Language (s) in Moonbase Theta Out:
English as a language is taking over the world at an alarming rate, most other countries in which English is not the majority language have it as part of their school curriculum, and like math, you can fail the year if you do not pass the subject.
Why? Well, most of your job prospects will be severely impacted if you do not have at least a grasp of it. Though not as “present” as other consequences of USAmerican and England’s hold over the world, language imperialism is still something to worry about.
Like Minnie Degawan, activist of indigenous people’s rights says: “For Indigenous peoples, languages are not only symbols of identity and belonging to a group, but also vehicles for ethical values. They constitute the fabric of the knowledge systems through which these peoples form a whole with the land and are crucial for their survival. The future of their young people depends on them.”
Of course it is not only the English language that is guilty of the linguistic masacre, my own mother tongue: Spanish is equally if not more guilty. And, unlike how I would like to blame the Western Europeans for everything, Hindi, Mandarin Chinese and many more also play their part. Please notice how all of this is backed by Nation-States Agenda of “Linguistic-Ethnic Unity” like Mexico’s “not-white, not indigenous but (light-skin) mestiz@” project that asked for indigenous peoples to exchange their language (and culture) for social integration.
But what does this have to do with a small little podcast called Moon Base Theta Out?
Moonbase Theta Out is a sci-fi audio fiction podcast produced by Monkeyman Productions. It is 2098. The Moonbase program has been determined unprofitable. The last base, Theta, is twenty weeks from being decommissioned. Most of the crew is in stasis awaiting retrieval. Five remain – Roger Bragado-Fischer, Nessa Cheong, Ashwini Ray, Michell L’Anglois, and Wilder. (monkeymanproductions.com)
In Moonbase Theta Out, our current way of organizing the earth in nation-states has fallen out of fashion. Instead we got corporate enclaves run by mega corporations, and if it sounds terrifying it is because it is. There is a saying that goes “english is the language of money” and in a world where neoliberalism has taken over every character is expected to know english from Brazil to North Africa to France.  It is not uncommon for US american media to portray a world in which everyone knows english somehow, but in Moonbase Theta, Out it actually makes sense.
However, english is not the only language spoken in Moonbase Theta Out, within the constraints of the audio medium (in which subtitles are not possible, and the only way translations can be provided is through transcripts) the podcast manage to include portuguese, french, arabic (don’t ask me which dialect) and even some few words in spanish and bengali. The reason for this linguistic diversity? Because Moonbase, even amidst the cyberpunk hellscape, wants to show a future that is blooming with diversity and love.
In a small mini-episode showcasing the poems used in the show, writer D.J. Sylvis talks about how poetry is the connecting vehicle between our main-lead Roger Brigado-Fisher and his husband, Alexandre Brigado-Fisher (their relationship also works to tie the events that happen in the moon and earth). I want to extend this sentiment, and argue that language is the way in which several characters expressed their unique relationship.
Alexandre, for example, is Brazilian (go my latin boy!) and a native Portuguese speaker, Roger on the other hand is not but has learned the language, however when he takes a job for the Consortium he is asked to only speak english. His job causes a rift between him and his husband which ends up in a fight, when Alexandre slips into Portuguese, Roger tries to do the same but ends up forgetting the words; just another example of how their relationship is deteriorating because of the corporate overlords.
Then we have Michelle and his sister Maria, both French. They have had a very rough life that led them to security jobs for the Consortium and said jobs have led them apart.
Michelle tries to establish contact with her while knowing that everything he says would be listened to by his boss (and his enemy Roger). He slips into French when in distress, and the only one to calm them is another French speaker, her sister.
There’s also this very short moment in which Dr. Ashwini Ray has made a friend ze didn’t expect to make and can’t do anything about it because ze is going to the moon in just a few days with hopes of never came back, so ze says a few works in Bangla that ze knows hir friend, Jen Ponton, won’t be able to understand but that anyways, is a subtle way to express hir love for her.
Moonbase Theta Out is far from the only multilingual podcast out there (see: Desperado, MOONFACE, Hi Nay, Dos After You, Monster Dash and Celestial Blood) and I hope we continue to see more.
I also want to motivate you, reader, if you speak any other language, to write a story with it. The best way to help a tongue live is through the beauty of literature, afterall.

