“HEY Y/N” you whip around the the sudden shout out of your name to see your best friend running towards you fully speed. You smile and take a step to the side causing him to run past you he stops quickly skipping a few steps. “KYUNNNNNNNNNNGGG POOOOOOOO” you smile laughing at the dumb nickname you gave him awhile back. Kyungsoo clicks his tongue at you giving you a small smile “ you know I hate that nickname stupid” you laugh it off turning to continue walking towards your house. “Y/N. excuse me but do you know what today is by any chance?” you think for a second “hmmm the second year in a row you’ve been a pain in my ass?” The lean boy smiles and feigns sadness “oh how dare you. I am ever so offended that’s what you call this beautiful flower of friendship?” you stop walking and smile at him remembering how exactly you came to meet this boy.

- “baby come here” you fave towards the floor listening to some stupid senior boys try to cat call you from the other side of the hall. You kept walking passed them towards the library when you sat down at the nearest to the door. one of the boys sit down next to you putting his hand on your thigh “come on y/n you arent with that ugly ass kihyun anymore so let’s hang. I’ve always thought you were mad cute. so come on.’ you turn your head facing away from the vulgar boy trying to talk to you. He touches your thigh once more before your head whips towards him with a ugly sneer drawn across your face “why would I want to waste my time with the likes of you?” the boy in front if you scoffs tightening his hand around your thigh “don’t make me make you do this” your eyes widen as you see a unfamiliar familiar face put his hand on the boys shoulder. “she said leave her alone didn’t she?” the boy turns around and looks and clicks his tongue “i see you have this little shut standing up for you now. hate to break it to you pussy but she ain’t gonna give you none. The boy you recognize from your math class as Kyungsoo opens his mouth again with a cocky smirk “um yea no I don’t want that. If I was really desperate I could easily find someone that’s willing.” The boys brows furrow in anger “The fuck. you’re always so quiet in class. What the fuck makes you think you’re better than me with that high and mighty attitude.” “Its true that I don’t talk much but that was just me ignoring you.” the boy gets up and walks away after leaving a few comments behind like slut whore and . Kyungsoo looks at you and let’s out a deep breath “ that was nerve wrcking I don’t know how much longer I coulda kept that up. Hey we got math together right? I’m Kyungsoo. After that a large group of boys come in asking why he left so suddenly. kyungsoo explains and the boys laugh and welcome you in with open arms.-

You look at your best friend staring at you as if you grew a third eye. “wanna come over around 3 and watch a movie moms gonna be working late and she said you can come over and a few other of the boys” Kyungsoo nods and pulls out his phone “lemme call a few of them up. well make this amazing.”

*later* You get all the snacks ready and a large selection of movies in your comfy shorts and big tee shirt when you hear the door open. “HONEY I’M HOME” Kyungsoo exclaims as he throws himself over onto your couch with Lay following in pursuit landing on top of him. You lay on top of the two boys “is this everyone?” they both nod and start rambling about how everyone is studying or working or already had plans. You pout and roll of top of them on to the floor with a thud. “those jerks now I’m gonna be bored.” “HEY” Both boys shout in unison. Lay leaves halfway through the third movie his girlfriend suddenly calling him out saying she wants to eat he apologized as he was walking through the door. leaving only you and kyungsoo alone together. You lay your head down on his chest , something you usually do that doesn’t surprise anyone anymore, you close your eyes just listening to his heartbeat, it lulling you off to sleep before you even knew it. You wake up to a blanket over top of you and him. You turn over to see Kyungsoos sleeping face do close to yours, your heart skipping a small beat confusing you “HEY what are you doing here my mom will be pissed if she sees us together like this. "He opens one eye and in a husky voice replies ” she’s the one who covered us up idiot she came home to see you passed out on me and just told me we have to stay safe and threw a blanket over us. I was gonna leave but you looked so comfortable I didn’t want to wake you.“ Kyungsoo eyes shot opening noticing how close you two were and how your shirt was hanging dangerously low on your shoulder not to mention how close your lips were to his own. He swallowed deeply and cleared his throat "lets just go back to sleep y/n” you nod in agreement and nuzzle your face into his neck you feel your heart start to pound in your chest. You inhale his scent deeply wrapping yourself up in the smell, you feel one strong arm wrap itself around your waist and his lips againat your forehead. You close your eyes tight shuffling upwards and try not to move your face from his neck unoticing that your shirt fell down just below your breasts. You feel him tense up and he uses his free hand to pull your shirt all the way back up. You pull back blushing a deep crimson “I’m sorry” you stammer out as he just smiles his normal warm smile. “it’s fine y/n….” he sighs shakily looking at you “ hey… uh… y/n… I um I like you…. I think I have for awhile actually…. I never thought anything about it… but today I noticed just you laying on me like this makes me kind of crazy and you looked so soft. seeing you just now with your shirt falling made me feel weird. I dunno recently I just can’t get you out of my head. I’m sorry… we got school tomorrow let’s go back to sleep.” you open your mouth to respond but he already shut you out his face hiding in his arm. you warily lay back down and quickly fall asleep dreaming about nothing but the boy whose heartbeat sounds like music. The next morning you wake up to see him gone. You turn get ready and practically run to school. You stop in the doorway of kyungsoo’s classroom seeing him laugh and carry on as if nothing happened. "DID YOU MAKE THAT UP DO KYUNGSOO. WHAT YOU SAID LAST NIGHT. DID YOU LIE TO ME?. the group of boys you both hangout with look at him with wide eyes. Chen and Suho both gasping "YOU TOLD Y/N?!!! YEAAAAA!!” the 2 high five as the rest if the boys stare at you wide eyes. You turn forwards and grab kyungsoo’s chin pulling him in for a soft kiss “there’s your answer idiot.” The boys scream as if they just saw a 3 headed cow walk by and Kai claps him on the shoulder. a wide smile plays across his face as he turns and looks away his heart feeling as if itd pound out of his chest.
