Were you there when we lost against both Iran and Portugal. When we got robbed against Spain? Were you there? Our NT has come so freaking far since then . We qualified for the world cup , reached the semi finals etc. THIS IS THANKS TO CURRENT NT AND WALID REGRAGUI.
Ffs, just bc Ziyech or whoever is playing in the Turkish league/saudi league doesn't mean they should get benched. IT DOES NOT MEAN YOU SHOULD BADMOUTH THEM. do you forget what they have done for our country and this team? Ziyech picked Morocco and got hate it for it. Ziyech , amarabat etc picked morocco when our nt was in shambles. RESPECT THEM. I remember all the times we lost and how i cried . But you know who also cried? Those players who you are now insulting.
Yes, you want Lamine , diaz or whoever . I get it . You're entitled to your own opinion.JUST DONT DISRESPECT OUR CURRENT PLAYERS. You're like bench ziyech for lamine . They both amazing players and the thing is Lamine hasn't even picked morocco yet. He is still young and we shouldn't pressurize him. He has the right to play for whatever country he wants to. Let him live his life. HOW LONG HAVE SOME OF YOU BEGGED DIAZ TO PLAY FOR US?
STOP DISRESPECTING OUR CURRENT PLAYERS, THE ONE WHO CHOSE MOROCCO FOR PLAYERS THAT HAVEN'T CHOOSEN MOROCCO YET OR IS STILL UNSURE ( AKA DIAZ). Every damn time when Diaz is in Morocco and then ya'll like Diaz is gonna pick morocco. Ffs,leave Diaz alone . I am begging .
Additionally, we have good u23/u17 players. We have Abde , Bilal elkhannous, Oussama el azzouzi, Ismael saibari, Ibrahim Salah etc. so relax.
the trophies will come if Allah swt has willed it for us . Diro niya guys diro niya . ( since ya'll like we need to move on from Ziyech etc in order to win trophies).

Magpie vs Liverbird
Tumblr media
Three weeks into the 2023/2024 season of the English Premier saw Newcastle FC host Liverpool FC on Tyneside. Newcastle, falling just short in their previous match against last seasons champions Manchester City, now find themselves in another top flight match against Liverpool. A potential two losses from the first three games would already put Eddie Howe's men chasing the Premier Leagues heavy weights. The Reds from Merseyside on the other hand were finding a spring in their step as they traveled to the NorthEast of England. New summer signing Alexis MacAllister's red card from their previous fixture has been withdrawn, a much added boost to Jurgen Klopp's midfield. An uplifting feeling encompassing the Scousers as the hunt for another league title commences. Will the Magpies triumph over the Liverbird at St. James Park?
A noon kick off was greeted unusually by a sunny day in the NorthEast. Both sets of fans marching towards the stadium, ready to do battle with their heroes. The black and white flags of Newcastle dancing in the wind to the tune of " Local Hero" , the red and white scarves of Liverpool bouncing in the afternoon sunshine, the stage was set. Both teams emerged from the tunnel to a sudden uproar from the 52,300 + packed into this magnificent arena. The feeling of pride and honor emanating from the players like gladiators, as they prepare to fight for the badge on their jersey.
The match began fiercely as expected. Liverpool were on the back foot early as Newcastle harnessed the energy from the "12th man". Sweden international Alexsander Isak raising alarms to the Liverpool back line as his runs from deep were not being tracked. Exploiting the space in behind would cause Virgil Van Dijk and Ibrahim Konate problems due to his sheer pace. Fifteen minutes into the match and Liverpool seemed to have weathered the first storm of many. Colombian superstar Luis Diaz was on the attacking end, slaloming through the Newcastle defense on the left hand side, getting his shot away before Nick Pope made an acrobatic save to deny Diaz. A routine pass from Mohammad Salah back to Trent Alexander-Arnold seemed harmless enough until the ball surprisingly rolled underneath the foot of Alexander-Arnold. Anthony Gordon did not need a second invitation as he reacted as quick as lighting to the loose ball. It was a race to goal which Gordon would ultimately win. Face to face with Alisson Becker, Gordon held his composure and slotted home a tidy finish into the far post sending St. James Park into ecstasy, Newcastle 1 Liverpool 0.