Pairing Audio and Print Fiction: Moonbase Theta, Out and Everyone on the Moon Is Essential Personnel
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Why you should listen to MTO:
This podcast by @monkeymanproductions is beautiful, grounded sci-fi that builds its world of struggle and hope through the hearts of its lifelike characters. The first season consists of micro-fiction episodes in the form of progress reports from a moon base in the process of being decommissioned. From the second season onward, the cast of one expands to a whole group of moon-based professionals, by necessity a kind of family that accepts their differences and their shared hardships. As I listened, I came to feel a part of that group too, and to care for these characters despite their shortcomings, as one does for real people.
Why you should read EotMIEP:
This short story collection by Julian K. Jarboe provides striking variety in its subjects while always cleaving close to its themes of queer/trans identity and resilience. Its title story/novella depicts a moon colonization industry that is obviously exploitative, but still offers hope to those laborers who have exhausted their opportunities on earth (particularly queer, disabled, and indigenous workers). My favorite story in the collection, "I Am a Beautiful Bug!", follows a person caught in a bureaucratic nightmare after receiving surgery to become a Kafkaesque giant insect. I reveled in the eventual triumph of this self-made bug-person, as well as in the trans joy of robots, troubled teens, and the other characters who populate these stories.
Why you should try both!
MTO and Jarboe's title novella share a vision of the moon as a place of hope to strive for, a hope frustratingly limited by self-serving capitalist interests. Despite coming up against systemic forces they can do little to combat, the heroes of both works find comfort and agency in community. There's a kind of queer revolutionary bent that runs through both of these texts, which does not proscribe what a better future must look like, but imagines possible paths toward it. These stories have inspired my own work in how they center the complexity and transcending power of human connection in overwhelming circumstances, and how our present shapes our dreams of the future.

ME1 Systems
This list was made to not only catalogue where missions were, but to also make note of all the collectibles that you can scan for.
*this list was based off of Legendary Edition, but it should still be applicable for the OG trilogy(?)
The formatting is as follows:
>System Cluster -System name Planets Missions
*if there are multiple asteroid belts in a system, Asteroid belt 1 refers to the belt closest to the star.
*Cardinal directions are used to describe where the collectible is in belts, and so north is the top of the screen, east is right, etc.
A ME3 list will be coming soon! And if people are interested I can document all the discovery blurbs you get from scanning non-minerals: insignias, writings, etc. (hell, I might do it anyways but its nice to know I'm not shouting into the void)
If you find any discrepancies or have any questions let me know!

Hi!! Saw ur reply to the post about podcast recs and I am always, always looking for podcast recs. My absolute favs are wolf 359 and the silt verses (also used to love tma a lot aha but tbh it’s not entirely my cup of tea anymore)
I like character driven shows with a loveable (or hateable >:3) cast. I prefer full cast shows over single voice, though I don’t mind single voice. Genre isn’t super important (tho I do love horror). Mostly I’m looking for a show with strong characters that explores the relationships between them. Anyways tysm for doing this!!
hello friend !! I have a few ideas though not a lot of horror suggestions I'm afraid :
Midnight burger - keep recommending this but if you like full casts with a lot of relationship exploring, this one is a blast
Tumblr media
EOS10 - this is more comedy based but it's also surprisingly touching sometimes, I enjoyed it a lot and do believe you'd enjoy it as well
Tumblr media
Eraticus - very very good, definitely should be on your list because you'll like that one
Tumblr media
Unwell A Midwestern Gothic Mystery - big cast, a very good show exploring a wide range of relationships in the most splendid way
Tumblr media
SCP find us alive - can't say it's exactly horror but it's not a comedic show either, explores the relationships between people stuck in a place they can't seem to espace from
Tumblr media
Wooden Overcoats - comedy, but the really good kind, explores what it means to be family, what it means to be friends, and tbf I'll recommend this show to anyone because idk who could dislike it
Tumblr media
Moonbase Theta Out - very well made, quite long but the pacing is good, a story about people on the moon and about the ones who aren't on the moon
Tumblr media
enjoy !!! ♡

M is for @monkeymanproductions' Moonbase Theta, Out!
Set in 2098, the bases on the moon are being shut down for financial reasons. In season one, Base Theta's Communications Lead, Roger Bragado-Fischer, sends reports back to his bosses on Earth, informing them of the progress of the shutdown on base.
The show is currently on its fourth and final season.

Thinking about Moonbase Theta, Out again. We have the first two prologues for S4 now, and their titles are doing things to me.
S4P1 - “I pass, like night, from land to land”
S4P2 - “I have strange power of speech”
There are so many things happening on the Moon and on Earth, but the focus of these two prologues has been on Roger and Alex, and whether they'll be safely reunited on the Moon. It is tense, emotional, and so well written and sound-designed. They have us at the edges of our seats, nervously biting our nails, waiting, worrying and hoping.
