is a highly intellectual sign with a sharp eye for detail. Virgo sees the material, what is present and here, and finds new uses for it, recontextualizes it.

Mercury rules Gemini as well as Virgo. The similarities between these two signs may be evident from what I said in the previous paragraph: these are incredibly shrewd signs. Both are mutable and both are quite keen on immersing themselves in knowledge. Remember, Mercury is synchronous with the Greek god Hermes, who rules over the mind, commerce, travel, and speech. All very ubiquitous aspects of modern life. Where the two Mercury-ruled signs divert, however, is in their elements. Gemini is the air Mercury sign, while Virgo is the earth Mercury sign. Earth and mutability may sound like a strange combination of triplicity and quadruplicity, and I’m sure that most Virgo natives would agree!

Earth combines with mutability to create a sign that is incredibly invested in the use of knowledge, its application and purpose. Gemini is more invested in knowledge for knowledge’s sake. Remember, as the signs progress, they develop further and move on to bigger and bigger questions. So, Virgo does not just “think” like Gemini does. It “analyzes,” such as in its traditional catchphrase, “I analyze.” How does this piece of knowledge fit in with the others? What kinds of results will I get if I apply it somewhere else? In what new directions can we take this piece of knowledge?

This sign also rules the digestive system, which turns food of all kinds into nutrition for our bodies. Consider this metaphor: food is a resource. It takes a lot of brainpower and a lot of expertise to understand how to extract everything possible from a given resource, and yet more to apply all that to the right places for use. The digestive system achieves this perfectly. So too does the astrological sign of Virgo.

The symbolic archetype of Virgo is The Maiden, or The Virgin. Rather an alluring image for such a shrewd sign, you may think. However, where the Maiden best represents Virgo is in its reserve, its carefulness, and its hesitation to leap into things. Virgo waits until it is ready before it moves into any one idea. Indeed, Virgo is, in my opinion, one of the most introverted signs in the zodiac, even more introverted than a sign like Cancer. Cancer, at least, is confident that it has a shell in which, should trouble arise, it can hide its emotions, fears, desires. Virgo is grounded in the details, and sometimes, that discerning eye can become concrete proof that Virgo itself has nowhere to hide.

Virgo tends to have trouble with anxiety, and being a person with my Sun in the Virgo-ruled sixth house, I may perhaps have a bit of bias in this opinion. Analysis is just the positive meaning of judgment, after all. Underdeveloped Virgos who express the aspects of this sign unhealthily will direct this critical eye towards others and themselves, too. Some nitpick the things others say or do. They may see this as just being helpful, but to those on the receiving end, it is not always so. People with a lot of Virgo influence in their charts would do well to channel their powers of analysis into work, their routines, or even something creative. For a Virgo, organization of any kind is a meditative experience.

On the other hand, that incredible eye for detail is invaluable in areas of work or assistance. Indeed, the sixth house rules the daily grind and health. Virgo is able to find the smallest problematic details and address all kinds of dilemmas in all kinds of contexts. This is why my personal catchphrase for the mutable earth sign is “I Help.” Whenever you are in need of aid, a Virgo will know exactly how to take care of you. Even if all you need is someone to just listen, just ask this of them and they will take you under their wing, already preparing to begin solving the problem when you’re ready.

2ND QUARTER LONGTEST 1

Sobrang nahirapan ako sa longtest 1 dahil kararating lang namin sa Campo ni papa sa Bulacan that time. Mahirap ang net and naghirap pa akong maghanap ng paper pen and calculator kasi nakalimutan ko. Pero hindi lng yun ang dahilan kung bakit ako nahirapan. Inaamin ko sa sarili koy ung pagkakamali kong hindi ako nag review for this longtest thinking madali lang naman ang past lessons. Nakalimutan ko kung paano gawin/isolve/ianalyze yung ibang problems. Alam kong hindi ko na maibabalik ang oras kaya ginawa ko nlng ang best ko sa pag-answer nung questions kahit hirap na hirap na ako. Lesson learned, wag babalewalain ang lessons dahil lang tingin mo madali ito. Do better next time Klaire thank you:))

Kapag nagnonotes kami ng solutions so syempre diba kailangang ianalyze at kapag hindi namin alam kung paano nakuha ang sagot ilalagay namin sa taas “ihingi na tulong kay -“ pagtapos ako ang nakalagay sa’kin “HELP!!!“. Tanda ko pa dati may parang sub-notes ako as in naka-asterisks ang nakalagay “Note: Dapat may ganto si ganyan“ “Note: Negative kapag ganto“ para matandaan ko, nakakatulong naman siya kahit papaano. Yung seatmate ko dati meron siyang lyrics sa notes niya sabi niya sa’kin “pinapatugtog kasi yan nung kapit-bahay namin nung nag-aaral ako“ meron pang “kaya natin ‘to bes!“ sobrang funny.
