Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart:
MC played the ivory keys of the piano expertly, deft fingers flitting with perfect execution across the keys without error. They grinned as their hands danced along the instrument, making beautiful music that rung gloriously around the music room and out of the ajar door and into the hallway where it caught the attention of their boyfriend who paused in his tracks to listen before stepping into the music room,
“Sonata in C is for four hands, why are you playing it alone?” Mozart’s clear voice cut through the gentle twinkling of the piano, startling MC who fumbled over the keys and pressed down haphazardly in shock, letting an unpleasant array of dissonant notes sound out. MC looked almost guilty as their genius composer of a boyfriend stared at them with a mixture of his regular cool blankness and curiosity, scrambling to pick themselves up off the piano stool as heat rose pink on their cheeks, “Don’t run away.” The vampire’s tone was beautifully commanding, making MC sit back down on the stool without a second thought, albeit their embarrassment which Mozart found rather adorable as he sat himself beside his lover. He quirked an eyebrow at the lack of sheet music on the music shelf, “Playing from memory? Impressive.”
MC averted their gaze to the piano pedals, embarrassed that their boyfriend, the Mozart, had caught them playing music that he himself had written, and fidgeted a little in their seat next to him, “I’m not as good as you.” MC’s voice was timid and quiet, their eyes tinged with sadness which made Wolfgang frown deeply and take their chin between thumb and forefinger,
“That’s not a reason to discredit yourself, Liebling. You play exceptionally.” Mozart’s violet eyes were bright with affection and truth as he smiled at his love gently before placing a soft kiss to their cheek and placing his fingers on the keys elegantly, “Now, no hiding your talents from me anymore, Liebchen. Let’s play something together.”
Isaac Newton:
Isaac frowned at the endless pool of papers on his desk and the floor surrounding him, pushing his glasses up as he examined a page of equations for seemingly the hundredth time and grumbling at his own handwriting. He didn’t bother looking up at the door when he heard a knock from the other side of the wood, “Come in.”
“I brought you your lunch, professor,” MC smiled softly as they pushed the door open with their hip, their hands both busy with holding the tray of sandwiches, rouge and tea. Isaac felt his cheeks flush with heat at the title his lover used for him, a blush that only got deeper when he glanced up to see their pretty smile.
“You know you can just call me ‘Isaac’. You’re my partner, not my student.” The physicist's tight shoulders relaxed slightly when he felt MC’s careful hands gently rubbing out the tense knots underneath his skin, and he sighed softly, “I can’t seem to get these equations to make sense. It should be simple, I just can’t work out which of these calculations is throwing it off.” Isaac handed his lover the sheet he’d been pouring over for the past few hours while he reached for one of the small bottles of rouge they’d brought for him, taking a little swig before he began to eat his lunch.
MC stared at the numbers for a minute in silence, feeling Isaac’s dusty pink eyes on their face inquisitively when they spoke, “I see what you’ve done.” They took a pen from the desk and placed the page in front of Isaac, pointing to one equation with the nib of the pen, “The square root of 1018 is 31.9031122671, you’ve just missed out a 2 here in the middle.” MC scribbled a 2 in the correct place and grinned as Isaac took the pen from their hand gently and thusly corrected the rest of the maths on the page, his eyes wide when he looked up at them in shock,
“How on earth did you spot that?” There was a upturn to the corners of his lips as MC just shrugged a little and turned to leave, but Isaac caught their wrist and pulled them into a an uncharacteristically enthusiastic hug, “Perhaps I should have you check all of my work from now on.”
Arthur Conan Doyle:
Arthur smiled softly to himself as he scanned through the scrawled little story in MC’s notebook that had been left open on his desk, his eyes bright with intrigue and curiosity as he read, “You devilish little thing, keeping your brilliance from me.” The vampire was drawn from his entrancement from MC’s story by the sound of MC themselves at door, stuttering as they dropped the basket of laundry they were carrying, “Oh, afternoon, luv.”
“Arthur, you found my book-” MC blushed deeply as they rushed over to their boyfriend and tried to pry the notebook from his hands, whining when he held it  above their head - just high enough so that they couldn’t reach it - “C’mon, give it back! Its not like its any good.”
“Are you joking, poppet? This writing is superb!” Arthur’s genuine grin faltered and fell to a frown when he noticed the sour look on his darling’s face, “D-do you not believe me?” His eyebrows curved downward in sadness and his heart beat thick with distress when he noticed the completely blue expression that MC wore, almost like they were about to cry, “MC, I’m telling the truth, this story is brilliant.” The author smiled softly at MC, pinching their cheek affectionately and breaking out into a grin when they shot him a small, sad smile back, “There’s that beautiful smile that I love.”
“I’ll never be as good as you though, Artie,” MC shrugged, sighing softly and turning to leave, frowning at Arthur when he rushed past them and closed the door, standing in the way, “Sebas will kill me if I don’t get back to work soon.”
“I think not, luv,” Arthur smirked when MC looked at him questioningly before he ushered them over to the chaise lounge only to pepper their cheeks with kisses, his grin only growing when MC began to giggle and blush, a genuine smile on their lips to replace the sad one they’d worn minutes earlier, “Now I want to hear all about your writing - no ‘ifs’, ‘ands’ or ‘buts’, alright?”

A Summer Birthday (Isaac x f!MC)
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
Summary: Spending his birthday together wasn’t even a question anymore. And they’re gonna be celebrating it in a different way this year because Comte gave them a couple’s trip.
Words: 2389
Tags: couple’s trip for a tropical country; Summer Christmas; Summer birthday; teeny-tiny suggestive scenes (really tiny); established relationship; long-term relationship; assertive Isaac (sort of); domestic/slice of life.
Notes: the door works as we want it to work for the sake of the plot, thank you. Shoutout to my brazilian folks dying in this fucking hellish tropical weather 🤍 And shoutout to who said it’d be actually nice to have a Summer Christmas fic! I was struggling to think about something cozy in Winter, it was hard while I was sweating my life out of me. I’ve never thought about writing a hot Christmas, so it was nice! Now, shall we melt together?
Countdown to Isaac’s Birthday | IT’S TODAY! Happy Birthday, Isaac!
Tumblr media
Spending his birthday together wasn’t even a question anymore. They’d spend the whole day on a date, returning to the mansion for an evening party. They’d wear something warm for the cold winter, sit by the fireplace after a special dinner, and Isaac would open the presents everyone gave him. Then they would wrap the night in his room with his special present.
However, things changed this year. Comte gifted them a couple’s trip as Isaac’s birthday present and a Christmas gift for her — it turned out to be a tip to her home country in her era. Missing the warmth of the past few years, she was thrilled about spending the entire week there. The anticipation of seeing everything and showing Isaac the delights of a Summer Christmas had her brimming with excitement.
“God’s Truth, how are you not dying?” Isaac whined, flopping backward onto the bed, his body splayed out like a starfish.
“I guess I’m used to it,” she giggled, sitting by his feet, her summer dress skirt pooling around her. She tilted her head to the side to get a better look at him. “Are you okay? Your face is really red.”
“I feel like I could die and go to hell just to feel cooler,” he said, frowning.
She sputtered a laugh, offering him a sympathetic smile as she got up and reached for the air conditioner controller. “There. Is it better?” she asked, noting the appliance springing to life.