The sunny disposition around Tyneside soon grew darker as the clouds had begun to roll in and Liverpool was about to be caught in the rain. Things went from bad to worse as Liverpool's captain Van Dijk made a last ditch tackle to strip the ball away from the on rushing Isak. A tackle that was fair enough to the naked eye was now being reviewed by VAR. Referee John Brooks was quick to rush back and reach for his back pocket, red card. Van Dijk in disbelief, Klopp furious while the fifty odd thousand home fans greeted the red card as a match winner. Thirty minutes played, a goal behind and now a man down. The ten men of Liverpool found themselves to be fighting an uphill battle for the second week in a row. Joe Gomez came in to replace Diaz as Gomez slotted into the captains vacant spot. Halftime couldn't come fast enough for the Merseysiders.
The second half couldn't come faster for the Magpies, as Howe's men smelled blood in the water. Substitutions were made as Diogo Jota and Harvey Elliot came on for Cody Gakpo and Wataru Endo respectfully. A more balanced midfield would give the Reds enough to stay in this fight and take it to 12 rounds while Newcastle wanted a knockout blow. Miguel Almiron turned Mac Allister inside out as the flamboyant Paraguayan darted towards the Liverpool goal. His mazy run created a half yard of space on the right side of the penalty area allowing him to produce his trademark shot. Liverpool fans high up in the away end collectively held their breathes as they saw Almirons shot deflect off the post. Just under fifteen minutes to go in normal time saw the final roll of the dice from Jurgen Klopp as Darwin Nunez came in for Mac Allister. The Uruguayan striker had a difficult start in his first season as a Red where Nunez scored 17 goals in 46 appearances in all competitions. Nonetheless, Liverpool's number nine was greeted with roars of " Nunez! Nunez! Nunez!" as he stepped onto the field.
With 10 minutes to go, a tidy string of passes from Salah to Jota found the Portuguese international in some space. The in-to-out bending run from Nunez was inviting for Jota to slip the ball inbetween the Newcastle lines. Through all the bad luck Liverpool had encountered during this clash, their luck was about to change. A defensive error from a sure footed Sven Botman allowed the ball to squirm past him into the path of the Uruguayan. Without the slightest bit of hesitation, Nunez took a delicate first touch into space followed by a second to smash the ball into the far corner of Popes goal. Newcastle 1 Liverpool 1 . A split second of silence was all that was heard until an eruption of cheers from the Leazes away end. An encore of "Nunez! Nunez! Nunez!" was heard cascading down from the away section. Suddenly Liverpool had another spring in their step but Newcastle were not to be undone. A draw at home against a 10 men side would feel like utter defeat. Blow after blow from Howe's men was pushing the Reds against the ropes. With each punch the Magpie tried to land, the Liverbird parried. Both teams seemed to accept the result as a draw following the final five minutes of the match. However a careless pass from Bruno Guimaraes in midfield found the chest of Harvey Elliot which then ricocheted to Salah. An almost carbon copy run from Nunez once again opened up space for a ball to pierce the Newcastle backline. Threading the needle with such precision led to Nunez finding himself unmarked with Pope at his mercy. Nunez fired home a second goal to give Liverpool a 2-1 lead. Newcastle fans shell shocked, the Red army louder than ever as they know this match is all but finished. The emotion on the Uruguayans face palpable. Could this be the result he needed to kickstart his season? The final whistle was greeted by an emphatic roar from the away end. Jurgen Klopp did not miss the opportunity to acknowledge the loyal fans as his trademark fist bumps were received by a chorus of "Yes! Yes! Yes!", the sound of a triumphant victory.