But the titles. Oof.
The very last lines of Roger's final message at the end of S1 were:
Tumblr media
I'm assuming the three other prologues will be titled with the remaining lines of the verse. And that parallel, that echo, plucks at my heartstrings. In S1, Roger is trying one more time to reach Earth, reach Alex. He knows it may be his final message as the base shuts down and he's left alone on the Moon. In the S4 prologues, we now see Alex trying to reach the Moon, reach Roger. We're hoping that Alex passes from land (Earth) to land (Moon), that they'll see each other's faces again, tell each other their tales.
The way this poem keeps coming back and and what that sets up for S4... The writer certainly knows that they're doing. I'm holding my breath for the moment that "his face I see".

Werewolf AU Worldbuilding and Lore
I have a werewolf AU that I am planning on using for multiple fanfics. It's a specific AU, because I have very, very different worldbuilding for it.
So I am adding this worldbuilding to tumblr! Because I can!
Explanation of the Different Ranks
There are seven different werewolf ranks, each one having different abilities.
Alpha: Alpha werewolves are usually put in charge of packs due their ability to keep the peace and communicate with pack members. Every Alpha werewolf is an empath, capable of feeling and manipulating a pack’s emotions. This is coupled with their telepathy abilities, which allows them to communicate with their pack from a distance, as well as link their packmates' minds up with each other. These abilities aren’t constantly running, they’re voluntary actions the Alpha can choose to stop – though if a member of their pack is experiencing intense emotional turmoil or distress, it can sometimes unintentionally bleed over to the Alpha. Alpha werewolves are also capable of manipulating the emotions of werewolves from other packs, or lone werewolves, though only when they are touching said werewolves, and only if the werewolf allows them.
Beta: Beta werewolves are usually trusted to be the guardians of the pack, for a very simple reason: territory instincts. Betas know exactly when another werewolf has breached the territory line of the pack, giving the pack an advantage in their territory. They are also decently strong – Betas can both deal strong hits and take strong hits. Their abilities are considered rather simple, but many packs consider them important for the abilities to keep their territory safe.
Gamma: Gamma werewolves have the unique ability to know what kind of a werewolf a person will be before they are turned. This ability is important as it allows a pack to pick and choose who to turn based on what they need for their pack. They also have the ability to tell if a werewolf was turned or born a werewolf, as well as being able to tell if a werewolf was turned consensually or not, even to the intensity of how badly they were wronged (e.g. being turned without knowledge vs being turned when you really didn’t want to become a werewolf). They also have the ability to mimic the abilities of other ranks, except that of Alphas and Lunas. This allows them to balance out a pack, even if the pack doesn’t gain new members. A simple ability, but a useful one.
Delta: Delta werewolves are considered the hunters of the pack, due to their abilities of tracking and their speed. When a Delta werewolf is given a target, they can track it down far better than any wolf or dog could on their own. If a packmate is in trouble, a Delta werewolf will usually feel a strong pull towards that packmate, which can lead to them helping out their packmate. They are the fastest of the werewolf ranks and use that speed to great advantage. Before the wonders of modern society, they used to utilize their skills to be the main source of food for a pack, but in modern time it’s mostly used for running errands and chasing adrenaline highs.
Theta: Theta werewolves are healers of the pack, able to magically heal other werewolves from most injuries. There is a limit to their healing abilities of course – they can’t ‘cure’ blindness, or regrow lost limbs, for example. But they can heal werewolves from most injuries and dull the symptoms of other illnesses and ailments.
Sigma: Sigma werewolves are more of the warrior types. They have speed, strength and stamina that allows them to fight off against any threats that might target their pack. They aren’t as fast as Delta werewolves, or as strong as Beta werewolves, but being a jack-of-all-trades allows them to be very flexible in their approach.
Luna: Luna werewolves are the rarest type of werewolves and are capable of great power due to their affinity for magic. They are considered the guides of the pack, since every full moon they gain the ability to have one vision of the future to steer a pack on the correct course. They also have the ability to communicate with ravens, they can shift their clothes, and usually have other abilities that can vary from the werewolf. Their magic is strongest on the full moon, but as a consequence, a Luna werewolf is weak when the new moon rolls around. During a new moon, Lunas become desperate for safety and security, almost lethargic, and can’t use their magic or shift forms.
