Would you be able to tell me where you got your bento boxes? I'm looking for some for my sister's birthday and I'm not sure where to start

unfortunately i bought mine at a local amazon returns outlet, which is why i was able to buy 4 identical bento boxes for meal prep reasons (i was able to get all of them for $5 or less per)

mine were munchbox brand but they don't appear to make this style anymore. this (affiliate link) looks like the closest to what i have in terms of price and overall style, but if you want a cool gift you might be better off with something like this (affiliate link) because it looks a little nicer and comes with a bag and little food picks and things.

if you want to get fancy with it, i think monbento are supposed to be the luxury option. but i would feel bad about inevitably staining those with curry.

Next up Aimee Victoria and Ellie! Together they are doing an internship with Artisanal Fashion Co. Their company has two major brands, Leinné and Gosker, producing clothing, and jewelry but mostly raffia hats and bags. Currently, the girls are doing a range of things - designing style tasks, graphic design, marketing tasks, and communicating with influencers and retailers about products being designed, and this is only the start!

How was your first week? We really enjoyed my first week, however, was still difficult getting used to a new country and new city, but as the week went on we all felt more comfortable and happy with the roles we were undertaking. The work has been fun, designing photoshoot ideas and mood boards etc for the new collection and the people we work with are lovely.

What is one of your favourite things about our work so far? Lulu, the cat. She's very cute and friendly but can be a little feisty. Everyone I've met so far has been really kind and friendly which is really appreciated.

Favorite place to go to or order from for lunch? There is this lunch spot almost next door called The Munchbox. It does a wide variety of food for reasonably cheap and it's always really good.

Anything you are looking forward to coming up with the internship? Getting to spend in the workshop with the artisans creating the hats, and bags and choosing fabrics to hopefully create my own designs!

The MunchBox expression control system (patent pending) consists of a motion-sensing Munch Lead and a controller pedal which translates the angular position of the connected instrument to an expression out signal. The audio signal is not affected and bypasses the controller completely ...

The Munch Lead uses a standard 1/4" mono jack, and connects to your instrument just like any other instrument cable. The other end of the lead has a 6-pin DIN connector (similar to MIDI, but contains an extra pin) which connects directly to the MunchBox, as well as future Munch-ready effect pedals ...

The MunchBox OUT jack is pure unmodified audio and can be connected directly to any effect pedal or amp. The Expression out (EXP) jack connects to any expression in / control in that uses the standard "Tip-Wiper" wiring ...

After plugging in the Munch Lead, the MunchBox lights up and automatically calibrates its output to the current angle. Adjust the sweep (rate of angular change) to fine tune your movement from subtle swaying motions to broad swinging gestures. If you want to recalibrate the pedal at any time, simply press down the the HOLD stomp button for 3 seconds. ...

The first version of our prototype (in green) included an LCD screen and buttons for selecting different output modes. After testing version 1 in studio and at live performances, some users suggested we replace the LCD screen with a easier to read light bar display. In addition to auto-calibration and reducing the angle response time to 10ms, the simplified design now includes two switches:

GYRO mode (for motion control) or AUTO mode (for LFO)

a 3-point switch for selecting min/max/sweep levels in GYRO mode, or different LFO modes (square, saw, or sine wave) in AUTO mode

A lot of people have asked us if they can use the MunchBox with pedals that don't have an expression in or control in jack. While yes, you could technically modify a big Muff or vintage tonebender to add another jack, we wouldn't recommend it. Instead, take a look at our Munch Mixer, a dual-buffered looper pedal with volume and mix controlsEach control has it's own expression jack, meaning that you can control volume as well as the level of A/B mix for just the right level of sound and effect while you play. Or, connect a standard foot pedal to the Munch Mixer to control the volume and mix levels at the same time! “

Also JR and I snuck into our old college campus yesterday (aka didn't sneak at all bc there's a covid check-in form) and it was so nostalgic because all the old spots were still there

Except they've done all kinds of renos and improvements so nothing is trashy anymore :'(