Full time at St. James park sees Liverpool FC take home a massive three points towards their pursuit of another league title. Darwin Nunez the hero as the substitute came off the bench to fire home two goals for his side. Jurgen Klopp will be delighted with the result going into their final fixture against Aston Villa before the international break. Eddie Howe's men would seem to feel unlucky they couldn't put this game to bed when they had the chance. A tricky away game to Brighton and Hove Albion will yet again prove to be a difficult fixture before heading into the break.

NCIS: Los Angeles Season Ten Rewatch:   "A Diamond in the Rough"
The basics:  The shooting of a Navy officer in a home invasion starts an international dust-up.
Written By: Chad Mazero co-wrote “Internal Affairs”, “Revenge Deferred” and "Where Everybody Knows Your Name" and wrote "Tidings We Bring”, "Can I Get a Witness" and “All Is Bright”.
Directed By: James Hanlon directed “War Cries”, “The Grey Man”, “Kolcheck, A”, “Driving Miss Diaz”, “Command and Control” (number 150), “Angels and Daemons", “Where There’s Smoke”, "Black Market", "Tidings We Bring"(written by Mazero), "Can I Get a Witness?" (written by Mazero) and "Cac Tu Nhan".
Guest stars of note:  Pamela Reed returns as Roberta Deeks from "This Is What We Do" – episode 200.  Four episodes and running for Esai Morales as NCIS Deputy Director Louis Ochoa.  Ravi Kapoor as General Omer Abidi, Meera Simhan as Sahar Abidi (Kapoor and Simhan are married off-screen too).  Michelle Clunie as Luanne Hadlow, Michael Kostroff as Robert Fenton, Annalisa Cochrane as Emily Conway, Ajay Mehta as Ibrahim Avi, Christopher Goodman as Navy Captain Dean Hadlow, Sharmita Bhattacharya as Rebecca Sadat, Joe Spellman as Billy Friedman, Shaun T. Benjamin as Al, Jay Pichardo as Cooper, Carin Chea as Valerie and Garrett Westton as Zak.
Our heroes:  Help fight the Taliban and grieving parents.
What important things did we learn about:
Callen:  Takes out the bad guy, who is a woman. Sam:  Can't abide by the State Department's unwillingness to help. Kensi:  Drops boy band member names in interrogation like a boss. Deeks: "Choose Your Own Adventure" fan. Eric:  Bought a gaming table for the new Beale-Jones apartment. Nell:  Fan of games, fan of tables, not a fan of gaming tables. Hetty:   Not mentioned.
What not so important things did we learn about:
Callen:  Downloading neighborhood apps. Sam:   Finds neighborhood apps silly. Kensi: Interviewing bartenders. Deeks: Hiring his mom. Eric:  Bought a trash pail that speaks 15-languages. Nell:  Likes the quiet trash pail. Hetty:   Absent.
Who's down with OTP:   Kensi and Deeks are hiring a bartender and with their hiring issues – he's had dog walker issues, she terrifies trainers – are failing together.  Eric keeps buying things for the home he and Nell will share without sharing news of the purchases with Nell.
Who's down with BrOTP:   Callen's use of an app that allows him to be involved with his neighbors amuses Sam and is about as out of character as it can be.
Any pressing need for Harm and Mac:  Clayton Webb may have been helpful with General Abidi but no, the team has this one.
Who is running the team this week?  Four episodes in a row for Ochoa (and the lighting in Ops suits Esai Morales).
Mosley watch:  Nary a mention but when Callen and Sam want to save Abidi and his wife, Ochoa mentions that Abidi's illegal actions.  "Just because that flies in here" (meaning the OSP)  does not mean the State Department can protect him.
Fashion review:   Darker blue long-sleeve button-down checked shirt for Callen.  Black henley for Sam.  Light grey, long sleeve sweater for Kensi.  Off black long sleeve tee for Deeks.  Dark blue short sleeve button down shirt with red accents and long pants for Eric.  Red floral dress with a v-neck so no bow for Nell.
Later in the episode, undercover Kensi has on a peasant blouse and distressed jean shorts.  Deeks is wearing a white polo and corral shorts.