Other Worldbuilding and Lore Things
Werewolves usually form packs with each other, either through actual families (those born as werewolves) or through a community of friends that form a pack together (those who are turned), or a mixture of both. These packs typically live together in one place, usually called their den. The average pack size is thirteen werewolves, though it is not uncommon for packs to be larger or smaller than this. For a pack to be officially recognized as a pack, however, it must contain at least three werewolves.
Cuddle pits! Werewolves like group cuddling, so there is typically a room in a pack’s den dedicated as a little cuddle pile area. Werewolves also have private rooms in dens, specifically for their own use (because sometimes you just don’t want to sleep with the rest of the pack, you’re unwell, etc.). Some werewolves will include some small versions of these pits - whether it be just an excessively comfy canopy bed, or a mattress in their closet covered in blankets and pillows, each wolf is different.
I like to imagine that while born werewolves are always the rank they are since birth, it becomes more obvious what rank they are as they get older. Their abilities are just so weak the younger they are, so more often than not werewolves work out what they are a little later in life. Turned werewolves, on the other hand, always have their abilities since they are turned. But it can be difficult for them to really work out which rank they are sometimes.
They do worship the moon, but I haven’t worked out all the complete details, so don’t worry too much about it. But Luna Werewolves are kind of special, due to the spirituality aspect of their powers.
Werewolves can have a soul bond with their partner(s) through a ceremony that is performed on the full moon. This allows them to have a strong mental and emotional connection, stronger than an Alpha has with their pack.
Werewolf soul bond ceremonies come in two parts – one public, and one private. While the private one must be held on the full moon and is the ritual that actually binds the souls together, the public one can be held on whatever day the couple in question decides. Though, typically it is done on the same day as the private ceremony. Traditionally, these ceremonies occur during the Beltane period, or during the month of the Flower Moon. However, couples can choose whenever they want to host their ceremonies, for different reasons. It really does just depend on the couple.
The public ceremony usually involves a handfasting, and the exchange of wedding necklaces. Werewolves don’t use wedding rings, as they are a lot easier to lose during a transformation, whereas necklaces can be worn as collars in their wolf form. It’s incredibly common for werewolves to get extra jewelry for the purpose of just wearing for the ceremony, as draping your partner in a bunch of jewelry can be considered very romantic amongst werewolves – though again, it depends on the couple.
Rather than the typical wedding colors that humans traditionally use, werewolves prefer to wear colors associated with their element – blue for water, green for earth, yellow for air and red for fire – while those attending usually wear white. Though it isn’t completely frowned upon to wear other bright colors, it depends on the couples. Because werewolves can be polyamorous, this can result in very colorful ceremonies between multiple partners.
The ribbons used in the handfasting can either be colors associated with the element of each wolf, to symbolize each partner in the couple. Or the couple can choose colors that correspond to what they want in the relationship. The ribbons are usually kept as décor the couple’s private den. Ceremonies will often include references to each other four elements as well (plants and crystals for earth, candles for fire, water features and shells for water, and ribbons and feathers hung up to dance in the wind for air). Unity candles being lit are also pretty common to include in the ceremonies, as well as the couple sharing blessed wine from a shared chalice, large ritual feasts, bonfires or maypoles might be included. You can also expect a lot of dancing and music in a werewolf wedding.
If the pack has a Luna, the Luna is usually the one who officiates and blesses the couple, due to the connection with magic. If a Luna is unavailable, the honor usually goes to the Alpha, then to the Gamma of the pack. But Lunas are preferable, even if they aren’t from the same pack.
The private soul bond ceremony must be performed on a full moon, away from the pack. The ritual is performed by the couple spending the entire full moon together. They can do whatever they like during this time period, as it must be personal to each couple. But once both members of the couple are certain that they want to be bound in a way, they can place a claiming bite on each other. It should be noted that it is impossible for werewolves to place a claiming mark on each other against their will.
Sigma werewolves are the most common type of werewolf, followed by Delta, Beta, Theta, Alpha, Gamma and then Luna werewolves, which are extremely rare, despite how coveted they are.
Every werewolf is also connected to a different element, and able to harness a tiny bit of that element’s magic. Lunas, however, can use that element a lot more efficiently than other wolves, in great displays of power. These elements are Fire, Water, Earth and Air. This is determined by a werewolf’s personality, not their ranking.
A werewolf’s element is believed to have an effect on a werewolf’s scent (e.g. werewolves with fire element will smell spicy, or like woodsmoke, earth werewolves might smell woodsy or floral, etc.). The powers also have different effects. Water aligned werewolves get stronger and weaker based on the phase of the moon, which means that Luna werewolves aligned with water are hit by the effects of the full moon and new moon even harder. Earth aligned werewolves are a lot more physically stronger and resilient than other werewolves. Air aligned werewolves are faster and lighter, able to use greater agility in their movements. Fire aligned werewolves are a lot warmer to the touch and are less affected by the changes in temperature or weather.
