not to bring this up AGAIN but i cant believe they did that to ilsa

#watching fallout and im trying to pretend mi7 doesnt exist but 😬😬😬😬#literally how do you ruin a character that badly #shes my fav mi character and one of my favourite female characters in general cause shes written so well #and then that happened 🙄#obviously mcq doesn’t deserve the hate he got for it but also i hope he knows what he did was shitty #it doesnt make sense story wise #its a horrible ending for her character #and its even worse if she comes back in the next movie thats awful writing no matter what #AND he just replaced her with some generic female character who had to be saved countless times throughout the movie 😐#not to mention the way he and tom talked about ilsa and how much work they put into her character in rogue nation and fallout #I DONT GET IT WHY THROW THAT ALL AWAY #im so upset #mi #ilsa faust

It just all feels more pointless now. I think i lost some of the spirit. I dont know if its temporary or how to get it back

#found myself less passionate about my ocs and their stories and about making them real one day #but not in a good way #its not letting me go of my perfectionism or whatever instead its just like. whats the point. theyre not that good anyways #theyre as in the stories #im increasingly aware of the plot holes and the parts that are kind of held together with string in order to make the plot make sense and--#--im not sure if anyone ever could get as passionate about them as i was?#especially since like. *i* dont feel as passionate abt them as i said.#my main baby my main oc project that i cherished and hoped to make real in some way now feels like i should keep it private.#the other one that i was hoping to make into my first long term project remains unfinished plot-wise and i dont feel motivated to work--#--on it further #the one that i think has an alright plot that i could share is just kinda in the bg #and also i always felt like i was good at like...symbolism...metaphors...parallels...this kinda stuff #i felt like my stories were something you could dig into #now it feels like i overestimated them #and theyre actually painfully simple and just. idk. feels like theyre not that good #maybe its because i recently didnt have time to work on them?#and fell into a fandom that has a painfully not-deep story where i also often feel like other ppl in the community dont want me there #maybe i gotta get away from that lol #but it doesnt feel like its gonna help. idk what will.#all of this isnt giving me any relief its just making me feel empty and like i thought too greatly of myself #bcs i still want to Make things and stories and now i just feel like im lacking at that??

#sorry i remembered hidden inventory arc n im insane about them again :(( SAD LITTLE GAY PEOPLE IN MY PHONE!!!#nah but it just...OUGHHH they make me so upset!!!#its just they way they start out immediately understanding each other bc gojo has been alone on a pedestal basically his entire life+#but then he meets geto who treats him like a normal dude!!! not a weapon!!! and just watching them annoy each other as normal teens +#makes me emotional bc theres so much cruelty and just DEATH in their world but at the least they have each other to get through it!!!#theyre the strongest together after all right!!! then toji happens and gojo starts to perfect his abilities with him automating infinity #and then the gap between the two just gets wider and wider...until the final confrontation where the one who understood gojo all this time #not only leaves him but calls him arrogant at the same time showing gojo the ONLY person who he though understood just..doesnt+#and hes left alone again in the same place he was years ago...AND OUGHHHHH #idk i watched a video analysis of hidden inventory where the guy said geto was just as egotistical as gojo except in having a savior comple #and tbh i never though of that before!! but looking back it makes sense with how he spoke to riko + the way he slaughtered the whole villag #to not just save the girls but also prove to himself that he could make the world he wanted #the guy in the video put it basically that since the gap between gojo and geto was so wide geto would rather be the best villain+#than second best hero and that makes a lot of sense since his ideals/goals as a villain go against his usual rational behavior #he KNOWS its probably impossible (for him at least it wouldnt be for gojo which he admits) but he has to do it for himself #sorry im rambling but AHHHHHH how tf did gege write this??? its such a small part of the story but its arguably the catalyst for everything #aside from plot wise it simply just is impactful emotionally! gege had to go thru a toxic codependent homoerotic friendship to write this+#theres just no other way #jjk #jujustu kaisen #gojo satoru #geto suguru #satosugu

i have complex feelings about it but in td when karkat is actually like fully integrated, he is much more static because the story is... Less directly affecting him? hes there as Dave's Boyfriend largely