Isaac looked up at the weird thing with a frown, but it melted away when he felt the cold air hitting his body. “Getting there.” He closed his eyes and sighed. “What is that?”
“An air conditioner. It makes the air colder or hotter. I don’t know exactly how it works though,” she said.
“It’s nice,” he sighed again. His eyes were growing heavy, his body more tired than usual — probably from the travel and the intense summer weather.
“Hey, don’t go to sleep now!” She punctuated the words by poking his ribs, and he yelped, trying to defend his body from the tickles. “I wanna show you around!”
“We’re going out?” His eyes widened in a cute way.
“Isaac, do you plan on staying indoors the whole trip?” She raised an eyebrow at him.
“... No?” he answered with uncertainty. “I mean, I really didn’t, but, you know…” He pouted, and she laughed.
“I know. But it’d be a waste to just stay inside the room for the whole week. And there are so many things I’d like to do with you.” Now she was the one pouting, and he knew he was screwed. He’d go anywhere when she looked at him with those wide, puppy-dog eyes.
xxx
The physicist... wasn’t so excited about the trip anymore. She warned him to wear some light clothes, and he tried, but he had never been to a tropical country before! He didn’t know it would be like this. He was sweating since they arrived there; she could hear his labored breathing, his clothes clung to his body in the most uncomfortable way, and his face was so flushed she swore he’d faint before arriving at the hotel on their first day. They bought some clothes for him so he’d be more comfortable, but his tolerance to the hot weather was really low.
He was trying really hard, though. He went anywhere she wanted and didn’t complain; he just thanked God when they got back and he could lay down for a little bit. She was so happy, and he didn’t want to ruin her trip. And in the blink of an eye, the week passed by.
They had ice cream while sightseeing, swam in the hotel pool all afternoon, went to a barbecue restaurant and had some drinks — non-alcoholic, of course. They walked hand in hand while dipping their feet in the ocean, got a nice tan (she did, he got a sunburn), and had matching henna tattoos done (little stars on their wrists). And he knew she wanted to celebrate his birthday somewhere special, but he didn’t have the nerve to say he just wanted to stay inside the room and rest. How could he say something and ruin her plans? She just wanted to show him a little bit of how her life was before going to the mansion, and he couldn’t refuse it.
However, Isaac often forgot that she was more observant than she seemed. She could tell when he tried to act tough, when he didn’t want to upset her; when he tried to step on his own feelings just to please her; when he tried to smile and it turned out strained; when his voice cracked when he was overthinking something; when his eyes turned away slightly as he tried to hide something from her. She could see almost all of those now. And it didn’t take more than a few moments for her to decide to change all the plans for his birthday celebration.
“Well, we’re done for today and we still have some time until dinner. Why don’t you take a shower to freshen up?” She offered with a smile.
“Good idea.” He looked at her. “Will you join me?”
“Of course, honey. Let me just, um, grab my clothes.”
He furrowed his eyebrows and blinked at her. She was such a bad liar. It was clear she wanted him out of the room to do something — obviously for his birthday. They had spent the whole week in that hotel, sharing that bedroom, and not once did she care about getting her clothes before going to the shower. It wouldn’t be him to spoil her attempt at making him some kind of surprise, so he just nodded and went to the bathroom.
When she heard the sound of the water, she ran to the phone on the nightstand and called the reception. If she was changing her plans, she’d need to be fast — his birthday was already the next day, and it was Christmas Eve; lots of shops would close in just a few hours. Some minutes later, she joined him in the bathroom, a happy smile on her face that told him everything he needed to know: whatever she was planning, she succeeded.
xxx
The next day, she woke up with the sun hitting her face through a crack in the curtains. Groaning, she rolled to the other side with her eyes tightly shut, and her body encountered something warm — hot, actually. She peeked one eye open and found Isaac, a frown on his face as his eyes stared at the ceiling. She was about to ask him if something was wrong when he spoke.
“I don’t want to be rude,” he said cautiously. “But please don’t touch me and move to your side of the bed.”
She blinked slowly at him a few times and snorted a laugh. “Good morning to you too,” she said with a smile and pecked his cheek, making him grimace. “And Happy Birthday, my beautiful scientist!”
“Good morning,” he sighed. “It’s just… It’s so hot already, even with that thing.” He pointed at the air conditioner.
“Mmm, I think we can make it a little colder.” She looked for the remote control and set a new temperature. “If it gets too cold, we can turn it up again.”
“I don’t think it will ever be too cold here.” He turned his body to the side, to look at her. “And thank you.” He pecked her lips and smiled.
“Don’t worry, I’ll still tell you lots of ‘Happy Birthdays’ today.” She giggled. “Are you ready to celebrate your birthday summer style?”
“Oh… Um, right.” He smiled, but she could tell he wasn’t so enthusiastic. “What have you planned for us?”
“First, we will have an amazing breakfast. Then we would go sightseeing, have a good lunch at a restaurant near the beach, walk in the sand and swim a little, have dinner in a fancy place I found, celebrate your birthday and eat cake. Then we’d call it a night.”
“That’s… a lot.” He blinked at her and tried not to sound like he didn’t like it. “Wait… Would?”
“Hmph, right?” She shimmied her body closer and looked intently into his eyes. “It was a lot. And it was nothing you wanted and I could tell you were tired of walking around town. So I changed it all.”
“You didn’t have to.”
“Yes, I did. It’s your birthday, honey.”
“I know, but I’d do anything you wanted. I’ll be happy if you’re happy.”
“And that’s why I changed it all, Isaac.” She smiled. “I don’t want to force you to do something you’re not really enjoying. I already dragged you all around for the whole week, I can stay inside for one day.” She giggled.
“Can you really?” He laughed and tucked her hair behind her ear, looking at her with loving eyes. “Thank you, darling. So what are the current plans?”
“Oh, you’re gonna love it! Are you ready?” she asked in a whisper, like it was a secret. He chuckled and nodded. She cupped her mouth to whisper in his ear. “The new plans are: stay inside and do nothing.”
“What?” His eyes widened.
“We can add whatever you wanna do too. If you wanna go somewhere or do something special, we will. But until now, the plans are staying inside, hanging out in this nice air conditioner and enjoying the happiness of doing absolutely nothing for a whole day. Oh, and eating cake later.”
“Sounds wonderful,” he said with a smile and pulled her closer, embracing her body and resting his chin over her head.
She tangled her legs with his and sighed contently. Their silent moment was interrupted by a few knocks on the door and a voice saying something he didn’t understand.
“Oh, it’s here!” She beamed and got up, going to open the door.
Isaac just looked at her, a puzzled expression on his face. She was speaking in a language he couldn’t understand, but her tone sounded amicable, so he thought everything was fine. Still, he inclined his body a little to the side so he could see who was at the door and what they wanted. As soon as he saw that the person was an employee from the hotel, MC took a step back inside the room, pushing a cart, and the person helped her by closing the door.
“Don’t you dare get out of that bed,” she warned him when she noticed he was about to get up to help her. “And get comfortable, sit by the headboard, will you?” He raised an eyebrow at her commanding tone, but complied without questioning. She uncovered the plates and gave a satisfied smile at what she saw. Then she rolled the cart to his side and kissed the crown of his head. “Here. Happy Birthday!”
He looked down, only then realizing it was breakfast. Flowers decorated the enormous tray, and there were pastries, the cheese bread he had already tried before, toast, jam, some sliced fruits and coffee. He smiled at her.
