Amanda, 24, lives mostly isolated and has never had any friends, even if it's the thing she wants the most. She chooses as her new mission to convince her childhood friend that they are still best friends.

For the most part pleasantly weird.

Despite the fact that the movie often has an amusing undertone it seems clear to me that Amanda has some more serious problems. Which isn't surprising given the behaviour of many of the members of the two families around her.

The interesting composition of many scenes makes it a visually pleasing watch.

NUEVA YORK ,  7 DE SEPTIEMBRE DE 2022: El  célebre actor  Robert Pattinson  será el curador de la última edición de la subasta  Contemporary Curated de Sotheby's  , seleccionando una edición de seis obras de arte superlativas de la venta que resonaron personalmente con él y hablan de sus propios gustos en el arte. La selección de Pattinson abarca una variedad de medios, desde la escultura hasta la pintura y el collage, y mezcla nombres establecidos, como Richard Serra y Willem de Kooning, con estrellas emergentes como Genieve Figgis y Lynette Yiadom-Boakye, para presentar una visión caleidoscópica del arte contemporáneo. desde la posguerra hasta hoy. La subasta en vivo tendrá lugar en Sotheby's Nueva York el 30 de septiembre, con una exposición del 23 al 29 de septiembre.

Hablando de su proceso curatorial y sus propios gustos personales en el arte, Pattinson comentó: ' Lo que busco es cuando una pieza tiene su propio lenguaje. No necesariamente se siente como si solo existiera por sí mismo y tiene una presencia que vibra con un poco de vida. Tiene la capacidad de comunicarse contigo en una especie de nivel primordial. Me balanceo entre cosas que se sienten muy profundas, cósmicas y ajenas. Entonces, incluso en el otro lado, también me gustan las cosas subversivas, traviesas y ligeramente peligrosas…” 

El consejo de Pattinson para los coleccionistas es:  “Solo adquiera piezas que le van a encantar, pase lo que pase. Tener algo que vas a conservar por el resto de tu vida es probablemente la mejor idea”.

Desde 2013, Sotheby's Contemporary Curated Auctions en Nueva York, con ediciones en Londres, Milán y Hong Kong, ha invitado a una figura influyente de campos tan diversos como la música, los negocios, la moda, el cine y la cultura para curar especialmente un grupo de obras de los artistas contemporáneos y de posguerra más buscados que muestran sus gustos e intereses únicos. Los curadores anteriores incluyen a Swizz Beatz, Margherita Missoni, Oprah Winfrey, Steve Aoki, Jay Chou, Ellie Goulding, Kim Jones y Cynthia Erivo, entre otros. Basado en obras de arte excepcionales, cada creador de tendencias agrega un punto de vista editorial único a cada venta.
