I rehearse and rehearse what am going to say over and over again in my head, no matter the situation.

I rehearse it to perfection. But when I try and speak it's like I have forgotten how to speak all together.

My words are broken, my sentences are unfinished.

No matter how hard I try....

When people look at me and/or expect me to speak, my mind goes blank and I collapse within myself.

My hands shake

My face blushes heavily

My heart pounds against my chest, I fear it will burst out my chest

My stomach churns, I fear I will throw up

My eyes begin to water, I fear I will cry

I can not breathe, it feels as though I am drowning

I fear this will never end.

I scream "when will this end" into the abyss.

I hope and pray for a answer, for someone to help, to pull me into the light

But I feel as though I don't deserve it, so when someone asks me "Are you okay?" Or "how are you?". I smile that fake smile I always have on and say "I'm fine"

While behind my eyes a war rages on.

Now I am only a shell of myself am paralyzed, I have no more feelings left to feel. I punch and punch walls hoping for the relief I once had but even that has left me. I am tired. I am lost in my own conscience I do not know what to do anymore.

Hi! Can you recommend me some good Hotch whump fics?Its hard for me to find fics where Hotch’s whump is the primary focus and not the secondary. (Also Hotch’s whump is underrated)

SFinally, someone is asking for recommendations that I do know something about. I also agree 1,000%. I love Aaron Hotchner with all my heart but I love to see that man bloodied and bruised.

The Flight Home by myownmind: Hotch and Reid’s commercial flight crashes into the Rocky Mountains. This has some A+ writing and goes beyond just tasteful plotless whump. If I am committing myself to reading whump I want it and this more and than deliveries. If you’re a fan of Reid whump, there is plenty but it doesn't come close to touching the Hotch whump (30 chapters of delightful Hotch whump)

Hotch Down by Ice Prince1: Morgan takes care of a hurt Hotch. This one gives me whumperflies every time I read it. Bonus for a very, very afraid Jack.

Not a Blinker by Lexikal: Hotch has a panic attack

32 Fahrenheit by  Cosmic Castaway: Hotch gets hypothermia

There’s one on a03 I read years ago but it’s called spotted somethings like a leopard maybe. After Haley’s death Hotch gets super sick and Dave has to take care of him. The title comes from Jack noticing that the rash hotch has makes him look like a an animal