“Is this the amazing breakfast you were talking about?”
“Yes! And I told them it was your birthday, look,” she pointed at the corner of the fruit plate, where someone wrote a message with chocolate sauce. “It says Happy Birthday.”
She sat beside him, and they happily devoured it all. Isaac couldn’t stop smiling. Who would have thought he’d be able to have such amazing birthdays with someone he truly loved? If he had said this to himself in his past life or even a few years ago in this life, he’d never have believed it. And now it’s real, but it still feels like a dream.
xxx
He thought they’d get tired of doing nothing all day and eventually leave the room, but they didn’t. They actually found lots to do, from watching a random TV show she said he’d like to engaging in make-out sessions, and then some napping.
When he woke up again, the night had already fallen. He rubbed his eyes and realized he was alone in the bed. Frowning, he sat up and was about to call her when he heard her muttering on the balcony. He got up and padded his way there, finding her with her back to the door and fumbling with something.
“What are you doing?”
She jumped and turned around quickly. “Oh, hey! I was… setting something up.”
He looked behind her and saw a birthday cake over the table with an unusual candle above it. He tilted his head in amusement and looked back at her. “Is the candle a question mark?”
“Well, I’m not sure about your age!” She put her hands on her hips and laughed.
“I’m not complaining, it’s perfect.” He walked to her so he could hug her and kiss her hair.
“Happy Birthday again, darling!” She squeezed him in her arms.
Despite his protests, she sang him ‘Happy Birthday’ before letting him blow out the candle and cut the cake. They sat comfortably on the balcony lounge chair, with her between Isaac’s legs, holding the plate of cake they were sharing. She just gave him the last piece when they heard something exploding in the sky.
“Oh! It’s usually during New Year’s, but I guess some people like to light up fireworks for Christmas too. We can pretend it’s for your birthday.”
She put the plate aside on the table and laid back on his chest. His arms wrapped comfortably around her body, and he rested his chin on her shoulder as they watched the fireworks coloring and lighting up the clear sky. They were able to spend a whole week alone, just enjoying each other and doing so many new things together. He’d cherish this forever — and probably try to do more trips with her.
“Thank you for everything, MC,” he whispered in her ear. “I love you.” He placed a light kiss on her neck and she giggled.
“I love you too,” she replied and placed her hands over his arms, squeezing them with a giggle.
Ever since he had her in his life, he considered all his birthdays the best birthday he could ever get, but this year was really running for first place.

Of course I had to make Isaac come to Brazil and eat cheese bread! It’s the best thing to eat and it doesn’t even have to be for breakfast. Sometimes I eat it for lunch or dinner, when I’m too lazy to cook, HASIUEHASUIEHAS.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY, SCIENTIST BOY! I love you so much!

Hmmm. So Comte, Vlad and Leonardo are purebloods and purebloods are born, so theu could in theory knock up MC and they would have a baby. So my thought is, WHAT IF that would happen AND then MC would actually turn to pure blood too? Or what if when having sex while her having her days she would turn to pureblood? So that is how purebloods would actually being made, having sex when human having her days. Which would be why there aren't so many purebloods because not many like having sex while on their days. I would LOVE to read a fic where one of them would have sex while MC is on her days and Boom, she turns slowly to pureblood. I especially would want to see Leonardo's reaction! And of course Vlad's and Comte's reactions too. Because i bet they wouldn't know about it either.

"precious" (Napoleon Bonaparte)
a/n; sorry for not posting also I got a new fandom! so yay. also I might be posting a little more rn. but idk my writing is bad for this i am so sorry :(
Sometimes,you just felt a void. Probably because it was just your crippling anxiety or from the truth that you had to leave the house residents. Oh, how you would miss them and their chatter. What despair it had been to you. The worst part, which was that you have had fallen for someone.
Now, that someone was Napoleon. He was always there for you, always keeping in mind your comfort and what not. Sure, the others were also nice to know you but with him it was different. It really was because what you had was precious and special. But the thing was your anxiety almost always whispering lies to you and what not.
Had it been that you were so used to people leaving you or was it your insecurity that was acting up? Which ever it was he always assured that you will always be the one.
Sure, he was a vampire and you a human. You would go back and he would stay, there were so many differences. But probably he was right, you were precious to him. People may say shit about you but then you mattered to others and that was enough for you. For others you were precious.

“Arthur, you’re being gross.”
“All I’m saying, sweetheart, is that a lovely, voluminous skirt leaves a little more to be desired-”
“I don’t care. Women DO wear trousers in the 21st century. They’ve been wearing them since like…the 1920s!”
“Those poor, sexually unfulfilled modern day men. A moment of silence for their losses.”
“You…women look hot in trousers!”
“Must be so sad.”
“Weren’t you literally alive during the 1920s?!”
It had been around half an hour since Leonardo stopped reading his book, his eyes peeking above the pages. A smirk had crept up his face as his gaze dashed between the players of this verbal tennis match. He wondered if he should have left the room when this began, but he was finding it far too amusing. The others rarely challenged Arthur these days, often opting for an eye roll or simply walking away, but she never let him get away with anything. It was refreshing.
And attractive, if he was quite honest.
Leonardo had been keeping a watchful eye since she started living in the mansion. He had heard her footsteps grow stronger, more purposeful, as she explored the halls. He had noticed that the pause between those approaching footsteps and the creak of a door had become shorter, in fact now there was barely a pause at all. And his favourite, was she no longer snuck away back to her own room after their nights together, but rather snuggled up next to him to rest. She was finally settling in. However, he knew there was still some work to do.
“As informative and entertaining as this conversation has been, I unfortunately must be taking my leave now. Can’t leave a lass waiting for too long now, can we?”
He watched her roll her eyes before letting out a huff, “Poor girl. Send her my condolences.”
The comment clearly flew right over Arthur’s head, as he blew her a kiss and slipped out of the room.
Leonardo wasn’t expecting the silence that followed, nor to be met with the back of her head when he glanced up from his book, which he promptly shut and placed it on the table next to him. He waited to see if she would speak first, and when she didn’t, he shuffled over on the sofa and patted the space next to him. The sound finally made her look up, and with a slight gesture from Leonardo, she joined him.
“What is it, cara mia?” She had laid her head on the back of the sofa, and he wasted no time smoothing the hair off her face, letting the strands curl around his fingers before cascading across her shoulder, “You know he just likes to rile you up, you should pay him no mind.”
She sighed, lifting her legs to lay across Leonardo’s thighs. “I know, it’s just moments like that where I realise how differently I see the world than you guys. And I know you all come from different times so none of you really think the same either but,” she let her eyelids droop, sinking into the feeling of Leonardo’s expert hands tracing shapes along her calves and lightly scratching against her scalp. How lucky she is to have the hands of an artist and a genius have their attention fixed on her. “I don’t know. I guess the gap just feels bigger and that makes me feel smaller.”
“I don’t understand how you consistently manage to take the things that make you otherworldly and turn them into insecurities.”
She opened her eyes, only to be met with complete and utter sincerity in the shade of amber, “You don’t understand because you’re an artist. You love those things.”
“You’re right, because they make beautiful art. And who enjoys beautiful art, hm?” When she didn’t answer, he filled her silence. “Let me rephrase that, who doesn’t enjoy beautiful art? Can you think of a single person?”