Werewolves typically refer to the months by the magical names of that month’s full moon, rather than the actual month name. This is different when they’re around humans, obviously. Luna werewolves also base what magic they practice around the months as well (though they can use any spells at any time, it’s just that each month is better for different spells). January is the Cold Moon and is considered a good time for Lunas to work on protection magic. February is the Quickening Moon and is a great time for cleansing.
March is the Storm Moon and Lunas usually practice spells related to rebirth and regrowth. April is the Wind Moon, and its magic is that of new beginnings. May is the Flower Moon and it is, surprisingly, a good time for magic related to jobs and careers… and fertility.
June is the Strong Sun Moon and is considered a time for maintaining and enhancing what you already possess. July is the Blessing Moon and is a good time for divination and dreamwork. August is the Corn Moon, a moon all about spiritual and physical health.
September is the Harvest Moon, and its magic is that of abundance. October is the Blood Moon, and is a month associated with hunting and gathering. November is the Mourning Moon, and is a time for letting go of that which no longer serves you. Finally, December is the Long Night Moon, and is considered a time of good fortune and wishes.
Werewolf culture and religious practices borrows heavily from pagan and wiccan practices, including celebrating the eight sabbats. These sabbats are Yule (December 19-23), Imbolc (February 1-2), Ostara (March 19-21), Beltane (April 30-May 1), Litha (June 19-23), Lughnasadh (August 1-2), Mabon (September 20-24) and Samhain (October 31 - November 1). However, Werewolves celebrate the sabbats in some different ways. One common thing is that werewolves typically wear a color associated with their elements. Young werewolves who haven’t developed an element yet, or human guests, usually wear colors associated with the holiday, or simply wear white. Another common thing is that a Luna will usually take the lead during celebrations, sometimes with help from the Alpha of a pack. If a Luna is unavailable, then the celebrations are led by the Alpha.
Yule is celebrated by a cleansing ritual being held in the morning, followed by decorating the space. This is usually in preparation for a large feast, where the entire pack will gather together as a community. If a pack wants to be really traditional, the Deltas will have hunted down and/or harvested the food they use in the meals. Before the sun sets, the Luna (or Alpha, in a Luna’s absence) will typically host a sunset prayer to welcome in the longest night of the year. Afterwards, it's a free for all, expect plenty of music, dancing, playing, and cuddling in the den.
Since Imbolc is associated with beginnings, a very common thing that occurs during Imbolc is ceremonial turnings of humans to werewolves, or formal invitations of lone wolves into a pack. It is also pretty common to host celebrations of young werewolves who have just developed their element. Once more, a grand feast is to be expected. Blessings for the home and hearth (if a pack’s den has a fireplace) is also a ritual that can be expected to take place.
Ostara is a time to welcome in the spring, a time for rebirth. So, obviously, two rituals a pack might partake in are rituals to welcome in the spring, and rituals of rebirth. These involves different prayers, typically lead by a Luna, or an Alpha if a Luna isn’t present. A large feast is also involved in the Ostara celebrations.
Beltane is a very festive holiday with many different forms of celebration. The main one is the maypole dance. A maypole dance involves a group of people holding ribbons attached to a large pole, in two separate groups, who weave in and out in two different decorations. In smaller packs, it’s very common for the members to use ribbons corresponding to their element. In larger packs, while it’s possible for werewolves to only use ribbons that correspond to their elements, they can also use ribbons that just correspond to what they want to bring to their relationships.
Another common form of celebrating Beltane is with a bonfire rite. This involves a large of bonfire, with a circle being casted by most of the pack, each wearing a crown of flowers. A new couple (or, if there aren’t any new couples, any couple that volunteers), then reenacts a ritual courtship that involves a fun chase that ends once the partner being chased allows themselves to get captured. The couple than enacts some romantic behaviors that depend on whether they’re in a human or wolf form for the ritual (and also depends on how far the couple wants to go) which completes the ritual. Soul bond ceremonies are also very common in the Beltane period.
Litha celebrations usually are about summer solstice itself, or about connecting with the pack. Pack barbeques, or camping trips, group charity events, or other forms of pack bonding usually take place in this time, it depends on what the Alpha of the pack thinks the pack will enjoy the most. Ritualized dances are also a common aspect of celebration, an event led by the Luna or Alpha of the pack.