#Shitpost #it doesnt help that like plot wise hes literally an accessory #and im sort of. Like. Its On Purpose?#i feel a little bad about it lmao but in a way its also like. To me.#like. How its going to be when a character (metagamer nonetheless) ends up on an adventure that wasnt intended for him #hes literally Not Supposed To Be There #and hes only there because 1. Actual Coincidence 2. His Aspect (which is used to foil him and Hal)#and 3. Because i realized Dave would need a support and Karkat made the most sense for reasons 1 and 2 #because if i had no karkat dave would struggle way more in ways that dont assist the story #In my original concepts i was going to have a 'this universes karkat' but doubling the trolls was going to be too much work #so i just uh. erased them instead and decided no trolls in side A #what happened to them isnt the story and i dont want to make room for something unnecessary #(see: me keeping calliopes game offscreen even though i do know it)#(Shes playing darts by herself :) )#Anyways. Karkat is Important he just is like a secondary cast member #And sometimes i feel bad about that but if he wasnt the story would get too crazy lol #and its already too huge haha #Not tagging with the fic tag because idk

forever amazed at how cc accidentally wrote will and jem being in love. like in the text theyre explicitly in love but then afterwards on tumblr she was like no that was not how i intended it but it's ok if you interpret it that way :) (after which she did write it into the text explicitly but whatevs) like how do you accidentally do that how does that happen how do you write the words "jem is my great sin dont talk to me about jem" and not mean to imply anything HOW

#i got to the part in clockwork prince where jem says he needs less of the drug & he says its bc of tessa #but that doesnt make sense. what would however make sense if it was parabatai curse stuff #which COINCIDENTALLY makes sense story-wise as the timeframe jem describes is literally the same timeframe #he said he 'felt will's walls coming down'#which implies it's not tessa but rather will doing this to him. because theyre in love. insane #it could obviously just be a coincidence but considering she was likely planning tda around the time she wrote cp1 #i just dont Get how it's an ACCIDENT #deadass the gayest thing to happen in the whole book and will literally kisses a man #personal #tid #tid reread 2

#barbie #like from what i remember it was just kinda Ominous Box but there didnt seem to be any signs it wouldnt do what will ferrell said it would #and like you can chelk her bailing at the last second up to her being conflicted about going back to barbieland or not but #the fact that she runs as theyre tightening the twist ties makes it read as more to do with fear of the box itself #and like the ceo's goal was to get her back to barbieland anyways and she was primed to want the same thing at that point #because she'd just gone through the Horrible Real World Experiences wringer so even if it was just based on internal #conflict that wouldnt be the time to do it #i think story wise it wouldve been better to either a) cut the box out entirely‚ b) make the ceo Actually Evil and have the box do #worse than just. be a teleport chamber?#(and yeah ik ik like him and his men chase her down which is upsetting to her but he's not like. maliciously #motivated really? like he wasnt looking to kidnap her and hold her prisoner or smth like. she wanted home‚ he wanted to #send her home‚ and then she bails for no discernable reason other than Thats How The Plot Goes)#or c) have her accept the box and have it work to teleport her home but then have the seeds of doubt that have already started in #her grow organically as she lives a few more days in perfect barbieland and is like Wow Actually This Life Sucks For Me #then have ken come back and do his whole takeover while she's distracted by something #for example thats how you could integrate the mom and daughter back in is have her find out they did send her back and #come out to barbieland to investigate thinking it /was/ against her will #idk the box was just weirdly implemented as a plot device imo #like theres a lot of things in the movie that don't make any sense outside of 'you know‚ like how barbies do?'#which sometimes works and sometimes doesnt

Also I dont know why but in my head the dcau/btas version of bruce is fucking huge. 6’5 at minimum, meanwhile canon bruce cannot exceed 6’3 in any capacity, including boots. He’s tall sure but not Huge like btas bruce.

Like there’s a reason old man bruce is still intimidating as hell and it’s not just the cane and Ace. At the same time there’s probably a good dozen or so videos from back in the day of Brucie Wayne smacking his forehead on the frame of a car door while getting in and out of a lambo and on low door frame’s in the manor. He did it exactly once walking through a crime scene by accident in the early days as Batman and Jim remembered it forever, even if he never brought it up.

Old man bruce is still taller than canon bruce even with a cane. Terry complains about being tiny even though he’s average height, and noone from the canon batfam understands why until they finally meet old man bruce. Its another check on the “Terry is NOT Bruce’s Bio-Son” list that they’ve been working on.