“I understand your point, grandpa,” she said with a grin, which he easily returned when he felt his words getting through to her, “I just want to be desirable to you, that’s all.”
That statement made him stare a little blankly at her. He knew of her feelings of inadequacy, which he’d promptly tried to squash multiple times before, but undesirable? He doesn’t know a time when he ever lacked desire for her, in fact there were many days where his desire for her proved troublesome. The word “silly” sits on the tip of his tongue but he bites it back. She needed more than a knee jerk comment. She deserved his understanding.
“Cara mia, I’ve been around for a very long time. I’ve seen nearly everything, so nearly nothing is exciting to me now,” his voice lowered, and his head leaned in, “and yet, you fill me with exhilaration even at the mere thought of you. And this is only heightened by how much of you I still have yet to discover. The men in this mansion need to have seen a good thing to finally understand just how good it is. But for me I find-”
Before he could finish his thought, before his hand could finish its journey up her arm and before his lips could reach their final destination upon hers, her eyes widened so wide Leonardo nearly felt reason for concern.
“I HAVE THE BEST IDEA,” she shot up from her place, nearly taking out a pile of her books as she dashed to the door, “THANK YOU, LEONARDO!”
Leonardo was almost dumbfounded at the abrupt explosion, but the thought of mischief he had accidentally facilitated was enough to satiate the disappointment that lingered for only a moment. Nevermind, he’ll prove his previous point to her later.
But for now, he picked his book back up and continued reading, his lips curled in a satisfied smirk at the possibilities of what her wonderful brain would come up with. He knew he was in for a treat, and possibly, so were the rest of the mansion.
He felt smug, however, knowing he would be the only one who’d get to taste it.
***
She flew through the halls of the mansion with ease, her mind fixed on one thing and one thing alone. She reached Leonardo’s bedroom, which had been more or less shared in recent months. She had her own space too, but she simply preferred being in his. She preferred his random, almost illegible notes scattered across his wall, and preferred the subtle smell of pencil shavings, well loved candles and fresh flowers that sat on his windowsill. He only started doing that last one when he met her, she imagined. His room never looked the same as it did when she first entered it, and he never looked more comfortable in it, either.
She left the prickling feeling of nostalgia at the door and immediately moved to his chest of drawers, opening each one with great vigour. Leonardo had always said that anything in his room is fair game, that what’s his is hers. And whilst she didn’t imagine he had this particular item in mind, she felt safe in the assumption that he wouldn’t be in the least bit bothered, as he rarely was.
She had been settling into the mansion for the better part of a year now, and the days of tip-toeing around had long since passed. She had found her place, but too often was she bothered by that prickly reminder that she was inherently different. Not only as the only woman in the mansion, but as seemingly the only one who hadn’t adjusted to the era she found herself in. Certainly the only one was still fighting it.
She enjoyed her talks with Comte over tea, as he was the closest one to understanding her life before, though understanding wasn’t just what she was looking for.
And she supposes that’s how she latched onto Leonardo so fast.
Even though he didn’t have that understanding of what her life looked like before, he had this uncanny ability to trace it back to the root. He reassured and comforted her on things she didn’t realise she needed reassurance or comfort on, but she did. Leonardo knew that. Because he understood.
Everything fell into place after that.
It was easy to find what she was looking for: a pair of trousers she knew he wouldn’t miss. In fact, she doubted she’d ever seen them on him in the whole time they’d known each other. Based on the colour alone, she suspected they were a gift from Comte. Considering the sheer magnitude of their history together, she was surprised by how much they were not Leonardo’s taste. Probably an experiment from Comte. It was sweet that Leonardo kept them, though.
Sweetness aside, and with Comte’s experiment clearly concluded as a failure, she took the trousers and all but marched to Comte’s door. With only a few knocks against the wood, he called for her to enter.
The mischief was clearly written all over her face, as Comte immediately put down his papers and raised an eyebrow.
Her grin was simply delightful as she hid the trousers behind her back, “I have a small favour to ask.”
***
The breakfast hustle and bustle was the same as any other day in the mansion, though with an added buzz as Arthur relayed the events that took place a few days prior.
“Honestly, the things that woman comes up with,” he took a sip of his tea, his ocean irises peaking over the teacup at the man sat opposite to him. He placed it back down into the saucer, leaning back in his chair with an air of pride, “I must say, darling Leonardo, that you really have your work cut out for you.”
“How so?” Leonardo swirled the coffee in his cup with no sense of concern. He knew Arthur was simply playing with him and that he was completely harmless. He very well could have ignored the man, but Arthur needed to be challenged every now and then.
And Leonardo liked to play too.
“You just strike me as someone who doesn’t care for a challenge. As if you can’t be arsed with it.”
“Are you saying she’s challenging?”
Most people would have squirmed under Leonardo’s stare, but Arthur’s eyes only twinkled back at him, “Not challenging, just…troublesome.”
“I thought you liked ‘troublesome’.”
“Oh, I do,” another sip, “very much.”
It seems Comte was the only one to notice the miniscule twitch of Leonardo’s hand and the tightening grip around his cup, as he finally interrupted, “Arthur, I recognise that you’re only having your fun, but I encourage you to be more mindful about how you speak to our newest member of the mansion. She doesn’t know you too well yet, and may not understand your…ways.”
“I think the only reason you find her challenging, Arthur,” Leonardo had his arms crossed on the table, leaning in dangerously, head slightly cocked to one side, “Is because she does such a beautiful job at proving you wrong.”
Arthur smirked, “And how exactly does she do that?”
With gorgeous timing, the door to the dining room creaked open. The tension in the room fizzled out as all heads turned to the figure in the doorway, prompting jaws to drop.
The men were not used to seeing a woman in trousers, but in that split second they had almost forgotten how she’d looked wearing anything else.
Leonardo, with a brain as advanced as his, had already suspected what was happening behind the scenes, but even he was almost at a loss for words. He had seen many, many things in his life. A lot of good, and a lot of bad. A woman in trousers was far from shocking to him.
But she stood so tall, so magnificently powerful and with the cheekiest smirk he had witnessed. The emerald material sat on her figure as though she was carved from marble, as every inch was perfectly tailored to her. The power she held to have silenced a whole room and demanded their eyes’ attention. And yet, of all the eyes in the room, of all the points she was currently proving, her gaze was set on him.
He felt goosebumps tickle his spine.
He spared a quick glance at Comte, who was seemingly taking a sip of his own tea. But he would never be able to hide a smirk behind a teacup from Leonardo.
The sound of her heels hitting the floor echoed in the dining room as she made her way to Leonardo. He stood up to offer his seat, but before he could even utter a ‘good morning’, her lips were on his.
She had always been coy with affection in front of the other members of the mansion, even a simple peck would turn her cheeks rosy. But here she was, hands cupping his face as she melted into him. He didn’t dwell on it for too long, his mind going blank as he brushed his hands against the small of her back and gave her hips a light squeeze. He was moments away from deepening the kiss before she broke it off.
“Are you ready to go?,” she chirped, her smile light and easy as if she hadn’t just turned him into a puddle in her hands.
“I guess I am,” he said, giving her a wink as a silent well played.
“I suppose we’ll see you all later then,” she said to the rest of the room, who’s eyes were still fixed on her.
