La Zarra x Fem! Reader

“Zahra..?” You mumbled, following the older woman into the hotel room where you two stayed.

Locking the door behind you, you walked towards the balcony, where she stood, staring sadly at the view below.

You frowned at her upset state.

Well…. She wasn’t exactly upset, but she wasn’t happy either.

You rested your chin on her shoulder, the sharp gemstones attached to the black fabric of her dress stung your chin.

tip toeing slightly, you wrapped your arms around her waist. You could feel her tense up at the sudden affection. She looked at you, her tense state melting away once you locked eyes.

Her frown turned into a soft smile and her eyebrows left their furrowed condition as she turned around and peeled your arms from her waist, placing them behind her neck before wrapping her own arms around your waist.

Where they rightfully belong.

“What’s wrong? You were much happier a few seconds ago..” You whispered, giggling slightly as you remembered her flipping off the camera, rather elegantly..

Your laughter rang her ears like a melody, causing her lips to curve upwards once more as she pulled you closer to her, planting an enthusiastic kiss on your lips.

The kiss successfully painted your lips a light shade of red, making her chuckle.

That adorable, raspy laugh of hers always turned your cheeks beet red.

“Just…a little disappointed, Chérie.” She muttered tiredly against your lips, smiling at your flustered state. She squeezed you a little tighter as she gazed into your eyes.

“Are you sure?” You questioned.

“I’m sure.” She replied, smiling softly before kissing you again, this time slower, deeper.

The two of you swayed slowly to the tune of the gentle breeze that was blowing through the balcony.

You hummed contently with each kiss that your girlfriend planted onto your lips. With each kiss, the lipstick on your lips became more visible. Like a painter, painting over the faded color with fresh paint. Over and over again until the vibrant color was completely visible.

“Je t'aime, ma chère.” She whispered.
