Preheat oven to 450F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice the cabbage in half then into smaller slices, making the "dough" of the pizza. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Roast these in the oven for 15 - 20 minutes. Chop up the green onions and the corned beef. Once the cabbage is ready to take out of the oven, smear the whole grain mustard onto the cabbage pieces. Top with corned beef and shredded cheddar cheese. Easy vegetarian 'sausage' rolls Ingredient 👉Save this post for recipe. 👉Follow @ketodietrecipe6 to get dialy Keto tips and recipes. 👉 Complete Keto diet free E book, Link in bio 1 tbs olive oil 1 brown onion finely chopped 2 garlic cloves 2 tsp Vegemite 1 pinch dried chilli flakes *optional 200 g button mushrooms coarsely chopped 1 cup sweet potato grated 400 g canned brown lentils drained rinsed 2 tsp fresh thyme leaves 150 g colby cheese cut into 1cm pieces 2 sheets frozen puff pastry just thawed 1 egg lightly whisked 1 tomato sauce *to serve 1 pinch salt and pepper *to taste Method Preheat oven to 200C/180C fan-forced. Line 2 baking trays with baking paper. Heat the oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the onion. Cook, stirring often, for 4-5 minutes or until soft. Add the garlic, Vegemite and chilli (if using) and cook, stirring, for 30 seconds or until aromatic. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring often, for 5 minutes or until soft and the liquid has evaporated. Add the sweet potato and cook, stirring, for 2 minutes or until softened. Stir in the lentils and thyme. Season. Transfer to a large heatproof bowl. Set aside, stirring often, for 15 minutes to cool. Stir in the cheese. Cut each pastry sheet in half. Place one quarter of the sweet potato mixture in a log shape along one long edge of the pastry. Brush the opposite edge with egg. Roll up tightly to enclose. Repeat with the remaining pastry and filling. Cut each roll into 4 pieces and place, seam-side down, on the prepared trays. Brush the pastry with egg and use a sharp knife to score lines into the top of the pastry. Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown. 👉Save this post for recipe. 👉Follow @ketodietrecipe6 to get dialy Keto tips and recipes. 👉 Complete Keto diet free E book, Link in bio Raspberry Muffins Easy 0:15 Prep 0:25 Cook 11 Servings Ingredients 1 1/2 cup plain flour 1/2 cup wholemeal atta flour 1/2 cup roasted almond meal 1 tbs lemon zest 2 tbs baking powder 1 tbs vanilla essence 2 tbs vanilla sugar 3 tbs coconut margarine 100 ml sunflower oil 400 ml almond milk 1 cup organic raw sugar 225 g frozen raspberries defrosted 1 cup icing sugar mixture Method Preheat oven to 180C and place muffin patty pans into your muffin tray. Add all ingredients into a food processor, except for the raspberries and icing sugar. Mix to a smooth batter. Place defrosted raspberries in a sieve and push down to carefully extract some of the juice out of the fruit. Set the juice aside. Remove raspberreis from seive and add the into the batter, mix carefully to combine and pour into muffin patty pans. Place in the oven and reduce heat to 170C. Bake for 25 minutes. Remove from the oven and set aside to cool. Meanwhile to make the icing, mix the icing sugar with the raspberry juice to a smooth consistency. Drizzle over cooled muffins and serve.