“Enjoy your Valentine’s Day, you two,” Comte said with a grin, “Behave, Leonardo.”
“I don’t think I’m the one you need to be saying that to, by the looks of it.”
Everyone chuckled, allowing the atmosphere to begin to settle to normal. Arthur, who’s smugness had been replaced by amicable surrender, finally spoke up, “I suppose you win this one, sweetheart.”
She smiled, “I suppose I do.”
Leonardo gave her hand a squeeze, and he felt the tension in her release. He knew that spectacle required some courage from her, and she pulled it off beautifully. He felt at peace knowing she was getting closer and closer to settling in completely, without having to leave any part of herself at the door.

Bonus:
Mozart: At least you didn't have to listen to her explain fan fiction.
Arthur: Fan fiction?
Napoleon: It's fictional writing based on existing characters or real people.
Arthur: Oh, so like the Sherlock Holmes collection?
Sebastian: I beg your pardon-

Growing Pains: Hand-Washing Clothes (IkeVamp; Sebastian & MC)
Prompt: Write a story all in dialogue, must include characters washing clothes. Characters: MC/You, Sebastian Word count: ~350 words Tags: Pre-relationship, Humor, MC is new to the housekeeper life a/n: Wrote this a while back as a warm up. When I saw this prompt, Sebastian came to mind instantly. I imagine they would've had this convo early on in MC's "recruitment". Figured I might as well show I'm still alive and writing! Consider this another entry in Memories of the Mansion. Back to Masterlist

“Why must Arthur always come back with blood stains on his collar?”
“If the blood makes you uncomfortable, I can do it instead.”
“It’s not so much the blood as it is the implication of what he’s doing.”
“Ah…yes. I can see how that would be unsettling.”
“When did you get used to washing blood of everyone’s clothes?”
“Hmm. Hold on, let me hang this to dry while I think…it didn’t long, maybe two weeks? I started working at the mansion after Sir Isaac joined, specifically because of his…side-effects to his vampirism. Blood wasn’t something that particularly bothered me, but it did take time to get used to the smell of Rouge in the kitchen.”
“I see… Aha! Finally got the spot to come out. Comte doesn’t pay me enough for this.”
“He pays you?”
“Good point. We should both demand a raise.”
“Speak for yourself, I’m perfectly content as I am.”
“That’s because you have access to all of his money as his butler.”
“As do you. You know he’ll never say no to any request you make. You may as well make good use of that.”
“If there’s anything I would ask for, it’s a proper washing machine…were those not invented yet?”
“If they were, we would have our own.”
“Ughhh. No dishwasher, no washing machine. Next thing you’ll tell me, the vacuum cleaner wasn’t invented yet!”
“…”
“…Sebastian, when was the vacuum cleaner invented?”
“For the last time, just because I’m from the 21st century, doesn’t make me a walking, talking Google search engine.”
“…Worth a shot.”
[Bonus scene]
“Now then, back to work. We’ll never get to washing the bed sheets if you’re this slow with the clothes.”
“There’s more?!”
“And then the linens, and then the—”
“And you’re telling me you did all of this by yourself before I came along?”
“Yes, as to be expected. I wouldn’t want our esteemed guests to be burdened by manual labor when they should be focusing on their work.”
“Most of them aren’t even employed! They just sit around and…actually what do they do all day?”

Humanity (Ikémen Vampire)
Tumblr media
Pairing: Comte de Saint Germain x MC Summary: Yet another year on earth, and Comte battles with himself and what it means to be alive and love someone so human.
Word Count: 1.8k
Warnings: Talk about humanity and the meaning of human life, naked Comte, naked MC, there's implied sex but nothing sexual
A note from the author: Happy birthday to the character who made me fall in love at first glance. I never believed in cliche romances before he came along.
Tumblr media
The scent of sweet vanilla wafted through Comte de Saint Germain’s nose and he sensed her presence before her delicate arms wrapped around his shoulders from behind. Comte had spent all day in his office responding to piles of letters he had neglected due to spending more time with his lover as of recently.
It was late when she came to check in on him, most of the residents of the mansion had already retired to their bedrooms for the night and Comte could hear Sebastian gently close the linen closet located off the kitchen, signaling he was done with work for the night.
“Good evening, Ma Chérie,” Comte greeted her quietly. His voice was a tad bit hoarse from not speaking all day.
“Hello my love,” she greeted back warmly, her chin going to rest on the top of his head. “You’ve worked quite a bit today.”
Comte grimaced, a pang of guilt throbbing as his stomach as he remembered earlier how he had brushed off her advances for joining him for afternoon tea. “Ah, yes. Well, when you’re at the top of Paris’s aristocratic food chain, you tend to get bogged down with work sometimes.” He chuckled lightly when he felt her chest heave in a silent laugh at his bad joke.
She fondly pushed back a piece of his hair that had fallen while Comte had started to work, and just that little act of affection had Comte closing his eyes and leaning his whole body toward her warmth. Sighing, he pushed himself back up in his chair, hunching over the dozen or so letters littering his desk. “What is it that’s so urgent this time?”
She placed herself upon the edge of his desk, curiously glancing at all the papers. Comte held one up, his eyes glinting, mischievous behind the tiredness. “Seems as if my dear old friend has once again caught the affection of some of the noblewomen he met in town. I must turn them down before they start booking dates at the church.”
Peering down at the letter, she giggled as she realized it was yet another letter of a marriage proposal addressed to Leonardo. How anyone still had the patience to try with him, she would never understand. He never gave the women in town more than a polite smile and a small conversation, and yet that was enough for them to fall for him. “Don’t work too much later, darling.” She cooed, hopping off his desk and running her hand affectionately across his shoulder. “You need to take time to rest, too.” She waited a moment for his response, and when she realized she wasn’t going to get one, she pressed a kiss to the crown of his head, and left his office as quietly as she came.
She was too sweet to him, her unwavering kindness not something he was deserving of. But, nonetheless, he would relish in her warmth, and hold her a little tighter to him the next time she was laid in his arms. He promised her an eternity of love, and he would do everything in his power to uphold that promise.
After sealing yet another letter with his stamp, Comte leaned back in his chair as he heard footsteps approaching his office. Two sets this time. His two favorite people. The door creaked open noisily, and it was Leonardo who stepped in first, Comte’s lover following close behind with a determined look in her eyes.
“Alright, old man, I can do the rest of these. Time for you to get out of here for the night, or she’s gonna chew me out again.” Leonardo chuckled, looking at the woman with adoration in his eyes. Though his words weren’t as kind, Comte knew his dearest friend held nothing but love for that woman in his heart, and Comte would have it no other way. He loved that they got along, and when they bickered like children, it reminded him of the beauty of youthfulness. Comte watched as his beloved sent a glare towards Leonardo, and he chuckled as his friend held his hands up with mock surrender. “It’s not my fault all the women in town find me irresistible.”
“It is your fault when you do nothing to dissuade them,” Comte remarked, pushing out his chair and smoothing out the creases in his pants as he stood up.
“Maybe if they knew how much of a messy slob you were they’d-” Comte cut off his wife with a kiss. She was teasing, but he knew if she started in on Leonardo, that it would only lead to them hurling insults at each other like siblings, and Comte was tired. He wanted to stow away with his lover and enjoy some time together before the evening grew too late.
