A guide to Dinamo Zagreb
An introduction for my Milan mutuals, by your local hrvatskaboo who occasionally watches Dinamo.
Goalkeepers
Tumblr media
Dominik Livaković (or Livi) is the first goalie and vice captain of the team. He’s been with them for god knows how long because he refuses to sign for some shitty english club. He often has a worried expression on his face, but he has seen horrors beyond your comprehension as the goalie for Dinamo and the Croatian national team. Looks like a tall worried frog when he’s wearing green. Don’t underestimate him though. He’s saved our asses so many times.
On the bench: Daniel Zagorac, Ivan Nevistić
Defenders
Tumblr media
Dino Perić is the tallest guy on the pitch at roughly 1,98 m. This absolute unit of a man is one of my personal faves. But don’t be scared, he’s a gentle soul. He will cry if he’s injured or gets a red card. Literally, there’s multiple sad photo’s of this. He’s an avid reader and very smart, but dumb enough to fall for crypto currency. We’ve nicknamed him Finance boy.
Stefan Ristovski might be a familiar name for some of you. He captained North-Macedonia when they beat Italy in the World Cup qualification. Please don’t hate him! He kinda looks like Ante if you squint (and you’re missing Ante really badly) so I’ve nicknamed him Makedante.
Rasmus Lauritsen is a surprise name. Somehow a Danish guy got lost in Croatia and signed for this club. He seems to like it a lot, but the hot weather sometimes gets too much for him and then he decided to shave his entire head. Hence his nickname Baldritsen.
The others (I don’t have much to say about them): Sadegh Moharrami, Daniel Štefulj, Kevin Théophile-Catherine, Josip Šutalo, Emir Dilaver.
Midfielders
Tumblr media
Robert Ljubičić is the one with that big head of curls. You can’t miss him, unless he decided to wear a bun, which is a crime. He’s a young talent and really surprised us this year!
Luka Ivanušec has made a couple of appearances for the national team and is definitely one to watch. How do you find him? Well, he appears to have a big d*ck as it’s basically always on display, bulging out of his shorts. Yeah I’m serious.
Martin Baturina looks baby, is baby. He’s 19 but you better watch out. Consider yourselves warned about this massive talent.
Arijan Ademi captains the team and you may also know him from that lovely North-Macedonian squad. You laugh at his underbite while he fouls the shit out of you.
Petar Bočkaj was deemed too fat by Dinamo officials at the beginning of the season, but in this house we don’t judge. It’s called thicc and he proved he can definitely score goals with that plump body.
Also there: Antonio Marin, Josip Mišić, Marko Bulat.
Forwards
Tumblr media
Mislav Oršić is a name you should know. He has scored hat-tricks in both the Champion’s League and the Europa League before. Famous for kicking out Spurs last year, for that he earned the nickname Daddy. Last week he scored the goal against Chelsea. He seems to hate English clubs in particular but who knows what he’ll do against Milan...
Bruno Petković is that handsome man up front who will bodyslam his way to goal and then try to do a bicycle kick. He can be really good, but sometimes his goal-drought is worrying. Together with Ivanušec he makes Team Big D*ck and not just in energy.
Also watch out for: Mahir Emreli, Josip Drmić, Gabriel Rukavina, Luka Menalo, Dario Špikić.

