I haven't done one of these in foreeeever but @a-biochemist-not-a-bird wanted to hear about the Black Widow!Sinara AU so... ;)

They all hear about it. How could they not? Romanova, they sneer. Traitor, they spit. Americans, they growl. Freedom, Sinara thinks, in the privacy of her own mind, so quickly come and gone that she does not look at it too closely. Instead, she snaps to attention when Madame gestures her closer, with that slight crook of her finger that always spells doom. Not for Sinara, this time. “Yelena Belova,”Madame says and Sinara goes to fetch her. They think Romanova might have had help. They don’t really think that, Sinara suspects. But they need to take their anger out somehow, through the girl who was once on a mission with the traitor, through Sinara, who doesn’t mind her bleeding knuckles when it means it’s not her face, when it means Madame did not guess her thoughts of treason, fleeting as they were.

"fun" fact: i have not touched the doc since march 2022. i did not need this info xD

But hey, maybe 2024 is the year I get back to writing!

I have to say, I love playing my Agents of Shield Sims save; they keep doing things that are appropriate for the characters. 

Case in point Kasius and Sinara adopted not just any cat, but Mr. Whiskers - I tried to take a screenshot but the game won’t let you on the families panel. Kasius would adopt the cat who wears a top hat. He’s such a fancypants. Also, if cats were still a thing in dystopian future, Kasius would totally have one. 

Case #2: Jemma and Fitz just got abducted by aliens at the exact same time. It’s almost as if the Chronicoms took them to their mind prison.

Christmas Traditions - a Kasinara Fic

Merry Christmas Lou @apathbacktoyou I had a lot of fun writing this for you. Hope you enjoy!

I actually started with this prompt and then made it more Kree-friendly: Character A loses a bet and has to wear a different ugly Christmas sweater every day till Christmas. Character B works at a clothes store.

Written for @agentsofchallenges for the secret santa.

Summary - When Faulnak challenges him to wear ugly sweaters for 25 days, Kasius can’t just say no or he’ll never hear the end of it. He enlists the help of Sinara to help him in exchange for a place in his personal guard. But what he finds is that the Terrans may have some good ideas after all.

There had been stories about soulmates for as long as Kasius could remember. About how your soulmate can heal you from any injury and illness, just by being near you. He believed in the stories with all his heart as a small child. They had been so beautiful. But then his mother died, even though his father had been right there. Once he had finished mourning his mother, he had mourned the notion of soulmates.

me reading that summary: and then he met Sinara and everything was beautiful again, right? 🥺🥺🥺 And, well... I am delighted to report that... yes 😭😭😭😭😭💙💙 Everything WAS beautiful again!! It did take a lot of angst to get there, and even an almost-death that had my heart genuinely jumping into my throat (Lou, it’s HILARIOUS how much you’ve gotten me to ship Kasinara with these, fsjdflksdjflsdjf, babies) but in the end, this was one of the loveliest things I’ve read!! I was beaming so much by the end, and, yes, I may have wiped away a happy tear or two. IT WAS JUST PERFECT OKAY!!! And such a wonderful soulmate setting - really, this is just an incredible work, through and through.