“If you want to finish the last of these, I can have Sebastian post them tomorrow.” Comte gestured to the last few open letters on the desk and he sighed as Leonardo plopped himself in his chair, his heavy boots banging noisily on the desk as he propped them up, crossing one leg over the other.
“Yeah, yeah. I’ll finish these up so I can go back to sleep. Cara mia decided she didn’t care about my wellbeing and woke me up to put yours first.” Leonardo grabbed one of the letters on the table, and as she gripped Comte’s hand in her own, Leo looked over his shoulder. “And Comte?” The man hummed in response. “Happy birthday.”
“Thank you, my dear old friend.” Comte accepted the wish gracefully, a soft smile playing on his lips as the pair left his office, closing the door gently behind them. Instead of heading to their shared bedroom, she led Comte in the other direction toward the bathing room. It was well past  scheduled times for using it, and although it could be seen as a waste of water, Comte followed her silently, ready to sink his aching muscles in warm water and hold her close.
They undressed together, and although they had each been naked around each other many times before, he took his time uncovering every inch of her skin. His hands deftly loosening her corset, letting her poofy dress drop to the ground and he leaned his head down, kissing her bare shoulders, following down the path to her collarbones, and up over her neck. The swell of her breasts pressed into his body, and although he wasn’t yet bare, the familiar ache in the pit of his stomach pulled at the red string tying them together, the want - no, need - for her pulling him even further into her embrace as she reached up to unclip his tie, her hands making quick waste of all of le Comte’s layers.
Comte felt bashful admiring her bare body. No matter how many times she had allowed his eyes to gaze upon her beauty, it always felt like the first. Especially when she had that delightful blush on her cheeks, as she embraced him, her arms wrapping around his neck as he inched their faces closer together, his lips brushing delicately against hers. “Shall we?” He asked quietly, gesturing to the steaming, bubbly water that had filled the room. She nodded, seemingly under the same impression that Comte was under: that the quiet was magical in that moment.
She followed him in, and as he sank down onto the bench, the warm water flowing over him, she followed, her bare thigh touching his own as she sat down. She had put her hair up, her usual cascading curls now resting high up on her head so as not to get them wet, and Comte took a second to admire her like this: flushed cheeks, a delicate sheen of sweat covering her skin, and her neck bare and exposed. She looked lovely, a delectable vision that had Comte regretting never applying himself to learn any sort of artistic abilities. He wanted to paint her, to have this moment framed for safekeeping forever. To remind himself of how beautiful humanity could be at its core, how beautiful the creature before him is. In the endless sea of eternity, he found her, and she brought him back to life in a way that he would’ve never imagined before her. In a way that he was never able to imagine - only daydream about, for a long time.
“Abel,” her voice cut through his thoughts, and she giggled as the bubbles she blew towards him fluttered down on top of his head. “What are you thinking about?”
“Hmm,” he replied, his arm snaking around her waist, pulling her onto his lap, his arms circling her tightly, holding her to him as secure as he could. “Just about how much I love you, Ma Chérie.”
“Oh really?” She replied, demurely. Her arms wrapped around his neck, moving to straddle him, the water sloshing around them. “And how much is that?”
“Infinitely,” le Comte conceded, his breath ghosting over her collarbones as he rested his forehead against her shoulder. “And forever.”
“Will we have forever?” She asked, her eyes filled with uncertainty. He knew what she was asking. One day, his fangs would pierce her rosy flesh and he would plunge her into the deep eternity known as a vampire’s life, but it wasn’t time for that. It wasn’t time to take away the fragile humanity for her that threaded her to this life with a golden thread. It would be one day, but that day could wait to come.
“Of course, we have forever every day that I wake up as a man who gets to be loved by a woman as wonderful as you.” And finally, he captured her lips in the kiss he’s been daydreaming about all day, the only thing that kept his motivation going when he wanted to give up his work. Each breath she breathed into his lips only made him fall in love with humanity even more, the throb of her swollen bitten lips, the pink flush that went from her cheeks all the way down to her décolletage. Some may argue that it was her he was in love with, and with that, he would agree. But she is the reason he fell so deeply in love with the idea of human life being as sacred and guarded as it.
“Happy birthday, my love.”
She was the reason he had even a sliver of humanity left.
“Thank you, mon amour.” Every day, she would be the reason for him to continue striving towards finding more and more of his humanity hidden away behind locked doors, and with each year to come, he would continue to hold her beating heart in his hand, next to his own. Until one day, it stopped beating, and even then, he would love her - and the humanity and kindness and everything that made her, her - forevermore.

. arthur x reader . entry for day 2 of 12 days of arthur .
“Is he here yet?” I murmured to myself, trying to get a good look of the crowd from backstage. I had to do my best to not be seen, but god I wished I could get a good look at everyone present. It was closing night of our show. Six days of mayhem, six days of putting myself out there for everyone to see, six days of makeup that could make my skin break out like I’d never known before, and six days of hoping he’d show up. Any show came with aggressive advertising, and practically begging my friends to come see it, usually with some success. I’d seen my friends Theo and his brother Vincent, Isaac, Sebastian (who came multiple times), Leo, Napo, and everyone else in my circle. It was validating, having people come up to me and give me a big hug, couples with choruses of “You were amazing!” and “You were my favorite character!”
But none of it really mattered if he wasn’t there.
Arthur was the one I really wanted to see in the crowd. He was someone I’d only known for a few years, but I’d developed the biggest crush on him. His accent, his kindness, his talent, and his general sharpness encapsulated me. He was the kind of guy that someone can only dream of. Like a character in a story. He wrote a lot of those, too. His stories were so vivid, with imagery that was brewed in my mind like a stew with the finest ingredients. The characters, the settings, the emotions they felt drew me in so deeply I’d lose myself in them and blur the lines in my psyche to the point where I’d forget where I was at the end. And the most amazing part: He did all this while working his way into med school.
Poor guy had been so busy the last few weeks, but he said over the course of two weeks that he’d try his best to make it. With a confident smile and a twinkle in his eye, his promises eased my heart. But as each day came and went, as I came out for every curtain call, I hadn’t seen him. His sapphire eyes, the color and shine unlike those of anyone else in the world, were nowhere to be found. His smile was not in the sea of people rewarding our efforts with a standing ovation. “Don’t worry, he’ll be there next time,” I’d keep telling myself. But every time I didn’t see him was another crack in my lovestruck hopes that he’d be there. That hurt me more than anything, as I remembered his confident words of assurance.
As I retreated from my viewpoint, I came face to face with Will, who was performing in the show with me. He had a forlorn expression, making my heart pound a little harder. What was wrong? Was a light not working? Did someone get sick?
“We have sold all the tickets,” he murmured to me, and nothing more.
Will had known of my infatuation for months now, and he knew how excited I was about the idea of Arthur bearing witness to the show we had worked so hard to put on. He’d heard every time I gushed about him, every story I’d told about him and myself, every scenario in my mind where he would react to the show in different ways. And that’s why he had such a heavy expression, that only deepened as he witnessed the tears pooling up in my eyes.