𝐈𝐒 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐌𝐄𝐀𝐍𝐓 𝐓𝐎 𝐁𝐄 𝐀𝐅𝐑𝐀𝐈𝐃, 𝐒𝐇𝐄 𝐖𝐎𝐍𝐃𝐄𝐑𝐒? Is that why a shiver races up her spine and prickles at her neck? Is it why her lips part, and her pulse quickens? These things happen naturally now — and are indeed such commonplace occurrences that Marin cannot decipher what should frighten her more — a vampire, or the man who all but owns her soul. Of course, the woman could simply be pretending. Dominik doesn’t pretend when he holds cold metal to her head and spins the chamber, laughing like the monster he is. Why should she be afraid of one monster more than the next?
These meetings — times that she’s sent away from Dominik to handle his business — they are meant to be reprieves. Sometimes they are — sometimes the men and women involved are kind to her. Sometimes, they aren’t. Nevertheless, Marin is no more than an actress who plays her role terribly well. She’s never had a formal education — but could pass for high society with relative ease — beautiful and seductive and brought up by a governess who had made her into what she needed to be for the role she was meant to fill.
Her exposure to the outside world has thus been limited. The books she reads or the television she’s watched are all pre-approved by Dominik himself — unless she’s watched something with one of his investors. Some of them just need gentle companionship, she’s learned. Those times are nice. It’s how she knows of vampires at all. Immortal and beautiful and deadly — but with weaknesses that make their quality of life less. Too much power always needs an easy weakness. Something to exploit. And what exactly would Dominik want with a vampire? She doesn’t want to think about it. In any case, she’s here. Failure would be worse in any case.      “You must have a lot of stories, then,” she decides on. A middle-ground is almost always the best path — keeps them guessing, and makes them feel seen at the same time. She doesn’t deny that which she does not understand, nor does she give it any credibility. A real vampire would hold so much power. Something that Marin has tried to claw out and grasp — a chance to turn her world around. “And you must be very powerful.”
Aphrodite can sense the fear. See the other woman's lips parting, sense her pulse quickening. So she laughs. It's almost a giggle. "No need to fear, darling." Aphrodite isn't planning on eating her. She had simply wanted to see her reaction to the knowledge. At least, that's what she thinks now. Aphrodite's moods and thoughts can be rather changeable. But for now she has no plans to eat the other woman. She prefers to spend time with women, anyway. And eat men. That's all they are good for in her opinion. Yes, Aphrodite truly feels that way.
"I won't bite." She adds. Notice she hadn't said 'I don't bite.' Only that she won't, at this point in time. Of course, if necessary Aphrodite is more than capable of defending herself. But she's hoping it won't become necessary. She's hoping that she and the other woman could have some fun. And where's the fun in easy prey? Nowhere at all, in Aphrodite's view.
She can sense the other woman's curiosity. Can tell that she's wondering what her boss could possibly want with a vampire. Aphrodite lets out another laugh. "Your boss doesn't know a thing about me, darling. This is our little secret. Men are so easy to fool. Especially when they think they aren't." At least, that's her perspective on the matter. She had tried to hide her vampire secret from him. (What was his name again? Humans are inconsequential to Aphrodite, especially men.) But she hadn't had to try very hard. If he was really intelligent, he could've figured it out. But as far as Aphrodite knows he hadn't. And here she is.
Tumblr media
When the other woman mentions having a lot of stories, Aphrodite nods. "Oh, yes. The things I could tell you..." Aphrodite has many stories. As for power, yes. She has that as well. And it had been one of the main reasons she had wanted to become a vampire in the first place. Her sire, an older woman who was a vampire, had eventually left her. But she had given Aphrodite the gift of power. And she doesn't intend to waste it. "As for power, I have tons of it." A pause, a smile that looks like a smirk. "Would you like to experience such power?" Aphrodite asks, her smirk-smile still in place. In all the centuries she's lived, she's never sired another vampire. But a part of her feels a bit for the young woman. So under the thumb of others. Of a man, no less. Aphrodite is reminded of someone. Of herself. Her human self. It had been so long ago, but Aphrodite had once seen no way out either. Luckily, she had found one in the form of her sire. And if she can offer the same way out to this woman, well, it would be her version of a good deed.
Aphrodite is not usually in the business of helping others. But she is willing to try it in this case. She truly is reminded of her past self. And that makes her want to help the young woman get out, in the only way she can. Of course, Aphrodite could also always eat the young woman's boss. That would be another way of getting her out from under him. Either way, Aphrodite would be willing to act. Of course, she'll probably have to flee the area soon after. But she's willing to take that risk. At least, that's how she feels now.