Lughnasadh, sometimes called Lammas by certain packs, is the first of the three sabbats that celebrate the harvest period. Like all of the sabbats, there is a large feast, especially since it is a harvest celebration. There are also ritual battles, where different werewolves can do mock battles after the Luna has done a prayer to the warrior spirit. Traditionally, only the Sigmas of the pack would participate, but some packs leave it open anyone who wants to participate.
Mabon is the second harvest, or mid harvest, celebration. It’s also considered the biggest harvest celebration, so the harvest feast is a lot larger than any other sabbats. In preparation for the large feast, the Luna will often preform a ritual and prayer to bless the Deltas of the pack, on order to ensure that they hunt and/or forage good food for the pack. A more modern take on the sabbats includes holding food drives to donate food banks or shelters. It is also customary for packs to cast spells for protection of the pack’s den.
Samhain is the final harvest and is a sabbat dedicated to honoring the dead. While, as usual, there is a large feast for the entire pack. But there are also many different rituals for honoring the dead and honoring your ancestors, which can vary from pack to pack.

Personal headcanon that Roger likes (liked) to put music through the speakers of the moonbase, and it was like totally "unscientific and insensible, how does he expects us to do science with this noise playing," Dr. Jules also known as disco and dance house. Except when he was missing Alex, in that case he would put Bossa Nova, which would be a relief for the science bros.

So I listened to the whole lemon demon album, spirit phone, and got hit with inspiration to draw. Whilst I was listening, my head concocted a story which ultimately ends in beating up an elder god that lives on the moon. Anyway, here are the charaters I designed. Thier names used to be placeholders, but the vibe just stuck, and what used to be placeholders are now thier names. Theta Ivanushka: she was designed based of the song 'Touch tone telephone'. She's an adult human woman whose dedicated her life to investigating the occult and extra terrestrial. She also has an immortal pet mongoose, who was based off the song 'eighth wonder'. Theta is known for constantly calling into a radio show to talk about her findings in the supernatural and extraterrestrial. She figures out that a company is cloning celebrities, and tries to out them for doing this, but is initially laughed off and chased out, so after finding that the company's goals are more malicious than anyone could have imagined, she has to take the task of destroying the company and investigating the why and how into her own hands. Such task is made both easier and tougher upon happening across a battered and exhausted scientist called Echo, who worked for this company and confirmed the worst of her suspicions. Epsilon: the several thousand year old vampiric offspring of a caveman and alien, and he still thinks it's socially and legally acceptable to eat mummies and mellified corpses. Nobody bothered to update him on the legal status of his panacea crafting pastimes. Obviously, based off the song 'sweet bod'. Even though he's thousands of years old, he still needs some kind of cover so he can fit into humanity, and he fancies himself as a mortician. And the self proclaimed king of scorpions. His parents were the alien and caveman from 'ancient aliens'. Joins Theta in her journey part way through and after he later reveals his alien heritage, helps her tune her equipment so she can actually contact aliens effectively. Siera Based off the song 'soft fuzzy man'. He died during the events of 'lifetime achievement award' to the many-eyed creature that he helped create. He didn't intend to make a monster, and he didn't even knew what horrors his work would be used for, but he now exists as a ghostly cloud, and still has a massive crush on his former colleague, Echo. Alpha: the girl from the bonus track 'angry people'. A werewolf who is an ally to Theta, but only meets her later down the line. After Theta takes down the company that has been cloning dead celebrities, Alpha is the one who shows up and breaks the news that it's not over, and that civilians are also being cloned by something else, and that this someone else had taken over the giant building, which is where the clones were coming from. Also, she had to kill her dad a second time because he was one of the people cloned. As the events etched into a dead man's spine foretold some beings that could not simply be befriended, Alpha finds herself the muscle and firepower of the team as it's realised that they'll have to fight properly this time. Echo Acina: the second scientist who helped create a monster in the events of 'Lifetime achievement award'. She just wanted to see if she could create synthetic life; she never intended her creation and methods be used to create the beings that it did. Her and the third scientist survived the incident, and she knows that he was the traitor in the group. Through tuning into a radio show, she learns of a gal who's already caught wind of the events, so if she can find her, she may just stand a chance. This was drawn in November, and finished some time this month because I was only working on it on-and-off.

"I solemnly swear, we will not kill the pets" is the most important statement a podcaster can make. No one else is safe, but I'm delighted that multiple podcasters have their priorities in order.