“We are? But I don’t see him!” I whispered, so as to not echo my voice into the crowd. “He’s not here! Will!” I hugged myself and looked down, trying not to mess up my makeup I’d worked so hard on. A weep escaped me, I just couldn't help it. It felt stupid, especially because my other friends already came. It felt like I was being ungrateful, but through my rationale was the flood of emotions that I’d been hiding from Arthur the whole time. If he didn’t come to the show, it was like he didn’t return my feelings. It stopped being about the show a long time ago. I knew he was probably busy, but he’d promised. He promised me a sliver of his time. Honestly if he’d just said outright that he likely wasn’t going to be able to come, I’d probably have been spared a lot of heartache.
But the reality was that seats were filled, and Arthur wasn’t one of the people filling. The show must go on.
My presence in the wings wasn’t my presence backstage. As I stood waiting for my entrance, I did everything I could to suppress my feelings. I gulped, I sighed, I shook it all out, but it only worked a little bit. If I was being honest, nothing was really going to stop how I felt, but I could stop how I presented myself. I put my brave face on, swallowed my hopeless feelings, and stepped onto the stage with all the swagger I’d possessed before.
I did one last scan of the crowd, as a Hail Mary that maybe something would work out. Maybe the stars aligned and things would go my way. He’d be there. He’d be there just like he promised.
And what I saw startled me to the extent that I almost broke character. Sitting in the front row was none other than Arthur Conan Doyle, with the most focused expression I’d ever seen him bear. He was taking in every bit of what we were doing, eyeing the intricate set and the handmade costumes from our costumer Mitsuki. This changed everything. This absolutely changed everything!
All it took was one moment for everything bad I’d ever felt to evaporate. The rejuvenation was unlike anything I’d ever felt, like I had been born again. My lines became coated with a sort of vigor I hadn’t had until that moment. They came from the chest, louder and stronger than before. My triumphs, my losses, my highest and my lowest were all more pronounced than they had ever been. All thanks to the presence of the one I cared about the most. I had to do my best for him! I just had to perform like everything was at stake!
Like every show, it had to come to an end. The cast and I came out, hand in hand, to take our final bows. Our farewell to the months we’d spent crafting a play all of us were passionate about. One last hurrah before we parted forever. And as my gaze shifted back to the crowd, I could only focus on the blue-haired man who was the first to get on his feet. His confident grin wasn’t that anymore: It was a radiant, delighted smile that reached his eyes. His beautiful, brilliant blue eyes. This was it. This was the happiest I’d ever been post-show.
“You did positively fantastic, bird!” he laughed, scooping me up in a hug once we were able to meet in the theatre lobby. “I was starting to wonder if it was truly you, you are just wonderful at playing someone wholly different! I think you’d even be able to fool me one of those days with those acting skills of yours.”
“Oh no, I’m not that good!” I replied, hugging him back with all the force my body could muster. “I think you think too highly of me.”
“Nonsense, I don’t extend that praise to just anybody. You shone so brightly, even next to your co-stars.” He pulled away to get a good look at my face. “You’re quite red. Could it be that your performance was motivated by something else? Fueled with… Hm, I can’t quite put my finger on it.”
I gulped, trying to hide the growing redness that apparently bled through my makeup. “N-no, I always perform that way! What are you trying to get at here?” Through my defense, I anticipated another teasing jab from Arthur. Was he catching on? Or worse, had he caught on long ago? Oh god, the thought was starting to make me dizzy.
“Well you were simply the best on that stage,” he hummed. “No one else had that sort of passion you did. And it was only when we made eye contact that this all seemed to kick in. It seems my presence boosted your performance. And that, coupled with your flushed little face seems to imply… love, perhaps?”
I stood, completely at a loss as to what to say. He’d cracked the case, like he always did. Digging my hole even further wasn’t going to help me in the long run. I sighed the heaviest sigh and nodded. “Yeah, maybe a little bit.”
“Just a little bit? That disappoints me. I must say that I feel very similarly about you. You’re quite cute when you’re embarrassed, you know.”
“Hey, I’m not- What?! What did you say?!”
Arthur chuckled, relaxing a bit. “I return your feelings, love. The passion you feel for me, I feel it for you too. How could I not? So you don’t have to worry. You don’t have to be embarrassed any longer. I’m truly in love with you.”
I soaked in every word he said, still wondering if I was in a dream. It seemed too good to be true. Well, whether or not I was in a dream, I knew I had to act. I stepped forward and hugged Arthur again, mashing my lips against his, to which he returned the favor.

i headcanon that the name mc is using (aka the player’s name) is not her real one bc you know how the ikevamp mc is the only one who’s name isnt automatically entered in like ikesen mc’s name is mai? Yeah i figured it might be a mystery for funsies^^so she’s probably like sebas who uses a fake name
Honestly that's big mood, only because I feel like it's pretty sensible being in a mansion full of a bunch of weirdos you don't know--I'd probably just pick a random name and stick with it LMFAO. Like nah sister, you ain't getting me to no secondary location (technically Comte already did but in fairness, it's the principle of trying to be safe that counts).
I also can't get over Sebastian using a fake name, for some reason it's uproariously funny to me???? Like he had no need to be that extra, he literally chose to be here, but he was like I'm Committing To The Bit. I'm Going Butler Mode. Akihiko Is No More, Only Sebastian. And for the life of me I will never get over it 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

I want to be a vampire too: rant
played 2 routes of ikemen vampire so far. I love the game, but both times I have wished that there was an option to join them as a vampire at the end.
I don't understand why becoming a vampire is posed so negatively in the game, but whenever it comes up in the routes it's coded like it's a terrible option that MC doesn't want to do.
Well, au contraire! If I had a chance to become a sexy vampire in a mansion full of other sexy vampires I would take it ... especially if the person I was in love with was also a vampire. If both are vampires doesn't that mean more time you get to be together??
TLDR I want to become a vampire at the end of my romance and I haven't had my way yet,

Hiya there anon my petal, thank you so so much for your request and your kindness - y’all compliments / comments are always so lovely to receive! I love the Comte/MC/Leonardo dynamic, I really do, I think that they are just the perfect trio
- JJ x
~~~~~~~~~~
Le Comte de Saint Germain / Leonardo Da Vinci:
They’re a little competitive with each other but my god they make an incredible team of lovers, they know how to work together to make their lover feel like an absolute goddess. The two of them really of make the perfect pair of boyfriends for their MC, Leonardo is rough around the edges and ruggedly handsome while le Comte is refined and has a sort of timeless beauty about him. A perfect gentlemen and a bold rogue all to herself - What girl could ask for more?
Together they’re the perfect balance of spontaneous and responsible, too. While le Comte would always arrange exquisite dinners and dances to take MC to, Leonardo gets into the habit of just sweeping her off of her feet in the middle of the day and whisking her off to do whatever they fancy in the moment. Of course, they’ll arrange dates for the three of them together too, though le Comte is always the one to do it (unless it’s his birthday, in which case Leonardo and MC will no doubt plan something wonderful for their sugar daddy boyfriend).
The only thing Leonardo and le Comte ever seriously disagree on in their relationship is turning MC: Comte is all for it, wanting to keep MC by their sides for as long as possible but Leonardo, well he has his reservations about it. I think if his MC really wanted it, Leonardo would eventually give in but only on the condition that it be le Comte turn her, not him.
If MC ever falls ill, her boyfriends will be so doting and take the world’s best care of her that they can. Leonardo will carry her to le Comte’s room where he’ll insist she rest for the day in his bed so he can keep an eye on her. Comte will completely abandon his paperwork to sit by her side and stroke her hair, often asking Sebas to bring her fresh tea, fruit and whatever else she could need. While Leonardo will let MC cuddle up to his chest - and probably keep falling asleep - and act as the perfect boyfriend/ hot water bottle combo.
