NO BECAUSE YES I'D DO THAT WITH NO SHAME. Neuvillette's so traditional with his nicknames - "my love, darling, honey, beloved, etc ❤️" and then you're like "my lovely otter i missed you 😄!" And he just pauses for a second. Like. Did he really just hear that? Surely it was a mistake? But nope. You actually called him an otter. "my love, could you... explain?" And then you start listing off all the similarities and Neuvillette sits there patiently listening to your TED Talk.

It would be even more funny if you don't know he's a dragon, and actually believe he's some kind of otter 😭 He would just roll with it and indulge you, he actually loves your sense of humor.

So when I saw Mars’ car OC I was floored, naturally, and thought this was a really neat character design prompt! So I took a stab at it with my own carrr *peace signs*

Trixie is the kind of gym goer that has a dedicated schedule of going to check out everyone else which is why she goes to the big boy gym despite not being a heavy lifter herself. She IS however very competitive, and manipulative, and loves getting a rise out of the real heavy lifters when she can. It’s 100% just to get their attention.

She daydreams of them taking even just a temporary interest in her. In the meantime she’s just a very obvious lurker. When she caught sight of that blue haired work of art the clownery was upped to full blast. From experience she knows these types often go for others like themselves — those that are, yknow, built different — so she likely has close to 0% chance, but Trixie remains persistent. She sees that as motivation to get as beefy as she can herself — if she could ever focus on the working out part of going to the gym 🥵

Anyway just a silly headcanon as an excuse to draw Mars’ car OC too because of.. reasons... I don’t know a single thing about their character, I’m just over here having fun !

Currently Watching: I’m still working on Shameless and The Devils Plan (it’s been like a month now. The Devils Plan isn’t even that long I just never have enough brain power to watch it)

Other Stuff Watched This Year: Kinnporsche, Dead End: Paranormal Park, Black Bird, The Crowded Room (THIS WAS SO GOOD. but it’s an apple tv exclusive), several shark/ocean documentaries. I’ve probably watched more shit but memory bad. I remember watching these shows tho and the fact I hyperfixated on sharks/the ocean for like 2 months.

Shows I Dropped: I haven’t dropped any shows recently just bcs I haven’t really been watching any, but I dropped Merlin, Supernatural, and Once Upon A Time several times. I want to finish them but I get to certain seasons and just get bored.

Currently Reading: so many fanfiction. Like so so many. My google chrome doesnt even show a number it’s just :) and it’s a hodgepodge of so many fandoms (I’m not about to get cancelled for what I read). After my tumblr scroll tho I need to read the new chapter of what’s one more? (bad decision) by @loveable-sea-lemon (I am obsessed with this fic in the best way possible. I apologize for nothing.)

Currently Listening To: my current on repeat songs are I Am You by P1Harmony, Birthday by Ten, and Jopping by SuperM (don’t ask) but current repeat albums are Golden Age by NCT, On My Youth by WayV, and Fact Check by NCT 127 (I’ve told y’all the NCT brain rot is real)

My Personal Art Refs for the Galactic Federation’s Soldiers

So I’m in my early 20’s these days, but one thing I remember from back when I was a kid was my obsession with Mega Bloks. Mainly I was a Halo fan, but I also fell into liking a thing called Dragons Universe. It had these wacky spaceships, sci-fi dragons, spring loaded launchers, all the stuff a kid like me would love.

These days, I’m into Metroid, and am trying to flesh out a story I’m working on. The Galactic Federation’s own military forces don’t get fleshed out a lot, but we do at least have designs for their soldiers. Now, remembering back to Dragons Universe, I’m realizing the designs for the human soldiers are actually rather similar in some ways. I think I’ll likely use them as inspiration for some more specialized units in the Federation. So for anyone else who wants to do the same, I’m gonna toss you a couple images.

There is nothing worse than being into a objectively niche series but it still has one part of the franchise thats considered popular at its peak and amongst its dedicated fanbase so it’s the best iteration to probably direct people towards-

Until you remember you’ve experienced most of the franchise and there’s other parts that are objectively better not only in beginner friendliness but also writing but you can’t recommend people it so easily because it’s the part that isn’t talked about enough even if it has its fans.