request rules and guidelines
☆ requests are open | closed
as of now I write for:
trent alexander arnold
pablo gavi
jude bellingham
pedri gonzalez
dominik szoboszlai
but I'm more than happy to take requests for anyone else, but those are my mains at the moment
what do I write:
I write blurbs, longer fics and rambles— mostly fluff and angst (I'm only a girl 😓) I suck at writing smut tbh, but maybe I'll venture that route someday
guys, I am a mood writer and get writers block for like a solid month sometimes, so I'm sorry if your requests are left just marinating in my drafts with like two words 😭😭 but I'll make sure to get them out asap!
things I will not!! write for:
anything containing abuse (of any kind!)
non-consensual situations and overall toxicity (I like my flags green thank you very much)
anything that makes me uncomfortable or I just can't manage to find a liking to (certain kinks because I am left in shock by the things I see omw)
if I do come across something of the sort I'll just ignore it and carry on with something else
I'm sorry if this put any of you off, but we all have boundaries so let's respect them. we're here to have a good time and run away from out real life problems and hyperfixate like antisocial teenage girls
I wouldn't even mind having normal conversations with you guys, like seriously. you saw something funny? send it over. you're upset over a match or a football player is going off the rails? spill the tea sis.
I'll probably post a list of get-to-know-me questions sometime soon so that I'm not just some random author lmao, and from that you can ask away and I'll answer :)

12/8/23 SmackDown - CM Punk returns to SmackDown
Hell has already frozen over on RAW, and it's hard to think of the exact reason as to why CM Punk would be appearing on SmackDown.
The primary event focus is on Tribute to the Troops, WWE's SmackDown branded collaboration with the US Military.
Tumblr media
The show kicked off with a performance of "God Bless America" by The War and Treaty.
JBL was then revealed to be on commentary for the episode of SmackDown. It makes sense since JBL's gimmick was being the most American man in the WWE during the attitude era.
Tumblr media
Santos Escobar vs Dragon Lee
A rematch from their Survivor Series matchup, these two compete in a first round tournament bracket for a #1 contender's match against Logan Paul's US Championship.
The match was incredibly brutal and fun to watch. They matched in pace and energy in the ring and rolled with each other pretty well, which made the match even more satisfying. The deadbeat dad comments made about Rey Mysterio on commentary were hilarious, which made the viewing experience more enjoyable. The match ended in a victory for Santos Escobar, pinning Dragon Lee clean on the canvas. This match is an 8/10
Tumblr media
Kevin Owens breaking his hand may end up being a work, as he is still scheduled to face Austin Theory and Grayson Waller.
We then got a preview for Dragon Lee vs Dominik Mysterio in the midcard of NXT Deadline, which I will also be doing an article on after the UFC card this Saturday.
Cody Rhodes then appeared on SmackDown to make a promo. His nickname has the word American in it, so it makes sense as to why he's here. The American Nightmare spoke praise on the US army service members in the arena and watching at home. Cody then previewed a video package on the history of Tribute to the Troops which included a John Cena interview and speech on the US army soldiers.
Tumblr media
Cody then announced the US Army Drill Team.
Bobby Lashley vs Karrion Kross
Former US Army Sergeant Bobby Lashley makes an appearance at the Tribute to the Troops event, to face Karrion Kross. Bobby being cheered kinda felt weird because of his character playing the heel.
Immediately afterwards, Montez Ford was featured in a video package speaking as a marine corp veteran.
Karrion Kross is rarely seen on television, but has an incredibly entertaining entrance, with the lights and the entrance music. It is criminal that Karrion Kross is not used on TV as much.
Bobby Lashley ended up beating Karrion Kross and advancing in the US Championship tournament. 7/10 match.
Tumblr media
CM Punk Segment
CM Punk then made his entrance to make his first promo on SmackDown in a long time. This is also not his first Tribute to the Troops appearance.
CM Punk basked in the CM Punk chants from the audience and made reference to the brand split, signing with RAW or SmackDown and running down the positives and negatives of being on either brand, makes reference to Cody Rhodes, teases entry to the Royal Rumble in 2024, criticizes and antagonizes Roman Reigns. When he referred to him as "people that aren't here" I thought he was talking about MJF, who has spoken about a bidding war of 2024.) CM Punk then made a dig at how he is the original Paul Heyman guy in wrestling.
The most shocking part of CM Punk's promo was when someone in the audience yelled Kevin Owens' name and CM Punk picked up on it.
"Someone said Kevin Owens. Kevin Owens, that'd be interesting, right? Can I tag with Kevin Owens? Maybe I can fight with Kevin Owens. Let's pump the breaks on that one just for a second. Kevin's a little bit prickly, and I mean to say is that him and I are probably too much alike. I don't know who would feel comfortable working with somebody who randomly just punches people in the face backstage. I mean, it's 2023 ladies and gentlemen, you just can't be doing stuff like that. That's insane."
Tony Khan reported that legally he could not speak on CM Punk's firing in AEW, and here CM Punk appears to be making reference to the events of the 2023 All In's backstage brawl. This is very interesting to see.
Punk then shoots on Seth Rollins, the World Heavyweight Champion over at RAW. Punk makes fun of how Seth is less of a breadwinner and less of a draw than his wife, Becky Lynch. Continuing on, he also said that all Seth had was a song that was over with the crowd
Punk wrapped it up by saying that he'd be on the next episode of RAW to announce where he'd be signing, which I will be covering. He then named the general managers Nick Aldis, Adam Pearce, and Shawn Michaels for a hint at appearing on NXT.
Tumblr media
CM Punk walked around backstage and eventually stood outside of The Bloodline's locker room. CM Punk decided to step away from the door, then revealing Kevin Owens facing off with CM Punk, CM Punk then asked Kevin if he's seen Nick Aldis' locker room, to which Kevin Owens responds by brushing off the question.
Charlotte Flair vs Asuka
A match consisting of Charlotte Flair vs Asuka began to air, with some Damage CTRL shenanigans mixed in between this match. Bayley eventually assisted Asuka in her win against Charlotte, to which they celebrated. The match was pretty good, 7/10.
CM Punk was then featured in another backstage segment with Nick Aldis and then Cody Rhodes where everyone shook hands and conducted business as usual.
Randy Orton & LA Knight vs Jimmy Uso & Solo Sikoa
The show ended in a tag team match. The match was solid. The crowd was hyped up for Randy, and just as much for LA Knight. Solo and Jimmy both performed incredibly, but The Bloodline took the loss in this matchup with Orton pinning Jimmy after an RKO. I rate the match an 8/10
This episode of SmackDown was 2023 was incredible, but as far as Tribute to the Troops go, this is not one of the best ones.
Final Rating
8/10