Music:  Not today but Kensi and Deeks mention One Direction (Kensi), 'NSync (Deeks), Backstreet Boys (Kensi) and Harry Styles (Deeks).  Well done.
Any notable cut scene: No.
Quote: Sam:  "The information on this watch will help save your people and ours." Avi:  "It can, but it'll have to be released the right way, on our terms.  We will not be intimidated or bullied by your country." Callen:  "So you are harboring terrorists." Avi:  "We're fighting the war on terror alongside you, and have been for years.  We play by your rules.  Sometimes you need to play by ours." Callen:  "Fenton, you can't seriously be letting this happen." Fenton:  "We don't steal secrets from our allies." Callen:  "Not officially." Fenton:  "My hands are tied." Callen:  "This isn't right." Sam:  "His hands are tied.  Ours aren't, yet."
Anything else:   In a nice Los Angeles home, a woman is taking some roasted potatoes out of the oven.  She has company in the kitchen - a well-dressed woman about the same age as her hostess.  The two are talking about LA traffic.  The non-cook is visiting LA and her hostess has some sightseeing advice.  The women walking into the dining room, their husbands join them.  Dean, the homeowner, was showing his guest his rare book collection but both men seem a bit out of sorts.
Dean is glad their guests are staying with them and wants them to stay as long as they need.  Their guests think they'll be there a day or two tops.  As the hostess – Leanne – decides to get more wine, gunmen break down the front door.  Leanne is pistol whipped and left on the ground.
While one gunman takes the jewelry from the people at the dining room table, a second runs upstairs.  The female houseguest is slow turning over a necklace – the gunman has to threaten her host and her husband.
Leanne jumps up and tries to attack the gunman with the empty wine bottle.  Dean leaves his seat to help his wife, who has her hands full with the gunman.  Dean gets the gunman into a hold but is shot from behind as the upstairs gunman returns.  The shooting did not sit well with the head gunmen and they all leave.  Dean is left on the ground, bleeding.
Kensi and Deeks interviewing bartenders.  They are an interesting mix of people – one man can't work on Tuesdays because they're hard and Fridays are his entrepreneur days; a woman wants to know her 401K options and co-ownership prospects; another fellow doesn’t want to share his references.
Callen and Sam are walking downtown.  Callen is thinking about selling all his possessions and moving into a bunker.   The neighborhood app he has on his phone has him worried.  Neighbors are ratting out other neighbors' side hustles and there was a nasty online auction on a used La-Z-Boy recliner.  Callen and Sam are sent the info to investigate the home invasion.  Dean is a senior Navy officer.  Callen thinks Dean could have used his neighborhood app.
Walking the office's first floor, Nell has bad news, so does Eric.  Their game table didn't arrive, much to Eric's dismay.  Nell has a new dismay – she loves games and she loves tables but "ne'er the twain shall meet."  Walking into Ops, Ochoa is waiting for them.  Kensi and Deeks arrive a second later.  Nell’s bad news is the info on the case.
Capt. Deal Hadlow was critically injured in a home invasion.  The thieves left with the Captain's laptop.  This is an issue since he is running the Navy's new unmanned underwater vehicle squadron.  Hadlow's group is working on an underwater vehicle that can do anything from surveillance to delivering a  weapons payload.  Information valuable to unfriendly foreign governments and terrorists.
Even more worrisome for NCIS – the Hadlow's dinner guests were General Omar Abidi of Pakistan and his wife Sahar.  Hadlow and the General were roommates at UCLA.  With Callen and Sam on their way to the crime scene, Kensi and Deeks are off to talk to the Hadlows at the hospital.  Ochoa tells Eric and Nell that shootings like this are why he doesn't attend class reunions anymore.  He wants to be kept updated.
