No dia 29 de junho, nossa Maria, também conhecida como #Hwasa, abençoou a nação K-poper com seu novo lançamento, mostrando que a patroa TEM SIM vocais incríveis, TEM SIM uma performance impecável e TEM SIM um carisma contagiante.

Para o conceito de #Maria e elaboração desta #fanart, lembro muito da cena fortíssima já no começo do MV onde ela tenta acender um suposto cigarro e várias pessoas estendem seus isqueiros para “ajuda-la”.

Em sua letra, ela diz:

“Todo mundo tenta me odiar ao máximo

Isso alimenta eles?”

Queria ter conseguido ilustrar essa cena e não consegui :(

Ao invés disso, pensei em Hwasa como a deusa tropical, algo que acredito combinar muito com sua figura. Sempre penso que se nossa #maknae tivesse uma dupla cidadania, essa seria brasileira rsrs

Se me perguntarem qual a influência que Hwasa representa na minha vida, eu diria tranquilamente que ela me inspira a performar a imagem que eu quiser, independente se estou ou não dentro do padrão de beleza. Ela é tão confiante e tão Girl Power que palavras não são capazes de descrever o que é essa mulher!!!

Alias, #Mamamoo é um grande #GirlGroup e todas são muito incríveis e #empoderadas.

On the 29th of June, our Maria, also known as #Hwasa, blessed the K-poper nation with her new release, showing that our boss HAS YES incredible vocals, HAS YES an impeccable performance and HAS YES an infectious charisma.

For the concept of #Maria and elaboration of this #fanart, I remember the very strong scene at the beginning of the MV where she tries to light a supposed cigarette and several people extend their lighters to "help" her.

In her lyrics we can see:

“Everyone’s trying so hard to hate me

If they break me down

Does it feed them?”

Is she making fun of the context? – I loved it

I wish I could illustrate this scene :(

Instead, I thought of Hwasa as the tropical goddess, something that I think is very much in line with her figure. I always think that if our #maknae had dual citizenship, this would be Brazilian lol

If you ask me what influence Hwasa represents in my life, I would easily say that it inspires me to perform the image I want, regardless of whether or not I am within the standard of beauty. She is so confident and so Girl Power that words cannot describe what this woman is !!!

In fact, #Mamamoo is a great #GirlGroup and they are all very amazing and #empowered.
