I HOPE YOU ENJOY!!

So, you caught the attention of the lead biochemist at Cognito Inc!

And The Gang? They might just be sick of hearing about you!

Alright, so Andre? He is not expecting literally any romantic action in the office, and he was definitely NOT expecting to fall head over heels for the new intern who just came to give him some papers he needed.

So, when he does? And he sits in his chair holding the papers so tightly that they crinkle in his hands and start sputtering like an old lawnmower. You would walk out with a small wave and while his blush is rushing up to his ears he waves back meekly.

The papers you gave him were very much forgotten in favor of him trying to figure out… well he would start with your name. You know him as “The office wild card” but you don’t think much of it. That is until you keep noticing him.

Now you know that the office is big - (and even that is an understatement in all honestly). And that seeing people around the office more than once a day is inevitable… but you don’t understand why he keeps looking at you, or why he is up on the main floor when his office is at least twelve floors underground and the meeting room he goes to is two floors above this one. But what’s more confusing is that he’s nervous. Like you may not have talked to him as much as some of the other people in the office, but you start trying.

I mean it starts small, you waving and saying hello when you walk by him on your way to deliver papers to someone. You try to make small talk when he’s grabbing lunch or drinking at McULTRA’S. You notice him looking at you when you eat, so you wave and he almost knocks over his drink as he rushes to look like he’s doing anything else.

His friends are astounded by your “powers” - (some of them seem like they are suspicious but it’ll be fine) - they are also going to try and push you two together, despite Andre’s pleas that he isn’t ready, and for them to STOP but they don’t. But suddenly you are more aware of the fact that he’s looking at you with this longing look. And that when you talk he pays more attention than he does when almost anyone else does.

Andre’s side? HE IS FULL OF PANIC! His heart is beating out of his chest, his voice keeps getting stuck in his throat and when you walk by he can’t seem to take his eyes off of you! He doesn’t know what to do! But he does know that Myc is absolutely sick of his shit- LIKE HE WILL NOT SHUT UP ABOUT YOU!

Myc sits and begrudgingly listens as Andre talks about “how soft your hands look”, or “how nice you looked with your hair styled yesterday.” This man is his friend, BUT! HE WOULD RATHER LISTEN TO HIM TALK ABOUT HIS HIGHT STAKES ELDER SCROLLS CAMPAIGN THAN THIS. Like his friend deserves to be happy but MY GOD! Clearly, this is new to him- it is more than apparent. But he still has to listen to it, all the time.

And now? It’s the entire gang’s problem. He’s still Andre, but now every time he’s going somewhere that would be expected? They have to listen to him converse with himself about whether or not a rave would be something you like, whether you would enjoy yourself? Do you even like music? Drugs? Parties!?!??

Please spare him and EVERYONE ELSE IN THE OFFICE. Ask this man on a date, and tell him your feelings for him. You stop him in the hallway and wave him down, you try and rush by the formalities as you see the blush rushing to his face (It’s really cute) and whether you ask him on a first date over coffee or something, or you just tell him you like him too, he will have the exact same reaction.

He is going to try and act cool, but it will have the same awkward cuteness that he always radiates. But he’s holding his breath, his face is bright red, his eyes sparkling, and his hands are shaking just a little bit as they excitedly swat against his sides. Once he remembers that he also has to, yknow... breathe he will yell out a nervous but still excited “YES!”

Either way? Both of you are smitten, and honestly? One of, if not THE cutest couple in the office.

brave new venture: trying intuitive eating for real this time (with a side of easy ground rules: 1 meal before work so my brain doesn't malfunction and one meal after work so i won't wake up in the middle of the night with hunger cramps), inspired by my nostalgia for the 5 day school trip to Amsterdam where we were only provided breakfast at the hostel and had to organise other meals ourselves, and spend 10+ hours exploring the city and studying the history/culture/architecture. loved buying little treats like baby carrots and cold cuts and crispbread and small boxes of fruits and veggies that were close to going bad for lunch/dinner from the supermarket sale sections each evening <3

#i'm just so tired of counting calories after 3 years of religiously logging every single thing going into my body #like the chronic pain and fatigue are not going anywhere no matter how much or how little i eat or what i eat or don't eat #so it's whatever at this point #i'm much happier munching on baby carrots and cucumber slices and apples and other snack stuff anyway ✌#food is such a bullshit struggle fr always has been for me #like i don't feel hunger unless my stomach literally cramps and makes me feel sick #but when i eat one bite i CANNOT STOP BECAUSE SUDDENLY I FEEL ALL THE HUNGER AT ONCE #anyway. baby carrots pls save me. also chicken nuggies pls save me.#would this whole thing be considered an ed????? or is this just my generally abnormal brain? we just don't know #anyway just trying to put a varied array of food into my body and hope for the best

soft zhongchi thoughts orbiting around in my head like soup in a microwave

childe really loves it when zhongli cups his face and strokes his cheek. it’s such a simple gesture but as someone as touch starved as childe it means a lot. sometimes zhongli talks in his low and gentle voice about how beautiful childe is and how much he adores him, other times he’ll just let his comforting actions lull childe to sleep ♡

every time zhongli rubs his thumb over childe’s cheek, childe can’t help but close his eyes and lean into the touch, letting out a little sigh like all the tension just left his body. he resembles a cat purring in contentment as you stroke under their chin, and zhongli finds it absolutely adorable ♡