At the Hadlow's home, Callen is getting a rundown from LAPD.  Sahar Abidi is inside the house with LAPD, the General took off after the robbery.  Sahar isn't talking to the police.  Callen and Sam find this suspicious.   Walking around the home's perimeter, Sam sees the "hide-a-key" lock box case on the ground from its wall mounting.  The gunmen used a key to get into the house.  With the Abidis as guests, they could have access to the lock box and shared the info to the gunmen.  This all sounds great but Callen wants to know why the General would run after the robbery.  Sam thinks the shooting of Hadlow threw everything into disarray.
At the hospital, Luanne Hadlow seems not to like her mother-in-law. That Mrs. Hadlow is a relentless old lady who will likely blame her for her son's shooting.   While a young nurse has been updating Luanne about her husband, she's waiting to hear from the surgeon.  Luanne can't help Kensi and Deeks when it comes to the gunmen – they wore masks.
Deeks asks about General Abidi.  Abidi was a surprise visitor – Dean hadn't spoken to the General in years.  Two days ago, the Hadlows got a call.  The Abidis were in town and their hotel reservation was canceled.  Dean wasn't thrilled with having guests but Leanne loves to entertain.  Kensi asks about the key lock box.  "Everyone" has access to that – housekeepers, workmen, Emily who is Leanne's daughter from another marriage.  Emily was invited to dinner but she never showed up.  Leanne's been calling her daughter but no answer.  Kensi and Deeks share a look and Leanne wonders aloud if Emily is in danger.  Deeks promises to find Emily.
Deeks thinks it looks bad that her stepfather was shot and Emily doesn't even call.  Kensi thinks Emily could be in real danger.  They're going to find out because Deeks loves "choose your own adventure."
Callen and Sam introduce themselves to Sahar.  She is worried about her necklace – it is very valuable.  Sam is more worried about finding the General.  Ibrahim Avi from the Pakistani Consulate arrives with an aide, Rebecca Sadat.  Avi insists Callen and Sam stop questioning Sahar as part of their joint investigation.   Sam was unaware this was a joint investigation.  It is according to Avi since the U.S. and Pakistan are allies.
Callen pushes that Sahar is a witness to the shooting of a U.S. Navy Captain.  Avi understands but General Abidi is a wanted criminal in Pakistan but Avi is not at liberty to share what the charges are.  Sahar is shocked.  Sam wants to speak to the General when he is questioned by Avi.  He won't be questioned by Avi, he will be returned to Pakistan.  Callen and Sam are not happy when Avi and Sadat take Mrs. Abidi into custody.
Callen doesn't like Avi.  Neither does Sam who has seen closer allies on Survivor.  Sam wonders if the whole home invasion and threat of arrest are a rouse to get Abidi and Capt. Hadlow's laptop out of the country under a diplomatic cover.  Callen and Sam realize they need to find the General before Avi does.
Sitting outside a mansion, Deeks wants to know if Monster.com can find barkeeps.  Kensi thinks Deeks is setting his standards too high when it comes to a bartender.  She brings up the fact that Deeks interviewed 18-dog walkers for Monty.  Deeks thinks Kensi should keep her voice down in her glass house.  Deeks mentions Kensi's last personal trainer who "ran, nay, sprinted away in tears".
Kensi and Deeks walk to the mansion and see a Ferrari pull in.  Emily's cellphone was traced to the house. With a party going on, nobody seems to be in any real danger.  Deeks thinks if they "go in hot" Emily may run or lawyer up.  Kensi looks Deeks up and down, suggesting he "dust off your short shorts."   No need for dusting, Deeks has them on under his velcro pants jeans (like NBA players).
Emily Conway considers herself a "celebutante/philanthropist" according to Eric and Emily's social media feeds.  Nell sees Emily is deeply in debt keeping up this lifestyle.  Speaking of lifestyle, Eric ordered a trash can that speaks 15-languages.  "Non merci," from Nell.  A beep from Nell's tablet has the location of Gen. Abidi's rental car.   The car got a ticket parked outside of Grand Park.