27.3.-2.4.:
Mittwoch: Ganz normal Uni.

SVJETSKI DAN OSOBA S DOWN SINDROMOM: Rita, Antonela, Marin i Dominik glavne su zvijezde editorijala fotografa Ivana Gudića
Tumblr media
Foto : Ivan Gudić  Splitski fotograf  Ivan Gudić ove je godine odlučio obilježiti dan Down sindroma fotografijama kojima želi potaknuti empatiju i pokazati kako su i oni ravnopravni članovi našeg društva Svjetski dan osoba s Down sindromom obilježava se 21.ožujka. Taj datum predstavlja jedinstvenost trisomije, to jest tri kromosoma u 21. paru koji uzrokuje sindrom Down.

Tumblr media
Foto: Ivan Gudić Tim povodom, u suradnji sa splitskom udrugom ‘Sindrom Down 21’ snimio je prigodni editorijal povodom obilježavanja Svjetskog dana osoba s Down sindromom.

I prije toga, volontirao sam u udruzi ‘Sindrom Down 21’ te sam imao prvu samostalnu izložbu ovakve tematike prije sedam godina. Ovim editorijalom želim potaknuti empatiju prema osoba s Downovim sindromom i pokazati kako i oni trebaju biti ravnopravni članovi našeg društva”, rekao je fotograf, Ivan Gudić.
