gorgeous. the amount of thought that must've went into crafting the recurring dog story and the interwoven timeline and the dialogue is crazy! i love how melancholy and loaded the zelda/link interactions are, and there's always something bubbling beneath the surface that eventually leads to emotionally payoff. also i love phoebe bridgers

so fun and funny! the tension and the dynamic is dynamite, and zelda has such distinct characterization in it--love that drama queen brat. also the whole pulling-the-master-sword-hilt kiss (captured in this legendary art by @aquaticpal) is iconic. i stayed up late to read it and i hadn't done that for such a long time; it made me feel like a high schooler again.

there's a line referring to "it might have been from the souls of heroes past" that's so good. also the comments on part 28 are so funny they made me laugh out loud

16- What do you think would improve this character? Like, character-arc wise?

I'll keep this specifically restricted to Netflix show Geralt. Honestly I actually like where his arc seems to be going! He's finally becoming more open and trusting to people outside his little circle of witcher friends. I need more of Geralt actually being nice to Jaskier, we all do, and that hug and the apology is a really good start! He's learning to care for someone other than himself, and has to figure out how to be kind and understanding while also keeping Ciri safe, which means not letting her do things such as becoming a witcher even if that upsets her. ngl I think the next big step for this guy is to get himself some therapy and a vacation, this dude is tryna fix EVERYONE'S problems he needs a break