At Grand Park, Callen and Sam see General Abidi waiting in one of the sunken plazas.  A younger man walks to the stairs leading to the plaza.  When he pulls a weapon, Sam yells "federal agents" and everything goes to hell.  Callen goes after Abidi, Sam chases the man with the gun.  They exchange fire over a group of civilians eating lunch near some food carts.  Sam takes out the man and runs off to help Callen.  After chasing Abidi through the park, Callen finally tackles the General.  Sam arrives in time to hear Abidi ask Callen not to kill him.
With Abidi in interrogation, Nell calls Callen who tells Sam the dead man had no ID and was using a burner phone.  The boat shed door opens.  A Robert Fenton from the State Department arrives and needs to speak to the General immediately.  Sam explains there is a line – Abidi needs to be questioned about a crime against the Navy.  Fenton tells Sam that Abidi did not steal Capt. Hadlow's laptop.  Callen wants to know why Abidi fled the Hadlow home.  After the shooting, Fenton was to meet with Abidi.
At the party mansion, Deeks is undercover as a photographer, Kensi is hanging out by the bar.  Deeks doesn’t think anyone works anymore in Los Angeles based on the attendance at this mid-week, daytime party.  A party-bro wants Deeks to snap some photos while the sun is on his good side.  Zak, the party-bro, gives Deeks his card.  Like the first bartender candidate, Zak is also an entrepreneur.  Kensi spots Emily Conway arguing with a guy.  Deeks snaps some photos of the unhappy couple.
Capt. Hadlow arranged the Fenton-Gen. Abidi meeting.  The General has the location of five prominent Taliban camps in Pakistan as well as the name of everyone working there.  The U.S. has been looking for that info for years, even withholding military aid to the country to get it.  Pakistan walked away from the aid to protect these camps.  To keep Abidi from sharing the info, the Pakistani government issued a warrant for arrest to keep the camps secret.
The plan was for the General and his wife to defect – seek asylum.  He wasn't involved in the robbery.  Just the wrong place at the wrong time and his cover was blown.  The Pakastani government expects the Abides to be on a plane home in three hours.  Callen needs more than three hours.  The bald Fenton "needs George Clooney's hair" but he isn't getting that either.
Callen and Sam speak to Abidi.  If he is sent home, he is going to jail as a traitor.  And he is.  For 20-years, he took care of his country and its people.  Asking if either Callen or Sam are fathers, and Sam says he is, Abidi tells them he was a father until five years ago.  The Taliban killed his daughter while she was out to dinner with friends – "destroying her life story and my heart in a flash."  Abidi is tired of working for a country that won't fight the Taliban.  He is loyal to his country but loves his daughter.
Abidi knows the leaders of his country fear the Taliban.  If they won't fight the Taliban, Abidi will find a country who will.  Sam asks why Abidi hasn't turned over the information.  Admitting he lived a comfortable life in Pakistan, Abidi said he and his wife left with the clothes on their back and some jewelry, including a smart watch that counted his steps and stored texts and documents.  Abidi explains he doesn't care about what happens to him but he wants his wife safe.  Callen and Sam know the watch isn't their case – Hadlow's laptop is.  But the laptop is probably with the watch and if they find both, the General's wife could be protected.
Eric has had no luck ID'ing the gunman from the park.  Nell, however, knows more about Emily Conway than Emily does based on her social media feed.  Eric understands, his Aunt Gertie doesn't have an inside thought when it comes to urban gardening.  With tags, Nell is able to ID the man Emily was arguing with – Lucas Walker.  Walker doesn't have a record but his social media feeds have photos of two men with long records, including breaking and entering.
At the party house, Kensi and Deeks approach Emily and Lucas – who are still arguing.  With a Valley Girl voice, Kensi compliments Emily's hair, winning her over immediately.  Kensi wants a photo but Lucas wants to continue fighting.  Kensi flashes her badge, causing Lucas to take a swing at Deeks.  Ducking, Deeks gives Lucas a shove that sends both Lucas and Emily into the swimming pool.
Callen and Sam update Ochoa.  The SecNav wants the laptop.  The State Department has the Genera.  The Abidis are going to be returned to Pakistan, a U.S. ally.   While the General's information could save lives, the State Department isn't willing to damage the country's relationship with Pakistan on the promise of some info on a missing watch.  Find the watch, keep the Abidis, US troops and the people of Pakistan and Afghanistan safe.