If she doesn’t speak it already, Comte will insist that he teaches MC French, sitting close by her side at his desk whilst she takes notes and encouraging her with kind compliments and softly stroking her back as she sounds out new words, “You’re learning so quickly, ma Cherie, bien fait.”
When Leonardo finds out that le Comte has been tutoring MC in French 1 on 1, he’ll instantly start teaching her Italian though, his teaching methods are a little different. He’ll have MC sat on his lap facing him, pressing meaningful kisses to different places he can reach to teach her the words - one word she’ll never forget is “Le labbra” since Leonardo just can’t bring himself to stop kissing her lips, smirking when she blushes that beautiful shade of pink over and over again.
“This isn’t fair,” Isaac’s weak and dramatic voice echoed in the room, causing MC and Arthur to suppress their laughs. “Stop laughing!” Followed by a pout. Oh, Isaac did look cute when he was sick.
One of Comte’s good friends had thrown a huge New Year’s Eve party the day before, and all the residents attended. It was a chilly night, and everyone gathered in the huge garden outside to witness the fireworks at midnight. The three of them found a hidden corner, ensuring they could have their midnight kiss in peace. When MC started shaking in her fancy dress, Arthur gave her his coat to help warm her up. It did help, but she still shivered a little, her face red from the cold. Stubbornly refusing to go back inside, Isaac gave her his coat too, and the men wrapped their arms around her, keeping her warm between them while they enjoyed the beautiful lights exploding in the night sky.
Even though she was the human one, and Arthur had only worn long sleeves and a thin sweater after giving MC his coat, the result was that only Isaac got sick. Again. He spent the whole day sneezing, and by the afternoon, he was burning up with a fever.
“I’m sorry, darling,” she giggled and leaned down to kiss his forehead. Sitting beside his head, she leaned her back against the headboard, tenderly running her fingers through his hair in a way that practically made him purr.
“Why am I always the one to get sick?” He groaned.
“You want a real answer, or…?” Arthur trailed off, raising his eyebrow questioningly. He was sitting by Isaac’s foot, with his back against the wall.
“Shut up, Arthur.”
“Oh, luv, now don’t be like that!” A cheshire grin spread across the writer’s face. “You were starting to call me ‘darling’ when it was just us three.”
Isaac’s cheeks blushed intensely, and he averted his gaze to the ceiling. “You’re impossible.”
“Don’t tease him so much, Arthur,” she defended her sick boyfriend, gazing at him lovingly. “And how are you feeling?”
“I’m fine,” he sighed. “You two don’t have to stay here. You should go and have fun.”
“We’re not leaving you, Isaac,” she remarked.
“But you two-”
“No buts.” Arthur crossed his arms over his chest, as if annoyed, but the softness in his eyes said he just didn’t want to argue about it. “We won’t leave you alone when you’re sick. Doctor’s orders.”
“You’re the doctor.” Isaac furrowed his eyebrows and glanced back at him.
“Yes. And I ordered you to not be alone when you’re sick.” He smiled. “What kind of boyfriend would I be if I did that?”
“One that listens,” he grumbled. “I’m fine, really.”
“We are not going to our first date of the year without you, Isaac. Don’t be stubborn,” she stated in a tone that left no room for trying to change their minds. “We three are in a relationship, and the special date was meant for us to enjoy together. So accept that we love you, and we won’t leave you. Ever.”
They had plans of going on a date on the first day of the year. She had this tradition of ‘doing on the first day what you want to do for the rest of the year’. Arthur and Isaac thought it was silly, but they loved making her happy, so they were going to spend the first day on a special date, enjoying each other’s company and basking in their love.
“Ugh, fine.” He tried to sound annoyed, but his red cheeks betrayed him.
“We can still have our date here,” she said. “We can eat something nice together and stargaze on the balcony later. What do you think about it, doctor? Can he go to the balcony for a few minutes?”
Arthur chuckled. “Yes, it’s fine. If he feels like it, we can help him. I’ll carry you, if you want,” he said looking at his boyfriend.
“Please don’t!” Isaac said exasperated. “For God’s sake, never do that.”
“Don’t hurt my feelings, luv,” the writer feigned offense, but a smirk danced across his face.
“Alright, then I’ll go make us something really nice for dinner!” She got up and practically ran out of the room, given how excited she was. They smiled at her eagerness.
Arthur moved from his spot at the end of the bed to sit beside Isaac’s head, taking over MC’s previous task of caressing his hair and running his fingers through the strawberry-brown strands, causing Isaac to close his eyes.
“How are you really feeling?” he asked in a low voice. “You can’t hide anything from me. I can see that you’re trying to act tough not to worry our little bird.”
“It’s like a carriage ran me over,” he admitted, leaning against Arthur’s hand. “I’m tired, but I’m okay. And I think I can get up to eat and stargaze.” He opened one eye to peek at his boyfriend, a small smile on his face. “My doctor allowed it, so it’s gonna be fine.”
“I suppose it is,” Arthur smiled back. “And if you’re tired, try to sleep a little bit while she is making us dinner.” He kissed Isaac’s forehead. “I’m not going anywhere.”
The physicist closed his eye again and nodded slowly, already drowsy. He took one hand from underneath the blanket and placed it over Arthur’s thigh beside his head. He didn’t say anything, but the writer clearly understood what he wanted. Smiling, Arthur laced their hands together and kissed his knuckles, eliciting a sigh from the physicist — he really was adorable when he was sick. It didn’t take more than a few minutes for Isaac to fall asleep. Arthur leaned his head against the headboard and stared at the ceiling, his eyelids growing heavy too.
When MC came back, she was met with the sight of Arthur slumped beside Isaac, as if he had fallen asleep in a sitting position and slid down until he was lying down with him. Their hands were intertwined in a death grip, and the other arm of the writer draped over Isaac’s body protectively. The physicist had his face buried on his boyfriend’s chest, and they were sleeping soundly, with peaceful expressions on their faces. She wished she had a camera to take a photo and keep it forever.
Placing the tray with their dinner on the coffee table, she padded her way to the bed. Doing her best not to shuffle too much and wake them up, she settled on Isaac’s back and placed her arm over them, trying to reach Arthur as well in the hug. With a content sigh, she closed her eyes. They could eat later.
I had time today, plus I'm excited about Vlad's route, so I did a sketch. It's a scene from my fic, ekphrastic for the mad king, because lol why not.
His eyes are locked onto yours. They’re red, so very red. His lips part and you can see his tongue move to lick the blood off your finger.
Based the MC on the game's character design. It's been a while since I drew something so this is a good feeling!
WAIT DO YOU HAVE A CONDOM?!?!!!
Has anybody ever thought about when MC and their respective suitor started getting intimate, and MC's brain goes straight to "wait-do you have a condom?" and they're just like "....wut???" Like you went from 21st century to the 16th or 19th century, so you have to stop them and explain to them the uses of condoms and what it's for. Like:
~~~
MC: Wait!
Nobunaga: ?
MC: *automatically* did you bring a condom?
Nobunaga: ?????
~~~
MC: Wait!
Leonardo: ?
MC: *automatically* Do you have a condom?
Leonardo: .....a wut?
