The main subreddit's doomposting is a disaster but ah, see now this is where I'd like to have more information! Unfortunately without an account, twitter's now blocked and useless to me (even alt redirects like nitter are dead since twitter's recently terminated guest access entirely...) so I can no longer check for news of what the eastern fandom has to say anymore. :') (You can try to see what japanese users like /diolovewry and /tanktopmagic or even /jumpaoki, the main animator, might have recently said about the s3 announcement however!)

the longer and farther apart a new opm season is released, i just go "oh. they're making more of that show from 2015???"

like. remember when that show dropped in 2015 and it was the biggest thing in that fall/winter. and then after it took them 4 years to get a second season out, most people that posted about it kinda stopped at that point & it was slowly getting back its audience and a new audience at the same time

and the 2nd season drastically decreased in quality due to shuffling around different studios, and now, 3 years later, they're making a third season

I left OPM s2 on ep.3 since ages and I decided it was time to finish it. Never would I have imagined to develop an intrigue in the story, finishing the anime, the OVAs, the manga drawn by Murata-sensei and the webcomic drawn by ONE all in less than a week.

The toaster gave me a really hard time drawing him. I had to open all my muscle reference folders and I still ended up going creative mode for his body structure. If you expect accuracy, don't look at me.

I don't even think Toonami aired season 2 on tv for that matter....so I'll be watching the sub for s3 as usual, and...we'll see how it goes. :'D She's watched s1 of Mob and the two seasons of opm already (and while she can't really follow/read subs anymore, she still asks me for updates when the episodes continue~) If anything, I'll probably end up showing her my own files if she really wants them and the seasons don't become accessible to her. :’3