After exchanging some barbs, Kensi informs Emily her stepfather was shot.  This is all news to Emily.  As the conversation continues, it is obvious Emily knew nothing about the robbery but Lucas was behind it.  He wanted to take care of her financially and since she wanted him to "start showing initiative," he robbed her parents.  She wanted him to get a job.
Lucas never intended for anyone to get hurt.  They wanted to steal some things that were easy to sell.  One of those things, Deeks tells Lucas, is Capt. Hadlow's laptop.  Lucas rolls on his fence – Billy Friedman from Mid-City.  Emily is not pleased.
Kensi, Deeks and two random NCIS agents enter Billy Friedman's house.  Billy is not neat.  Typing away at his computer, he puts his hands up when Kensi and Deeks enter the room.  He knew this was going to happen because he lives like an outlaw.  Deeks was unaware outlaws lived in their pajamas.  Billy is selling the stolen goods on Chauvenet – the show's dark website.
Not being the brightest bulb on the tree, Billy decides to run.  Deeks clotheslines him.  Billy sees stars and the error of his ways.  Kensi secures both the Hadlow laptop and what looks like the Abidi smartwatch.  She passes both to the random NCIS agents and she and Deeks bring in Billy.
Callen and Sam get to Fenton and Avi.  Avi's assistant Rebecca Sadat is taking the Abidis to the Consulate before an LAX flight home to Pakistan where they will face charges.  Seeing that Sam has the watch, Avi says his country will not be bullied by America and demands its return.  Callen asks him about the people the Taliban will kill.  Avi explains Pakistan is fighting the War on Terror with the US.  Pakistan has played by the US's rules, the US must play by Pakistan's.
Callen asks Fenton how he can let this happen.  Fenton's hands are tied.  Sam hands the watch to Fenton who hands it to the departing Avi.  Back at the office, Callen and Sam implore Ochoa to help.   He can't – his hands are also tied.  While the team may do some sketchy things to achieve their success, the State Department has to act in good faith.
Nell arrives in the bullpen.  Still cannot ID the dead man and his burner phone is a dead end.  Ochoa wonders why they're having this briefing.  The numbers in the cell phone are helpful, however.  Rebecca Sadat, who is driving the General and his wife, spoke with the dead man an hour before he tried to kill the General.  Sam realized Rebecca is doing more than driving.
In Ops, Nell tells Ochoa the Pakastani Consulate cannot contact Sadat, who has an impressive background (Oxford undergrad, Cambridge grad school).  As a child, she traveled with her father, a university professor who travel throughout Pakistan.  Ochoa thinks the Taliban groomed Sadat from a young age.  Eric found the van Sadat is driving – she's on her way to a private airport in Van Nuys.  There is a plane waiting to go to Pakistan.  Sadat is turning over Abidi and his wife to the Taliban.  Ochoa thinks LA traffic could save them.
Callen and Sam are racing to the Van Nuys airport, looking for the FAA to ground the plane and TSA to stop Sadat before she can get to the plane.  Kensi and Deeks are approaching the airport from a different route as well.   Wanting this to go down as quietly as possible, Ochoa wants the team on the plane for a quick grab of both Sadat and the Abidis.
Callen and Sam spot the van transporting the Abidis.  The staffer riding shotgun is really riding shotgun – he starts firing at Callen and Sam in the Challenger.  Kensi runs some stop signs to try to get in position to cut off the van.  After a near accident, Deeks wants to get married "right now."
Kensi drives the unmarked Audi (literally unmarked – the show removed the logo on the grill) right at the van.  She's not turning, the van will have to turn. "Son of a rat bird," is Deeks response as it looks like they are going to ram into the vehicle.  The van makes a last minute swerve and winds up on the sidewalk.  When the driver and the front seat passenger won't go quietly, the team makes sure they go dead.
