ALRIGHT awhile back I made a post about getting a packer and someone asked if I could make a follow-up on how to pack so HERES THAT FOLLOWUP! Some light mention of afab anatomy below the cut, let me know if you have any questions!
Ok, so you've got a packer. Now what are you supposed to do with it? Well, you got plenty of options.
Some quick placement notes: when you're positioning your packer, the best place from an aesthetic perspective is to position the base of the shaft right over your clit, almost like its an extension of your clit. This will put your packer in the right spot to give you a bulge without looking like you have a boner in public.
Some packers will come with built in packing options, like underwear with built in bulges. I've never used these, but they're pretty straightforward.
If you don't have any of that stuff, another option is to use a harness. Any harness built for pegging will do, but if you're shopping around, some are built specifically for long wear comfort and packing. I have one of these, I wear it under my boxers. Probably one of the best packing styles, and you can almost guarantee that your dick won't fall out, and that its in the right spot. However, if youre just using a pair of socks or something that isnt compatible with a harness, you won't be able to use this.
Before I got my harness, I just stuffed it in my underwear. Definitely recommend getting mens boxers for this, because mens boxers have a little pouch in the front that goes right where the dick is, so you can just tuck your packer in there. If you just have womens underwear, even womens boxers, they tend to be looser and won't hold you packer in place very well. Its still totally possible to pack in just womens underwear, but your dick will almost certainly fall out eventually. If you're just packing in underwear, your packer will shift around and sort of migrate while you go about your day, so make sure to keep track of that and adjust whenever if starts to get uncomfortable or look strange. This will also help keep your dick from falling out
Feel free to ask any questions you might have, and happy packing!

My hot girl brain doesn’t want to prepare to move across the state so I need to trick myself into being interested in things like packing and moving. So far I’ve used
1) the game Unpacking. Very helpful for motivating myself to unpack college stuff, but I need the opposite kind of game to motivate myself to pack.
2) Pinterest, making mental plans and arranging my bedroom and living room in my mind. Has been helpful to buy things I’ll need like a desk and bed frame.
3) KonMari method. Helpful for motivating me to clean out my clothes but not much else.
If anyone has any suggestions ways to gamify or trick my brain into hyperfixating on packing/organizing, please drop it in the notes, I would love any advice from my fellow ND folks.

I’m packing my bag for camping and it suddenly hit me that I’ve been packing my bag the same way my teacher taught me when I was eight for nearly fifteen years now, and that the one time I didn’t pack it this way I forgot to pack underwear and lost half my clothes. So, I figured I’d explain how I do it in case it helps any other neurodivergent folks out there.
I do this for any time I spend away from home, whether it’s a couple of nights at a friends or a week away.
I start by making a list of how many days I’ll be away and what clothes I’ll need for each day. Then I add one or two extra days - you never know what might happen and it’s better to be prepared.
I always always get someone else to check the list over first to make sure I’m not missing anything.
Next, I get a stack of A4 ziplock bags. My dad and I use them for pretty much everything, so we have a lot. Old carrier bags work too, but ziplock bags are see-through which just helps me a little bit more.
I start with the last days clothes and fold everything I’m going to wear that day into a small pile (underwear, socks, T-shirt, jeans) and put those into a ziplock. I label the bag with everything it contains and the day I’m going to wear it on, press all the air out, and seal it up, then it goes in the bottom of my backpack.
Working backwards I make up each days clothes bag so that the first days clothes bag is on the top of my backpack when I’m done.
I parcel everything else into bags of relevance. Toothbrush and toothpaste go in one ziplock, labelled. Shower stuff goes in a ziplock, labelled. Cutlery and crockery go into a ziplock, labelled.
That way, on day one I know what I’m wearing and that I have everything in the bag, and at the end of day one there is a checklist on the bag of what should be going back, so it all gets returned to the ziplock it came from, and marked some way to show it’s been used (I tie an elastic around the bag) and then you’re not losing anything. It also makes unpacking and laundry when you get home a lot easier.
For me it took about an hour and a half today to pack everything for a week, with two breaks in between. But that was also including finding certain articles of clothing and waiting on the tumble dryer, so it probably doesn’t take that long if you know where everything is before hand. It may take a little longer than just chucking everything in a bag, but this way you are guaranteed to have clean underwear each day.
This might not help for everyone, but even if it helps just one person I’ll be happy.

15 Tips To Packing More Efficiently For Your Next Move
Tumblr media
Packing your things can seem like a daunting task. We always have a lot more things than we think we do, and packing always takes much longer than we expected it to.
To help you plan and approach your big move, here are 15 tips for packing your home more efficiently. Hopefully they will help you save time and avoid damage to your things during your next home move.
1. Decide Whether to go Pro or Pack Yourself
Tumblr media
Packing your house can seem a daunting task, so if you don’t think you can get it done in time or would just prefer to leave it to the experts, consider hiring professional packers to pack your home for you.
If you are hiring a professional moving company to move your items, it may be worth finding out how much extra it will be to pack your items as well.
Hiring professional packers can save a lot of time and stress. Professional packers will have quality boxes that are of a uniform size, which means they will stack better in the moving truck. They will know how to pack items efficiently to fill the boxes completely, as well as ensuring that everything is safely packed to avoid any damages to your things.
Yet, packing yourself will save you money. So it’s worth weighing up to decide on which avenue is best for you and your whānau.
2. Use a Packing List
Tumblr media
So you’ve decided to pack your things yourself. The first step now is to get a packing checklist to help you plan your move.
A packing checklist will help you remember all the things you need to pack, some time frames around packing your items, as well as things you cannot pack.
Some moving companies will provide you a packing checklist when you hire them for your home move. If you are moving yourself, check online for a packing checklist that you can download such as this one.
3. Buy Your Packing Kit
Tumblr media
The next step to packing your home is to buy your packing kit.
A packing kit consists of all the things you need to pack up your home. Here are some items you will likely need in your packing kit, based on an average 3 bedroom house.
20 boxes – mixture of 10 small boxes, 10 large boxes
1 tape dispenser
2 tape rolls
1 roll of bubble wrap
50 newsprint sheets
1 permanent marker pen

hey how do packers work? In some of your posts you've mentioned your "packer getting hard" and I'm confused haha
sincerely, a lesbian who's questioning if they're a service top and a butch and also thinks packing might be cool
okay thank you bye x
ok so more or less, packers are just there for packing. all of those posts i mentioned are just fantasy scenarios. there are some different kinds, but the one i wear the most often is just strictly for packing and giving the appearance of a bulge near my crotch.
if you're looking to buy one, i bought mine from this website, but it seems they don't offer mine anymore (for reference, I bought the doc johnson pack it heavy). Even if you choose to buy a packer somewhere else, i still recommend the website because they offer a LOT of different packing underwear.
packing has done a lot to relieve some gender dysphoria that i have. if you have any other questions, feel free to send something to my inbox or message me!! im always down for a chat with my fellow butches :)
