It all started with this link and a discussion of which SPN characters are which type of chaotic character. But as soon as I started reading #1 my first thought was "oh it's Wei Wuxian" and then it turns out that is exactly who they used as an example for "This Isn't My Fault" chaotic! Then I decided that Cas is the most #1-type-chaotic character in Supernatural.

Then I said but what if Castiel and Wei Wuxian met.

“I brought my buddy back from the dead.”

“Same.”

“Then he killed my brother in law.”

“He killed a bunch of my siblings, actually.”

“It was an accident though, someone else’s fault really.”

“...No, he meant to in my case”

“That’s rough, buddy.”

“Yeah. Then I teamed up with the King of Hell to try and fix things and kind of betrayed my best friend in the process.”

“I think I... might? technically? be the king of hell at this point? Sort of? How would I know?”

“...I’ll ask Crowley for you. How many times have you come back from the dead yourself?”