Opening the van door, Rebecca Sadat has a gun to Sahar Abidi's head.  She also has diplomatic immunity.  Sam explains the US government can't touch her but the Pakistani government will arrest her.  Whatever happens to her, Sadat promises that Sahar Abidi will be hunted for the rest of her life   That’s no way to live, according to Sadat.  Nobody on the team has a clear shot at Sadat.
The General says Sadat is betraying her government.  Sadat is loyal to leadership Abidi and Pakistan will not recognize.  Dropping to his knees, the General tells Sadat the Taliban took his daughter's life, he cannot watch her take Sahar's.  He wants Sadat to shoot him.  When she turns her attention to the General, Rebecca moves Sahar away, giving the team an easy shot.  The Abidis embrace.
Eric is canceling all the deliveries.  Nell doesn't want Eric to stop investing in their future home.  She wants them to find their future home first and then fill it with things together.  Just as they are about to kiss, Kensi and Deeks arrive in a reverse interrupt the moment set-up.  Deeks suggests they get a room – Nell promises they're trying.
Good news – Capt. Hadlow is out of surgery and expected to survive.  Everything from the home invasion robbery was recovered except Sahar Abidi's necklace.  Embarrassed that a Taliban spy had such an important position at the Consulate, Avi is working with the State Department on the Abidis's asylum claim.  Pakistan wants this all swept under the rug as quickly as possible.  Deeks and Eric bond over their shared love of This Old House to the point that Kensi and Nell have to separate the two.
With Fenton, the Abidis are on their way to Witness Protection in Montana.  They are grateful for NCIS's help.  Sam apologizes about the lost necklace.  Sahar Abidi tells him the necklace belonged to her daughter.  It wasn't expensive jewelry – "barely worth a dollar" – but it meant everything to Sahar, it was what she had left of the girl.  The last few days made her realize, however, that she has memories of her daughter as well as her strength.  With the move to America, she now has her daughter's optimism.
The General is sorry he couldn't share the Taliban locations with the government.  Callen and Sam aren't so sorry.  The actual watch with the intel was sold on the dark web with the US government as top bidder.  The information is in US military hands.  Fenton is a bit surprised by the watch news but Callen and Sam along with the Abidis are pleased.
Kensi and Deeks return to their bar.  They are happy they grew up when they did – no social media culture and the need to be perfect.  Deeks thinks they were perfect so there wouldn't be a problem.  Deeks wants to make them a drink.  Kensi's request for two Sazeracs which Deeks doesn't know how to make.  When he asks for the ingredients, a voice reflecting a hard like and menthol cigarettes according to Deeks replies – his Mom.
Seems "your father" made a mean Sazerac, which makes sense since he was a mean drunk.  Bored with retirement, Bertie is looking for a job.  She isn't interested in golf since plaid is not flattering.  Guy use to entertain her but she's taught him all she could "and I had to let that baby bird fly free."  Deeks wants to die while Kensi is amused.
Kensi thinks Bertie could talk to anyone – a key part of what Deeks is looking for in a bartender.  Bertie is a The Talk fan – she knows trending topics and current events.  Since Deeks is Bertie's references, that checks out too.  While he thinks it is a bad idea, Bertie is hired for a week.  "That's my boo-boy."  After telling her boo-boy that a Margarita with all the sugar is a bad idea before the wedding, Deeks wants a double vodka.  Bertie thinks a vodka water is better and maybe just water.  Deeks wonders what could possibly go wrong.
What head canon can be formed from here:   As generic an episode as the program has ever done.  The presence of Ochoa is about the only thing that screams season ten.
What was glossed over but I found interesting was the difference in the lives of the daughters of the UCLA college roommates.  The Abidis’s daughter died having dinner with some friends when she was likely in her late teens, early 20′s.  Emily Conway is living her best social media life.
Survivor gets a second mention this season.  The Talk earns a mention.  CBS is CBSin’g.
Nothing special here.
Episode number:    It is episode nine of season ten and 225 overall.
